Not really - we did swap out the shiny black oven/microwave combo for stainless and black, but that just matches the cooktop. The dishwasher and fridge that is still coming are black stainless - kind of a softer black. So it's a bit updated but nothing too radical. smile
Nice! I'm beginning to like the duller black finish.
Same here - the new finishes don't show fingerprints, and we're slowly trying to moderize the house a little (while still being to our taste) because although we don't have any plans to move soon (heaven forfend!), we also know we're not going to be here forever. Meanwhile, I want to enjoy all the new appliances!
