Youmu Konpaku

Youmu walked along casually down the Okina area, looking around.
"You know..this place is pretty neat." she called, watching the clear area...no demons in sight.
"I bet there's some better stores around here. And plenty of nice people. And..."
She rounded the corner to see a horde of demons, all bunched up together. She pressed a button on her phone, and gestured forward.
"Shiva. Pasupata." she called, as the God of Destruction did what he did best...
And, shortly after, she quietly walked down the now-clear path, humming lightly.

"Allow me to dance you the dance of my people." Saitou sighed as he prepared his body for what was to come. Shiva had seen all forms of dancing, and his last attempt had been acceptable, but it was by no means one which Shiva found worthy of rewarding. Still, everyone that JPs could get their hands on were trying, and if there was a chance that Saitou could be the one to make Shiva move for the good of humanity, he'd do his best to make it possible. "I'm just going to preface this by reminding you, I have no formal training." Thus Saitou began, and he did have the spear that he'd taken from the JPs agent before on him still. His movements were fluid and held a lot of characteristic, the staff spinning and moving back and forth, but his dance was almost a mish-mash of breakdancing and martial arts motions with the spear, and while it definitely fit the criteria, he knew that it was another forced and probably overly rehearsed seeming routine, but...again he heard a small amount of clapping, that at least showed he wasn't doing it poorly. He was not impressing either though, and thus Shiva was not moved for the time being.

"Hey, aren't you Keita Wakui, the up and coming star of the Japanese Boxing scene?" Back at base Saitou had stumbled upon a rather impressive figure, and he could tell right off the bat that he was an easily irritable type. He was punching a bag when Saitou approached, and as he asked the most obvious question in the world (for fun of course), Keita openly groaned.

"Not again, I feel like I'm going nuts. I'm training, so unless you want something shove off! I don't have time to talk to every hack-kneed b*****d who wants to act like a possessed fangirl. First it was that idiot and his Vultures, then it was that musician, then it was...ugh, I just can't take it anymore." Saitou snickered inwardly. Looked like things were exactly as he guessed, with Keita already quite annoyed by the number of people who recognized him. Unfortunately that was the problem with being famous, and although he could have simply taken his verbal berratement like everyone else, Saitou hadn't spoken to him for that. Rather, he'd been expecting it, as someone who'd done boxing for a while and was good at it himself. He got in more than a few good licks back when they were in Iwadate, battling against Haruto's up and comer from, and although he passed away the skills he'd learned from him were engraved in his body.

"Ah, I guess you forfeit then. Nerves getting to you?" Keita furrowed his eyebrows instantly.

"The hell did you just say?"

"I was going to challenge you to a match, but if you'd prefer to throw in the towel, nobody would call you a coward." That was the push Saitou needed to give, and he could see the inner workings of Keita as he snapped from the comment.

"Oh HELL no, you're on. What do I call a piece of crap like you anyways? You better speak up now, because you won't be able to talk when the fight's over." Saitou began undoing his belt to set his sword aside, grinning very slightly at the remark. It seemed his opponent was quite fired up now, and ready to go.

"The name's Shinpachi Saitou." He would put his best foot forward. He took his stance, one he'd learned from his friend, and prepared to box. For Ryohei...he'd win, and show that his style of fighting was number one after all.

"You're pretty good." Saitou wiped a bit of blood away from his mouth while his eyes stayed trained on the other JPs adjunct, but Keita wasn't ready to lash out at him again. At least, not yet.

"...pretty...goood...? You...-huff-...a*****e..." Wakui stepped forward and threw another punch, and Saitou bobbed his head to the side as the fist narrowly grazed his hair, a sign of just how wide Wakui's attack had ended up. Saitou tried to quickly counter by throwing an uppercut at Keita's jaw, but he stumbled backwards and avoided it before Saitou could connect. These two had long since passed any level that could be called simply 'competitive' or 'amicable'...they were throwing until someone was knocked out. "Make sure this next one doesn't knock you clean out, dumbass!"

Saitou also took his stance again, and the two circled for a few seconds before ducking in on each other. Another flurry was just about to come, when..."What the hell are you two doing!? Knock it off, this moment!" Keita froze the moment he heard the voice, and Saitou's fist connected with his jaw this time, causing him to pedal backwards from a blow that landed way harder than it should have. Makoto storming in ended the brawl though, and Saitou took a step back as she huffed and glared at both of them, glancing back and forth between their wounds. "You idiots. There's a Septentriones outside right now, and you're trading punches like a couple of children. I want to know just what exactly made you think this was a good idea!"

"Ask him, he's the moron who started it"

"He's right. It's my mistake, Sako." In a flash Saitou had switched from aggressive to polite and somber, and Wakui was obviously annoyed by the sudden mood whiplash. Makoto on the other hand now only had their expressions to go on, and while Saitou seemed sincerely sorry for whatever had transpired, Keita was his usual fiery self. As a result, it looked like Keita had clearly instigated a fight, and the meat of the lecture would be thrown his way. Guess that meant that Saitou had won this fight in two ways, today...but he didn't dare smirk, as Makoto's tongue lashing began. He knew that he'd get his fair share, because he did have some of the blame, but...Keita would be here for days, and that made Saitou quite pleased on the inside after all.

"...nobody told me about a lightsaber wielding sewer gator demon. I was not prepared for that sort of anarchy." As Saitou returned to JPs with a sour expression and even harsher words, Makoto and the others could merely stare agape as he explained what transpired on what was suppose to be a routine mission. "It started out normal enough. Near the entrance I dealt with several minor demons. But then when I went inside I started finding demon corpses, instead of enemies. And everywhere I looked there were burns. And then I ran into...it. IT Makoto. You didn't TELL me what I was signing up for!" It looked like this berratement was going to take a while, and the JPs agents still stared agape at what could only be described as a nearly inconceivably filthy human being, whose eyes were those of a man shell shocked from nearing the precipice of death. Whatever he saw down in those sewers...if it was really a sewer gator DEMON...was one they did not want to mess with again. They would send out the word to every agent as soon as they could, that the sewers were now forbidden land.

"Please...allow me to use your power." Saitou was in a bit of a bind, surrounded by demons that were far beyond his level. There was a good chance that he would bite it if he had to fight them on his own, but to his luck, JPs had records saying that a powerful demon was sealed underneath this consecrated ground. If he could borrow it's power, then he could survive this struggle and make it back to Lira and the others in one peace. But winning a demon's favor was no easy task, and so he knelt before the pillar that acted as an alter to communicate with the demon, even as the beasts around him were closing in. "I wish to reach those I left behind. To protect my loved ones...I beseech you." There was a flash of light as power came to Saitou soon after.
