Abrila Variga attacks Byakko Mawiya
The rebel commander and her loyal trolls fled deeper into the tunnels, and Abrila wondered if she had some kind of escape route somewhere in the convoluted tunnels. She wasn't exactly looking forward into possibly stuffing herself into a cramped space. Who knew what the tunnels were like? Abrila gritted her teeth and prepared herself mentally for the possibility of being crowded in. She hated crowds so much.
Suddenly the mutantblood bellowed some kind of threat and grenades flew through the air, releasing a yellow gas. Instinctively Abrila veered away and held her breath; she was used to some pretty nasty chemicals and smells, but she knew that even she couldn't tolerate the gas at close range. She'd be a pretty poor wannabe psychopharmacologist if she didn't recognize a dangerous gas when she saw it!
Wishing her glasses were actually protective goggles, she squinted through it to see where the rebel leader had gone. As she caught sight of her, someone pushed her right through the gas and, as Abrila squeezed her eyes shut and covered her face as best as she could with one sleeve, she stumbled and was shoved right into the cavern wall. She heard someone hit the ground next to her - hard. They wouldn't be getting up any time soon.
Coughing, she stumbled forward, brandishing her shovel at a passing rebel.

His words hurt – this wasn't ever how she had thought her heroics would turn out, ”I don't like it.” she grunted, thrusting with her sword, ”But I must fight for it anyway, for this is where my pump-biscuit hath led me.” Her accent slipped out as she concentrated on finding an opening in Miache's guard. TAMIYA IS ATTACKING BYAKKO12/20 Novice Agility A Trinket -1 damage to each attack. Tamiya wanted to scream, but her first instinct was to close her eyes. She barreled straight ahead, blinded with rage and the corrosive fog. She could feel the pillar crack against her horn before her skull did, but it was too late. She toppled over and gasped for air. The choking was like being caught in the flames once again. "Hhnghh..." Her eyes teared up and began to flow. Tamiya had been momentarily silenced. She stumbled to swing at any rebel who came her way. Tamiya does 4 damage.

Afryse is Attacking Byakko! Witikodad saw an opening and struck. The gas hurt but he refused to give in to the attack. Not with his child's life on the line. Snarling, his claws raked a nasty rebel. Ha! HP: 36/40 Witikodad did 5 DMG

"Ugh, gas!" Cerpin coughed as grenades and tear gas went off around the room. Thankfully he was far enough away from the sources to escape serious harm but it still stung in his eyes and he scrambled onto the back of Scuttle while Blossmom flew to return to his side, scolding him as he drew closer. Talons yanked a drone out of the way and he landed on top of Cerpin, folding his wings around the troll protectively much to his child's embarrassment but secret relief.

Frustrated with what was going Athene ran forward in a brash move, getting a bullet for her troubles. But she still got a hit in, despite the green blood dripping down her arm, so she was satisfied.

"Nngh!" Eyes watering, Tevini regretted her decision to poke her head out to look for Cerpin just as tear gas flooded the room and Kursha decided to unleash another blast of hell. The glint of his gun caught her eye and the girl barely managed to zip back inside Scuttle while her lusus awkwardly tried to bumble behind some nearby trolls for a shield. Unfortunately for Scuttle he was too large to completely fit behind the trolls and some bullets managed to hit him. The tortoise flinched in pain and rolled from his sudden movement and knocked 3 drones into Kursha's rain of pain.
"Cerpin get out of there!" A hand dangled out of Scuttle's belly once the blast noises became a little quieter.

Vremea dealt 7 damage to Kursha. Nodding, Vremea twirled her weapon and darted toward Kursha with fire coursing through her veins, attacking him with the sharpest part of the blade. Thankful the shot was only a graze, she snarled at him, twirling her weapon before clenching her teeth. "Is that really the best that you have? Last time we fought, you shot me, Kursha." Her eyes bore through him, anger very apparent, disappointment heavy on her face. "If you are to betray us, at least put effort into it." Glancing at Aerona and Odette to make sure they were near, the yellowblood felt slightly more comfortable, fighting alongside comrades.

