There was more chit-chat not far from where she was standing, but again, she paid no heed to that. Right now, she was talking to the boss so Tyrese deserved the full attention. Not to mention that she completely ignored the groundskeeper who was also her co-worker. She pressed her lips into a tight line at the wolf's commentary about her not being safe even when she's going to work with the huntress being around. The violinist's heart dropped rocked bottom at the mention of resignation. He somewhat had a point, since she would have her inheritance back and the transition would be having much of an impact on almost every aspect of her existence. The fallen angel took a deep breath, thinking of what she would have to insinuate towards Tyrese. The decision was a difficult one, but unless the truce would work out well, the last thing she wanted was to see her close peers be caught in the turmoil. Hikaru and Xander would be willing to jump into the fire to save her if things would go down south, and she didn't want anyone else to risk their lives for her.

"Yes, I'll be leaving this establishment for the time being. Maybe... I will contact you once the turmoil has calmed down, if you are willing to welcome me back into your business, that is. But it is fine if... someone may take that spot away from me." Tears were now coursing down her cheeks as she spoke and her voice was close to breaking down. After all, she worked hard in the place to earn money, though her musical career also soared. But all would be taken away from her if the huntress would finally spot her and extinguish her life with the holy dagger designed to deliver a slow and painful death. Fans would be mourning for the loss, the legacy of the Windstorms being nothing else but a rotting page of history that would be soon left in obscurity.

❥ Upon hearing Razputin explain his reasonin for being here today, Michiko's eyes lit up like a child's. Her less timid side now evident as she was quick to lean in with clenched fists and wide eyes. A bit of drool gathered in the corner of her mouth as she stared at Raz with wide eyes; Jasper secretly looking over her shoulder and staring at the blonde. "You were? No way! What do you do?! I wanna see!" Hearing herself practically shout, Michiko covered her mouth, cheeks returning to their normal color as she then began to whisper the same question. When she randomly became excited, she had a tendency to shout, something most people found annoying. One of the reasons why she kept to herself most of the time."What....do you do..Mr. Uke?"

Tyrese could see that Solaris was torn, and he knew what her answer was required to be given her situation. He exhaled silently under his breath, adjusting his posture to reach one of his pockets and retrieve a hanky. He held it up near her face, hesitating to make sure she was alright with it before pressing it to her cheek and allowing her to take it from there. "Your safety comes first, but you will always be welcome back to La Mer." The wolf smiled faintly and briefly, "But you've got some good things to look forward to as well, my congratulations on your engagement."

❥ Realizing what she had said out loud, Michi blushed in embarrassment once more. She never could control her thoughts, even when she wasn't talking they somehow managed to slip up. Offering him her hand, Michiko waited for him to accept the greeting, glad he had no idea what she had just called him. More relieved than anything. Raz was completely oblivious of what she had said, something Michi found rather amusing, if not cute. "Sorry about that Raz, sometimes I say things without thinking...um my name is Michiko but I go by Michi. I-it's nice to meet you."

Tyrese sighed quietly, the huff of air ruffling his bangs as he returned his hand to his pocket. He let silence be the goodbye, giving credit to Solaris's fiancé to protect the angel as feirsly as he did Aubrey. She'd be okay if that were the circumstance, they're be able to ride out whatever came their way. Once his former chef was gone, the wolf released the breath he'd began holding at some point unbeknownst to himself. Leaning off the wall he'd been stationary on, he waved to Katlyn again. "Hey, Katlyn. How are you today?" The others two guest were preoccupied amongst themselves for the moment, so he took advantage and walked to his next employee. "Do you want to work inside today? I have a project you can do." He turned his head and motioned in that same directon: the restaurant, as he turned to point out some unspecific object. "We're going to install wall planters as a focal piece and grow some fresh herbs to use year around. I think it'll be nice. Ah- do you garden or is landscaping more your focus?"

❥ Glad that there was no harm done, Michiko pulled her hand back with a smile. But that smile didn't last long. Her cat Jasper that was once discretely on her shoulder was now walking out in the open. With fear in her eyes and a trembling hand, Michiko tapped Raz on the arm. Determined to stop Tyrese from noticing and from her mischievous cat from costing her an interview. "C-cat...out...m-must stop him before the owner...does.." To make matters worse, it especially didn't help when the cat began rolling around in order to get his owner's attention and get fed. Michiko shot the cat death glares and then looked back at Raz with desperate eyes. Eyes that screamed "HELP ME".

Tyrese chunked quietly at the brunette's reply, shaking his head as the question was turned back onto him. He wanted to be at home with his kid and Aubrey right now, if he were being honest. And now, well a little disheartened with the resignation of his chef. "I'm well, thank you." The simpler answer was the better on, the wolf folding his arms across his chest once they'd migrated to the threshold of the restruant door. The wolf seemed pleased and amused by her reply, nodding once as he opened his mouth to elaborate. "I've already drawn a diagram and written all the measurements. I even labeled each planter."

Each one was painted to form an overall picture of the underwater cave Soleil City kept hidden deep under its waters. He was so struck by it and it went with the theme of his B&B so well. Love by the ocean..." Both times he'd fallen in love, he was sure it was always on a beach. The first time he fell in love with someone who loves perhaps harder than he does. A stray, whimsical sigh escaped his lips as he gazed absently at the wall, thinking lost until something caught his eye. Cat? "Oh?" Unfolding his arms, Tyrese laughed at the sight of the rolling ball of fat, turning to look over his shoulder at the culprit and owner.

Rasputin had something in hand, it seemed bait- oh, so they were conspiring! "Now, now, I don't believe he wants to go back in there." He chuckled warmly, seeing if the feline would scramble over for the treat, and if not, he'd bend down to try coaxing it into his arms. It was kinda cute. "Would you two mind coming over here? I'd like your opinion on my idea too, since Michiko may very well be joining my staff after today. Also, I think I've got a proposal for you as well, Razputin." Once the offer was extended, he motioned one hand at the wall, the reached for his phone to locate the picture of what it should look like. "Thoughts?"
