Ah, well I really needed braces
I had buck teeth, not all my teeth would be able to come in otherwise, my mouth would look like s**t, etc.

My mouth was so screwed up, my orthodontist bragged about his work on me. D:
((It's not like I looked hideous or anything, but there was no room anywhere and it was weird it actually worked.))

I got mine in 6th grade
It's been 3 years, and I'm still not even close to done
They approximate 1-2 more years, 3 if I'm unlucky

Crossbite = takes 4-8 years to fix.
There's no way I'm going to have braces for 4-8 years.
My teeth STILL have recalcified completely where I had a toothbrace 2 and a half years ago when I broke my face.

I had braces for.. let's see...
got em in 3rd grade... had em till 9th and my order of grades it messed up..
3, 4, 5, 6, 7/6 (i switched schools in the middle of the year), 7, 8, 9... that's 8 years and i still have a retainer!

I have very straight teeth.
Alignment really isn't an issue.
Even the orthodontist said that it wouldn't be an issue for at least 50 years.
