Recruitment
It seemed the recent quiet, though, was bringing recruits by the drove now, though. Dictys was quick to lift a (elegant, ey thought) hand and welcome them to refuge, or a brief respite, at least, from the war zone that eir old home had become. Perhaps this could turn the tide, ey couldn't help but hope. And perhaps it'd simply stall. Either way, there wasn't much Dictys could do, positively or not. Other than talk to people. Ey didn't have trouble with that.

The Construction of Old Hemisect has been abandoned, and the final day of training has come to a close. Many trolls around the base had an inkling of an idea that such conflict would occur, but no troll could assume it would be this wide spread. The messy operation has left the royalist side in an uncomfortable position: rewarding the trolls who participated in the Construction-turned-Battle would confirm their role as trolls duped into forced temporary enlistment. Most trolls who participated were considered to be volunteers, while only the best received reward – and even that came under heavy quotation marks. High performing individuals are given unofficial badges of honor. Explicitly not tied to military service, but bravery in the voluntary duties of restoring Old Hemisect.
For trolls who got under 10 in any class, unfortunately your service in that skill was not significant enough to warrant recognition.
For trolls who got 10 to 19 points, your efforts have been rewarded with a small, familiar iron badge tucked away. It holds the symbol of your skill as an apprentice in your given field. [construction][demolition][intelligence][recruiting]
For trolls who got 20 to 29 points, you are considered to be a journeytroll in your area of expertise. You have a good grasp over the skills you learned, and have earned a small bronze badge with a symbol appropriate for your field. [construction][demolition][intelligence][recruiting]
For trolls who got 30 to 39 points, you are now a master in your given skill. You performed your duties well and efficiently, and will now be able to assist trolls with lesser skills in that area. You find a small silver badge with a symbol on it to show what you trained in. You also receive a voucher for a two-use, non-rechargable trinket which can be redeemed after the operation has come to an end. [construction][demolition][intelligence][recruiting]
For trolls who got 40 plus points, you are given the highest honor for your work. You are now at the grandmaster skill level and receive a small gold badge with a symbol appropriate to your field of expertise. You are an expert and can teach others your trade! Your mighty berth of knowledge and impressive support of the military in this endeavor may reward you with a place in the military later on – assuming that this incident isn’t downplayed to the point of debasing its participants. You also receive a voucher for a four-use, non-rechargable trinket which can be redeemed after the operation has come to an end. [construction][demolition][intelligence][recruiting]
Trolls are recommended to take their badges and keep them in their journals, you never know when you'll need them later! All trinkets are novice level. Your troll can pick from the following trinket abilities: offensive style B, defensive style B, agility style B. Trinkets can't be used in battles until the meta has officially finished.
Captain Puchen stood tall in full military regalia. “The rebels have made a threat on all of our lives. It is now time to end this foolishness,” she spat. Her tone was level, her speech was brief. “Our new orders are to seek and capture the rebel leader, diffusing this conflict. You will have the option of assigning yourself to our assault squads, or following the squads in transport vehicles assisting in the detection of the rebel leader. Those too young or too squeamish to participate are ordered to return to their bunks until the situation in Old Hemisect has been neutralized. Report immediately to your posts for mobilization at this time.”
