Nuria came slowly to a hault, catching site of the dark coated lioness, and her mate. "Astatine..." she said her name in a soft, growly-purr. She ignored the other's little tease, making her way over to her mate and nuzzling her softly.
She stepped back, and grinned slightly. "I was starting to wonder if you'd ever come..." She murmured, then sighed. "Shall I take you back to the den now? Before the sun rises... it tends to stay pretty dark there..." She grinned alittle more.

Astatine rubbed her head against Nuria's neck, giving her own growly-purr in return. When she heard Nuria murmur she stepped back with a evil sort of pout. "Oh come on, just because I'm late my word isn't trust worthy anymore?" She huffed and head towards the pride with a fake growl. "Well? Let's go."

Nuria smirked alittle, nosing Astatine quickly on her throat, just below her chin. "Let's go then..." She nipped at Astatine's ear, and pulled on it alittle as she started walking slowly, before letting go, smirking back at her mate.
She was finaly there,... Finaly back at the Pride, where she belonged. Not with the mortal family,... no. Here.

Astatine couldn't keep her pout and gave her signature half smile. She softly butted her head against Nuria's shoulder and lick the crook of her neck, purring.
Suddenly as if remembering something she lifted her head quickly and gave three quick, sharp whistles. After a moment the steady beat of wing were heard, and then an orange bird landed on Astatine's shoulder, folding his wing neatly. "Wanna snack Nuria?" Astatine gave a mocking grin over her shoulder at the bird and laughed at his unamused expression. "Aw, cheer up Zaith! I'm sure the cubs here will rip out your feathers just like I used to!"

Nuria blinked at the bird for a moment, before smirking. "Oh, Love, you never told me you had a play toy..." she grinned slightly, narrowing her eyes, a quite devilish look on her face now. She moved quickly, snapping at the bird, her jaws snapping together about half an inch from the bird. It was a loud snap.
She took a step back, grinning at the bird. "Astatine, make sure he isn't around when I'm hungry,alright? I might deside that he's my food someday..."

Zaith squaked loudly and thrust his black beak towards Nuria, pulling away just before hitting her as Astatine growled. "You two make the rudest couple..." He grumbled, preening his feathers back into place.
Astatine whipped the top of Zaith with her tail and smirks. "Be good." She turned to Nuria. "He's pretty good about staying away. Tis a shame.. I wouldn't mind seeing what he tastes like. But if I ate him, what would I play with?'Course now I've you..." A dark look crossed her face and she sudenly seemed to be in a bit of a rush to get to the pride. "How's Zeidan going to feel about all of this?"

Nuria grinned alittle, licking her mate's maw, before whispering in her ear. "You could play with my feathers, anytime you wanted..." It made her grin widen, before Astatine's words ran through her head. She paused, sitting back on her haunches. "Hmmn... Depends. About you being in the Pride, or being with me?" She shrugged alittle.

Astatine stopped beside her, laying down and laying her head on Nuria's paws. "About us... He's not going to try tearing out my fur is he? Cause that would be a stupid move." She grinned, rubbing her cheek against Nuri's claws.

Nuria sighed slightly. "My father,..." she paused, slowly, laying herself down, resting her chin atop Astatine's head. "He couldn't give a rat's a**... In his mind,.. as long as I'm around to help bring darkness to the light, and pain to those who are weak... He's pleased. He couldn't care if I ******** an antelope..." This made her grin slightly, but it faded. "My father should welcome you in... If he doesn't... Well. We leave."

"Ew." Astatine scrunched up her nose but listened to what Nuria said. "Sounds good to me. Besides, who wouldn't want to have me around?" She smiled. She moved her eyes too look up towards the sky. "It's gunna get light here soon, we should get going. Don't wanna keep Daddy-in-law waiting."

Nuria smirked, the nodded, picking up her head. "Yeah... Let's go..." She stood up after licking Astatine's muzzle, pulling her paws out from beneith her mate. She flicked her tail as she streached her front legs out, before straightening up. She took a few steps forward, starting to slouch with each step, her shoulderblades raising high every time she pressed paw to ground.

