 Username: One Little Jay Nightmare: Aren Prompt Answer: He took a few deep breaths and then began to write again. Once he was finished he was pretty sure that he passed. It wasn't perfect and he felt like he might be just barely skidding by but he felt confident enough to turn it in.

Username: Deejaye Nightmare: Mao Entry: Mao wanted to rip out her hair. She just... couldn't understand. And it was beyond infuriating to the poor bakeneko! She was better than this. She was supposed to be perfect! Huffing under her breath, she tapped her pencil a few times before giving up. Maybe the teacher could give her a hint...Username: Deejaye Nightmare: Sylwia Entry: Sylwia couldn't say she was ready for the test, but she wasn't unprepared either. Scribbling her answers down, she hesitated on a couple of the tricky ones.. English could be so difficult sometimes! But she vowed she would learn it as well as she could - after all, how else would she become a comic maker if she couldn't even write well? Finishing the test, she tottered up to the teacher happily and handed it in. Perhaps she did not have the highest grade, but it was still passable. And there was nothing wrong with that, she decided. Her daddy would be proud of her, hopefully!

Entry: Every minute she stared at it felt like a century; there was no way she would be figuring this out anytime soon. Maybe she should turn it in or....maybe she should just suck it up and get help. Teachers WERE there to help, right? Staring at the paper got her nowhere, so Mao decided to give it a shot - she slowly approached Ms. Lyra and nervously mumbled, "M-Ms. Lyra, can I maybe get a hint or some help? I don't get it..."

Username: Deejaye Nightmare: Mao Entry: It always felt like when she humbled herself and admitted she might need help and proceed to get embarassed over it...that was when it would click and make sense. Before the teacher was able to respond to request, it suddenly seemed so obvious to the freshling. Rereading the questions, she made a gentle gasp and cried out, "Nevermind!!!" Rushing back to her seat, she erased her previous answers as fast as she could and scribbled in her new ones and strutted up to Lyra to turn it in. She was clearly proud of herself. And Mao probably got only half of them right, but hey - at least she passed and that's all that counted for the young bakeneko.

Prompt Answer: Citations for papers that Brynn would, presumably, have to write in university. She sighed, but agreed that this knowledge was probably for the best. After all, it wasn't very difficult to know why information needed to be cited. Nobody wanted to be stolen from. The hybrid was pleased to find that she had passed the test.

Username: Lady Aria Starstone Nightmare: Niamh Entry:  Niamh studied her quiz, going through the questions with a serious face on. She was going to get this really right, she was sure of it! After she finished, she stared at her quiz, then stood up and took it to Ms. Lyra's desk. She didn't want to fail! She was so nervous. When Ms. Lyra returned her graded quiz, Niamh quietly bounced in her seat She'd passed, and she'd done pretty well! This was the BEST news ever, in her mind. She beamed at her teacher, and stood up, putting her test in her binder. She couldn't wait to tell her familiars!

She wanted to do well on it since she still wanted to be able to prove to her aunt she could be a writer and learning proper grammar skills was the first start. She drew in a deep breath when she handed in the paper, continually anxious about what the test results would be.

 Username: VerityHattress Nightmare: Jacintha Entry: Sitting in class was such a hard thing for Jacintha to do, especially when it wasn't something she was interested in. Language Arts was one of those classes. She found it hard to sit in class while the teacher taught about verbs, nouns, and all those other things that dealt with words. She at least understood it some, managing to pass the text but only barely. Hopefully when she got older she could learn to focus her energy a little bit more.

Username: C-C-CaFFIENE Nightmare: Rasia Entry: Another test? Seriously? Well...at least tests were better than listening to teachers talk and pretending to pay attention to them. Nouns and verbs, huh? Honestly, she really didn't understand the difference between them still. The nixie bit on her bottom lip, trying to remember anything from the days past about nouns and verbs. She was drawing a complete blank. Suppose that's what happens when she never paid attention in class. Oh wait! She was starting to remember something! She remembered taking notes on nouns and verbs! She specifically took notes and used examples that pertained to her and her interests though. Stuff like, 'Rasia needed that cute dress!' Who said fashion and shopping wouldn't be handy! She scribbled down her answers, completely satisfied with her answers, then went and turned in her test.

 Username: VerityHattress Nightmare: Vivek Entry: Nouns? Verbs? So this was what Language Arts was? Well, Vivek was sure fine with it. After all, learning to write better was an important part of his education, and also for growing up! Turns out he was pretty good at them too, managing to get a decent score when his tests came back. It made him so excited! Surely there was more he could learn from this class right?

To her surprise she was actually pretty good at it and getting to the good stuff for her paper. She even surprised herself.

They wanted to make sure that it'd be a good paper! Of course, the first person that came to mind to interview was their mother, most of the questions involved asking her what she thought about everything going on in the news.
