As Argyle walked by, he'd be able to see a little Ralts sitting on a rock, legs hanging on the edge. He was lost in thought, completely unaware of anything going on around him.

For a time Argyle's travels would be undisturbed. That was until the boy bore witness to the last of all things he desired to witness at this time. Ralts. It might have been its previous stage, but all he saw when looking at this creature was that damned Kirilia. In an environment where he could wear his emotions on his sleeve rather than beneath a mask, the youth would act a bit more impulsively than the norm. Possibly because he'd just been feeling a lot of rage today. Bending down the boy would grab a rock, tossing it once in the air to test it's weight, then just like the Magby before he would hurl it at the Ralts with all his might! He just hoped gravity didn't effect it oddly.
">FOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOORE!!!<" Jekyll cried joyfully from Argyle's shoulder. Oh sure this wasn't golf, but all the other things he could yell didn't actually count unless it hit. Besides yelling 'duck' was so blah.
Starter Pokemon: Croagunk [M] Name & Level: Jekyll, Lv 5 [Temperament] Naughty Bio:The story of how Argyle met Jekyll is a bit of an odd one. After purchasing a bulk shipment of skin rejuvenating mud from Sinnoh's Great Marsh (Guarnteed to take twenty years off your appearance!), Mistress Rosevelt had set aside some time for a fully immersive experience with the product, during which she received quite the surprise. It would seem the mud had come with stowaway in the form of an egg. Unfortunately it was about this same time the egg decided to hatch, splattering the aristocratic woman with muck and eggshell. After a shriek and shrill cry for the nearest Argyle to attend her, Verde arrived and was immediately ordered to dispose of the creature, although not before cleaning up the mess it had created. Whispering a snide remark just below his breath, both Mistress and Argyle were in for a surprise when the newly born Croagunk began to snicker devilishly. It seemed the Poison-type had heard the boy, and shared his sense of humor. Amused by this fact the young Butler then went about the task of convincing Mistress Rosevelt that the Croagunk would be quite useful in his regular duties, allowing him to make the manor to "shine as radiantly as you do Mistress Rosevelt". Little more in the way of convincing was required on the boy's part, and so he obtained his first and for the time being only Pokemon.
Since then Jekyll has proven a good match for Argyle, frequently snickering at the boy's comments be they made aloud, or simply implied. Unlike Argyle however Jekyll does nothing to hide his wicked nature, frequently mocking others quite openly and then laughing about it. Though cruel he is not crude, and more than willingly to amuse himself by catching the enemy off guard. >What the--?< The Ralts barely had any time to react as he turned around. Rock? Human? What? He attempted to throw himself out of the way, flailing like a moron.

Vorpal gave a muffled scream of frustration before diving right at the Shelmet along with his shadow He hated this bug more than he'd ever hated anything, including Lankford. He'd counter right here and now with a Shadow Sneak!
Rage apparently was the Honedge's greatest strength as blade and shadow managed to pierce it's shell, finishing it off once and for all time. They had won at last!
With a bit of aim and no small amount of luck Argle's shot would strike true, bouncing off the Ralts head. When it turned to see where the projectile had come from it would be to find both the young butler and his Coragunk blowing raspberries at it in perfect synchronization! Where did you think Jekyll learned all those faces after all?

