"Aa-ah, yes..!" Api jumped a little at the question, jarring them out of their train of thought. It would be fiiine. This time they weren't doing any construction work, they were just... climbing a very tall tower and looking over the edge! Right! Nothing could go wrong! They swallowed hard, then forced themself to climb the tower with Sephos.

Once at the top, the sight was dizzying. As long as they stared out at the horizon, it was fine! But anything closer to them... Their limbs felt cold and shaky- they were completely convinced that if a harsh wind blew, they'd blow away right off the edge and- and- no no no. They rubbed at their face, frantic movement sending a few bees buzzing into the air around their head. The buzzing soothed them enough to brave looking over the edge again just in time to see a few things- a strange machine, a possible suspicious figure, and... what was that last thing?

"A-ah... I--I think we should... um, we should go see what that nnn-noise was." They pointed down to where the blur had crashed. That must've been one hell of a mess for them to hear it all the way up here... Turning slowly, they edged themselves back to the stairs to climb back down. "O-or at least, uh, that's- that's what I'm going to do." The troll was also a tempting investigation piece but... a crash that bad could've damaged something important, right?

Mihail Kreios

Somehow they ended up on a shuttle to the interior sites. This was really turning out to be a wild goose chase, wasn't it. It was actually kind of exciting! "We-we-we'll catch 'em eventually... I th--think we should, uh, we should move to- uh- I mean-." He sighed loudly, tired with stumbling over his words. For once, he let go of Knetic's hand to sign at his friend.

'I think we should stick to signing to keep quiet.'

He quirked a brow at Knetic and tilted his head as if asking for confirmation. Knetic was not as well learned as he was in signing but... they knew enough to talk fairly well with each other. Once at the sites, Mihail departed from the shuttle and looked around. Not much was going on back there these nights.. but the tower could be useful. He nudged Knetic (retaking his hand) and then pointed at the tower. They were gonna climb it.

"We are not letting that guy get away!" Avvisi yelled as they found them selves in the interior of a launch site. She looked this way and that in a frantic motion. He could not have gone far, and she needed to catch the guy! "Up there!" The tealblood shouted as she pointed to the tower. "If he went up that way we can trap him!" With out waiting for a response from her team she ran up the tower, camera still in hand.

Catchup: Wallas Ziegel, Night Two, Choice D (Volunteer Quarters)

Wallas had some sympathy for this Western Operations Manager. They most likely had heaps of red tape to pull through now that the launches had gone off successfully, and the security breach problem probably didn't help one bit. Not wanting to bother them for much longer, Wallas decided that the Volunteer Quarters would be the best place to search next. Suspicious belongings could be an easy red flag as to the source of the breaches. One's living space said a lot about a troll, so it was likely that clues could be found there.

Catchup: Dairah Vacche, Night Two, Choice G

Dairah kind of wrinkled her nose when the Troll Relations Director brushed off any questions about the security breaches. Clearly, the security couldn't be that top notch if breaches were suspected. However, when she got pulled aside, her pump biscuit started thumping away in her chest. She really hoped that she hadn't made a grievous error by asking about the breaches. Fortunately, the director seemed to be willing to give information as long as it wasn't released, which was fine by Dairah. She decided to ask about the tours of the volunteer quarters; it was likely that something could go awry with that, right? People could sneak in all manner of things...

Catchup: Wallas Ziegel, Night Three, Choice C (Deeper into the site)

So these were the volunteer quarters. Wallas thought he felt the security guards' gazes boring into him; he figured it was a healthy amount of paranoia. It might not be such a good idea to try to slip past them to inspect the quarters directly, he decided. These guys could probably hand him his rear end on a platter. The shuttles provided another avenue for possible information; maybe there could be a clue deeper within the site. Besides, even if there were suspicious belongings, a saboteur that knew what they were doing could easily cover that all up, or not even arouse any suspicion at all. So he took the shuttles that went deeper into the site, fingers crossed that he'd done the right thing.

