Don't get struck by lighting. I am actually worried about that one ...I just rolled another BOSS crying MwuAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHA. Evil laugh .... sweatdrop THat doesn't make me feel better at all. Oh well, it could be worst ...somehow.

Now that I have an opportunity to work on a post... How would trying to run away or swap out pokemon work? Am I only allowed to do one of those on my attack turn, or can I do so on a defensive turn? Not that I intend to flee from the blitzle quite yet, but just wanting to find out ahead of time.

You can only swap Pokemon during your attack turn. M'kay. So I guess that means the blitzle'd get a free attack against Alexander's ducklett this round? Since even though the fight's just starting, she's the only one Alex has out by the start of the encounter and going off of speed, that baby zebra's gonna get the first attack, making it my defense round at the moment.

XD it might've been easier if you directed your question at me since I'm your current mod and know what situation you are in. Regardless the Blitzle has not attacked yet, so you can call forth your Barboach to start the battle and ignore my roll and go on the defensive. Also you won't be able to retreat right now because if you do, the Blitzle will charge and attack your trainer so it's not advisable.

I was just kinda hoping it'd be one of those quick answer that anyone can give things so I could see if the post would work or it needed to be changed. Obviously, my plan only partially succeeded. XD I did get a good answer out of it, though, so it's one less question I would be asking later. c:
