Ahh yes, My good gnome, Idle chit chat and banter whilist a Killer mucks about with mysterious worms and a thing for throwing acid. Somehow I dont think weve the time. I lower my bow and look around the area, "This doesn't seem right; why are the guards throwing so many people down here...this seems more like their sick game."
I am gonna role my Knowledge (Dungeoneering) to see if I can figure out anything about this dungeon; that may not be common knowledge
EDIT: 18+2 = 20

Not much, The pathways and rooms threw here are empty for the most part, and the hall just keeps twisting for a long time.
He then turns to the man with the bow:

Mortagern To the gnome: Not much, The pathways and rooms threw here are empty for the most part, and the hall just keeps twisting for a long time. Timothy uses Knowledge (Dungeoneering)
The doors in this hallway all shut tight to the floor, and the hallway itself apparently acts as drainage for the huge cathedral. So the hallway most likely leads eventually to an area where the run off rainwater goes. Why someone would design it this way is beyond you.
Timothy should make a straight INT check (d20 + INT mod)