Catchup: Dairah Vacche, Night Three, Choice D (Sneak into quarters)

Dairah thought her mission was pretty clear. She had to get into the volunteer quarters and snoop around. Even if she didn't find anything truly suspicious, it would make for a possibly entertaining story down the road. However, there were indeed security guards around here, which would make things a bit difficult. She looked to Moomoo; having the bovine lusus shove her way through would probably be more trouble than it was worth. She could probably be relied on to bail Dairah out if something went awry down the road, at least. Sucking in a breath, Dairah rehearsed her best charming gestures in her head, mentally going over what cards she could pull to get out of a situation with a guard.

Garand was beginning to wonder if he was ever going to find anything of real note at this point. Maybe what he really needed, now that he thought about it, was a good vantage point to get a better look at the site in full. He headed towards the tower, squinting up at it as he approached. From there, he would have a better chance at finding the security breach right? He nodded to himself.

"Ah, Avvisi! Hold on!" Tzofia half was not sure if she wanted to follow the mystery figure at all, but she could not let the tealblood go off on her own either. With a frantic glance back at Philip and Kwelin, she hurried after the reporter. Almost immediately she was startled to find that they were losing his trail, but Avvisi wanted to...climb that? She guessed they would be able to see him from there, but she wasn't sure...

Wallas Ziegel, Night Four, Choice C (Tower Climb)

Wallas found himself goggling at the sheer technological beauty of the launch pad infrastructure. So complicated, so important, so... potentially delicate. If anyone with any ill intent at all made it here, they could potentially inflict enormous damage. He took a deep breath and looked around; despite a feeling that he decidedly should not be where he was, he felt compelled to take a little risk. If he climbed the tower, he could get a good view of the launch site and the area, and maybe see if something was off in any way. Hoping that nothing would go horribly wrong, he went to climb the tower.

Dairah Vacche, Night Four, Choice E (Lead offices)

Well, that didn't go as planned. Dairah was summarily caught and hauled off; not even Moomoo came to her rescue. (Thanks, Mom.) Her lusus did follow her to the security room, though, so that was good. In any case, she found herself wondering about the lead offices. The security room seemed to have such a clear view of them, and yet somehow there were a lot of "security blips" in the area. That struck her as very odd. Though she did spot something by the exterior barricades, she thought that might be a bit too far for her to go quickly, and whatever was there would probably be gone by the time she got there. The lead offices it was, then.

There were so many things out here by the exterior barricades that were suspicious, the grass, the crowd approaching, and the flowers... Poe held his hands close to his body, contemplative. There was so much going on, and he had no idea where to go from here. How were they supposed to find anything? "What... do you think?" he asked Wander. The flowers... "Maybe, that weird path? Where, the flowers, are gone?" he said, pointing at it.

F. The exterior barricades

The fact that a bunch of kids wandering around where they shouldn't ended up getting caught was probably a surprise to no one. Of course, it definitely riled Masoal back up again, though thankfully not as bad. Still, there was no way he'd be able to talk them out of their mess even if he was calm, so he stood back behind Emiola until the guards let them go.

"I wanna go back outside," he told the two of them, kicking his bare foot at the ground. No way anybody would get him back in a pair of shoes again. "There." He pointed to the blips on the screen near the exterior barricades.

Sephos wasn't sure if the yellowblood was okay, but most people could take care of themselves so he just... kept an eye on them out of the corner of his eye. Were those bees? Huh! Good to...

"Whoa..." Sephos's throat caught at the sound (Roots and shoots it hadn't been that long ago since a thud like that had signaled a firestorm and had poisoned the soil of the forest...) "Yeh. Thats a good idea. Coming with you." He certainly didn't want to be alone if he faced something wierd like that... and he wasn't sure if he could handle a troll.

The strange machine, maybe, but a troll? What was he going to do, fight them? Talk to them? Neither option sounded like something he wanted to do.

Choice HH

So much going on outside! Plenty of things catching Wander's eye, so much to consider with little time to choose... All of the options seemed interesting to her. They could see what was going on outside, or the weird movement, or the flowers... Very difficult to decide, to figure what was a better lead.

In the end, she nodded at Poe. "S-sounds g-good to me... M-m-aybe we c-can see w-what those o-o-other people are u-up to later, too..."