They had finally made it out of the forest! There had been no sight of the stone the Professor had been talking about though.. Well it just meant they had to keep going. This time, they came across a huge mountain. A gust of icy wind hit her face as she stopped at the bottom. It looked dangerous. The path wove back and forth, and looked to be covered in ice. They'd have be very careful... With that in mind, she nodded to Longwei and together the pair started on the journey upward!
Slowly, the pair made their way up. The higher they went, the more nerve-wracking it was. The temperature was dropping drastically as they began to climb and Jin-Hua pulled a jacket out of her satchel. Best to be prepared with most temperatures and things! Feeling slightly better, she continued the climb. If worst came to worst and they were ever stuck, at least Longwei would be able to help keep her warm! Though at the moment, she was curious how to come to an understanding and what to name the newest member of her team as she glanced down briefly to the pokeball attached to her belt at her waist.
Hmm... what had stuck out the most when Longwei had battled the Pidove? As Jin-Hua walked, she also replayed the battle in her mind. Ah! That was one thing that stuck out. His strength! He had been quite a powerful opponent! Got it! His new name would be Qiang (Strength). Glad to have figured out a name, she would wait until the mission was over and they were back on the island to try to befriend/negotiate with the bird.
Longwei would have to translate whatever she said, he understand most of her words by now. The mountain temperature was getting colder and colder with each step. Shoving her hands in her pockets and pulling the hood closer and tighter across her face, she continued to trudge forward. Just had to keep in mind the goals she wanted to achieve.
As the journey continued, snow began to fall lightly and sprinkle the ground. It would have been a beautiful sight if she didn't have to trek through it. She could already feel the cold spreading through the tips of her fingers and toes. But this was nothing! Stuff at home had been worse! She continued forward, focused. Her golden gaze was bright as she glanced around, wondering if she would find the stone they were looking for. It would be hard to pick out here, especially now that it was snowing.
Venturing deeper into the mountains as she was, Jin-hua would find herself met with increasing volumes of snow an ice. Standing nearby one such frost strewn surface she'd find a Shieldon, staring at itself in a slab of ice polished to a mirror shine with rapt attention. Tilting his large head this way and that, it was clear the Pokemon couldn't get enough of himself. Upon noticing the girl and her dog however, the Shieldon would promptly turn around....well as prompt as it's thick body would allow. ">Ah splendid! Have you come to bask in my beauty as well?<" The Shieldon cooed, showing off a head-plate almost as polished as his makeshift mirror ">Ah but you will have to wait in line. So many cannot wait to just be seen with me~<"

The rock BONKed right off of the Ralt’s head, wounding his pride if not his hit points. He’d stare at the two making such mocking faces, completely baffled. >Why you gotta be so rude… don’t you know I’m a Pokemon too?< he pleaded. He’d skitter away defensively—he knew he was going to end up in a battle, but he didn’t want to get hit again. How embarrassing for a psychic type of his caliber!

Well. That had been embarassing. Vorpal disliked losing his temper, even more so when it involved an annoying little gnat like that Shelmet. He was a brave guardian, not a short-tempered street punk! He pulled his shadow back and floated up, looking down disdainfully at his former opponent. Still, he’d won, and he hadn’t suffered too much… just a blow to his pride. At least Alice hadn’t see such a disgraceful display. He rose through the water, spinning like a toy that could poke a child’s out, and surfaced…
… right in front of Alice, who immediately reached out and pulled him into a hug. "You scared me!” she lectured, attempting to snuggle the surprised and soaked sword. “I couldn’t see you, and I KNOW you’re a ghost, but just… don’t do that, okay?” She shivered a bit-- both from the cold finally registering with her censors and from worry. Vorpal was the first person-- well, kind of-- who'd
Vorpal sighed, reaching up with his tassel to pat Alice on the head. She was clingy in some ways, overprotective of him while not particularly caring about herself, and while he understood why, it bothered him. But it wasn't Alice he was frustrated with...
After a minute or so of cuddles, Alice rose to her feet, Vorpal slung over her back. “All right, let’s get this show on the road!” she announced, recalling one of Lankford’s favorite… idiom? That was the word… she hoped. It meant to hurry up, so hurry she did, hoping over the lilypads.
After all the snow and ice, the pair came across a pokemon. But something was odd about it. Though Jin-Hua couldn't understand what it was saying, she resisted the urge to shudder. The girl had a bad feeling about this... Glancing to Longwei, she made a slight motion before trying to take off at a run. Longwei would try to follow behind her. It was obvious they were trying to avoid a fight with this pokemon!
