Yup yups. Pluu is the "dog" from Rave Master that senses the evil thingah-mah-boobies (the Dark shadow whatever. I forgot what its called). But hes drawn so wierd. Also, in the Get Backers Episode and Chapter with Clayface (that one art chick whose mother was a Spirit Medium), there is a picture of Pluu hanging in the background next to famous Van Ghoh and maybe Da Vinci paintings.

GOD I LOVED THIS CHARACTER!! 4laugh xd 4laugh whee The hopeless romantic who followed his love! Also he was a damn good detective! Though he and Pops spent a lot of time together throughout the show. Still, probably one of my favorite characters of all time. 3nodding

Many Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles fans recognize this anime character. The creators of both series had a lot of cameo appearances in eachothers stories and works.