ENCOURAGING PAWNS DRONES +1"WOOOOW, YOU ARE SERIOUSLY GONNA LET THE QUEEN DOWN? YOU ARE PATHETIC! YOU SHOULDN'T EVEN DIE IN BATTLE!" Her voice cracked at the last word. That was a first. Eridia wanted to scream at the drone some more but the redblood's hello dragged her attention towards her and Azrael. Who was this kid? She cleared her throat. "Hey, Azrael didn't you say you were keeping an eye on me? " Her tone expressed the annoyance of having to share some her space with a lowblood. "I'm Eridia and right now we should be encouraging not socializing." She rolled her eyes and gave a scowl at the blueblood. "Understood?" Eridia turned her back to the two and continued doing her thing.

Alifax gave chase easily, having taken the distance to notice just what was going on - and he definitely recognized that mohawk, too. It was a good thing he'd chased that guy from his hive.
Anyway, the problem with being near this mutantblood was that - well - it meant he got hit quickly by whatever this chemical was. Coughing, he fell to the side - but his weapon still struck true. Barely.

Before Lorata could get out of the way of it, tear gas began to fill up the space she'd claimed as her own. Gasping, and then finding it harder and harder to breathe, she latched a hand onto one of Meduma's tentacles and let her lusus pull her to fresh air. "We're going to kill them for this," she gasped weakly, "you'll kill them all won't you?"
The hisses were all varying degrees of agreement.

Chiara attempts to get a drone to stop being a sad sack of troll and get up and fightAs Chiara tried her best to yell drones into getting up and fighting, she noticed an acquaintance of hers getting the drones up with far more efficiency. "What?! How are you getting them to respond so well?" the blueblood called to Adamaz. "I keep yelling and yelling but it only does so much!" Chiara said in frustration.

PVP TROLL Miache raised his staff in protection, taking damage none the less, he cringed as her blade shredded one of the sleeves on his suit, freeing some blood down his arm. It was okay. It was fine. It was just his own blood. It was nothing to panic over. He could steel himself against the urge the fix it immediately. He wanted nothing more than to let his lusus lap up the blood and tend his wound as his raptordad would surely be eager to do. But he had more pressing concerns. More pressing concerns being a lowblood that KNEW better! She shouldn't be like these ruffians! She should be fighting the proper fight with the rest of the trolls associated with the crown!
"If you dislike where you've been led you KNOW there's still time to put DOWN your sword and fight with your fellow troll! What could possibly provoke you into such foolish antics when it seemed as though before you wanted nothing more than.....than to be a knight! To protect those that needed it! To hold your shield with pride! You are protecting a mutantblood that has committed violent crimes against her own species!" Miache's voice caught in his throat and he pulled a grimace. What was he saying? Gog....he sounded like that damned indigoblood that tried to make him put Reemus in his place....but it was true in this case! Reemus hadn't been trying to fight him, rather just rolled over like a beaten dog, this girl.....she KNEW better! He KNEW she knew better because he'd worked with her! Maneki is Attacking Drones! "Mermmy?" Maneki's chest tightened as he whispered her name out. Tears of relief sprang to his eyes. That was his mermmy. She was alive. "Merm! Be safe! We're kicking butt for you!" He called at her as Zeffer charged away, back into the fray. For a protector, Maneki could ask no better than Zeffer. He was doing his best to make sure he wasn't harmed by stray bullets or anything deadly. Two royalists approached and Maneki slashed at them, popping out of the coat-sheld like a demonic-cat-in-the-box. Cacking, he watched them drop down. "There's a two for one butt kicking! Come and get em!" Maneki cheered loudly. They could do this, they could! If you believed in something hard enough, it just had to happen. Drones Hurt: 2