Astatine lifted herself in one flowing motion and watched as Nuria took a few steps forward. She raised a brow and padded to herside, nosing her neck. "You okay, Love?" She tried to angle head so she could see Nuri's eyes.

"Mmhmm." Nuria grinned alittle. "I'm fine,... Let's just get back to the Pride,... I need to sleep,..." she sighed softly. She'd been out, every night, and everyday, for practicly the past week, waiting for her love to come. They had seen eachother those few days ago, when she had first grown... they noted their love for eachother, then Astatine promised once more to come. And now she was there,... and now Nuria could sleep. Finaly...

Astatine nodded and her eyes glowed bright. Winds whirled a bit under Nuria, helping to take some of the weight off her paws. She was afraid to let anything more that a small wind touch Nuria at the moment though, not wanting the freezing temperatures to clash with Nuria's burning body temperature too much. "That should help." She purred and stalked off towards the pride.

Nuria smirked alittle, feeling the wind wrap around her paws and tickle her belly softly. "I'm fine..." She let out a sigh, straightening up, putting an end to her lazy little strides. "Just,... tired." She said, and let out a yawn.
After a short time, the trees darkened, and the grass dissapeared, and only white and grey ashe could be seen over the ground, and the slight smell of blood, loomed through the air. It made Nuria grin, and seem to relax much more. Before long, they reached the densite. Most everyone was already awake by now, as the sun had risen over the horizon, yet here, the skies still seemed to have a dull tint to it. The skies for the moment where yellow, and the clouds seemed to have a darkpink-to-black hue t the, or, perhaps thats just how Nuria saw them in her mind.
She spotted her half sister, from her father's side, sitting by the den's entrance, keeping quite to herself, watching the other pride members move about. Zeidan, as he usualy was, sat atop the den's entrance.
Nuria grinned, then purposly let out another yawn, that had the hint of a roar to it. It did what she wanted it to, and caught his attention.
Zeidan turned his head coolly, looking over at his daughter, not noticing the other female with her at first. He grinned alittle, raising to his paws, and jumping down to one of the stone ledges, then to the ground, turning in the direction of his daughter. That's when he caught site of Astatine. He narrowed his eyes for a moment, making his way over. "So,... Nuria. You have returned..." his tone was the usual,.. dark, cold, though not utterly heartless and mindless.
Nuria grinned alittle more at her father, taking a quick moment to nose Astatine's maw softly, her grin growing even more when she caught a slight twitch in her father's gaze. "Father, you remember Astatine, don't you? Zephyrus's daughter?"
Zeidan looked the lioness over, and it took the name for it to click. "Ah,... Your.. Friend, then." As short as always. Nuria nodded her head. "Yes, father, my friend... If you'd like to put it as simply as that..." she smirked again. Zeidan eyed her carefully for a moment. Nuria sighed. "Father, you are too slow sometimes..." she shook her head slightly, breathing a slight, mocking laugh, getting a slight glare from her father. Nuria sighed again, this time, it was more forced, and rough. "Father, my Mate would like to live here, with us. Before, she lived with Good-Hearted Mortals,... with them, her powers would go to waist. Here, they would not,... and I'll admit; I'd be quite pleased myself, to have her at my side,..." She grinned again, looking over at Astatine with a dark gleam in her eyes.
Zeidan watched Nuria, his gaze flicking to Astatine occasionaly. So,... my daughter has found her love in another lioness. Not something I expected,... Not something I can change... Nuria was right... He didn't care. He looked to Astatine. "Kelevra can help you with your elemental powers, as can Nuria. In the den, Nuria can share her section with you,..." Ending things in odd, short ways. That's Zeidan... He turned away.
Nuria grinned, looking at Astatine, leaning over to her and whispering in her ear. "That's his way of saying yes...."
