Celebi smiled a bit as he saw the baby Togepi, he then noticed Darkrai pulling Nick so he would join this conversation, it was surprising for a guardian of all life not to care whether he got hurt or not. Nick was seen being dragged out of the pokemon center head first, he was carrying his pokeballs cradled in his arms; moreover, 5 of them were in his arms and the sixth was in his belt pocket. "Fine fine! I'll explain everything! Just get off me would you?" Nick didn't feel compelled to tell him but Celebi was there, he had no choice. After a few minutes of explaining about how and why he joined Team Gamma, he patted off the dust from his shoulders "That's the end of my story, I'm sorry for only telling you now Nancy, I know what you'd say if you knew my reasons." Celebi just floated there listening in on the conversation.
Indigo, who had seen Nick get pulled out of the Pokecenter and followed close behind is now hiding behind a tree not knowing to help the guy or not, on one side Darkrai could attack him, on the other side the guy works with Team Gamma, Indigo decides to just wait it out

I was having fun dragging him out the door though. Darkrai thought as he let go of Nick to let him keep a little dignity.
The girl was still angry with Nick. "Would it have killed you to tell the freakin truth yesterday or the day you got the invitation!? You could have asked for help looking for your dad! I can keep secrets you idiot!" Nancy pulled out her notebook. "You're off the suspect list for now." she admitted grudgingly "Do you want to see my notes on the investigation of his disappearance? I haven't spotted much in the way of useful info. It's all summarized in page 40." she still had not completely forgiven him and it would probably take time for her to stop being hostile towards Nick. Either she was a creeper or serious about being a detective when she could join the police, or both. The girl had found every relevant news article available about Mr. Vendant's sudden disappearance in the space of two hours last night. (The third hour she'd been awake last night was spent playing solitaire on the computer.) She still wasn't sure she totally believed everything Nick said but when there was what looked like a Celebi backing him up there was something going on.
"I can't decide if Nick's got a better story than the girl I met the other day who got kicked out of Team Gamma for sheer laziness. I still fail to see why this was so important we needed to cause an incident with so many witnesses." Darkrai said cheerfully and fully aware of the hypocrisy in that statement. "I'll vouch for his character. He rescued me from a sticky situation at an oasis and got me a taco. Am I dismissed Celebi?"
Emerson did not look convinced. He was still giving Nick the death glare. Marple didn't notice much when chasing the pretty light and Shawn was still staring.
Nick looked away "It something I wanted to do myself, I didn't think I needed your help. If I wanted your help I would've asked, besides it would be a hassle to take care of you and try to get close to Dr. Tenebrae. I had to make it believable, he was watching my every move and about your notes, they'd be a little helpful I guess." Celebi pondered what Nick had just said "You know, Nick was doing the right thing considering his circumstances. If he ever did anything that would displease him or any other official, something would've happened to his father." Celebi's logic as undeniable, it was clear that Celebi wanted the best for Nick. Celebi then looked at Darkrai "Go ahead leave if you want, I might stay a little longer.

Darkrai waved goodbye to Celebi and then resumed his slinking in the shadows. He quickly moved from shadow to shadow until he was doing his Midna impression at Akuma's feet.
He wanted to see a little bit of what this guy was doing before he decided to show himself. It might also be a good idea to hunt down a lunar wing before he traveled with anyone due to Darkrai's innate and uncontrollable ability. Well, it was traditional to have a trainer prove their worth before letting them train you. Most pokemon went with badges but why not make it more interesting? Darkrai was busy devising a challenge for this guy already.
Any unselfish and rational person would have forgiven Nick on the spot and completely understood. That was not Nancy. She knew that it made sense not to involve her in things. Heck, what if it had been her dad taken? But she still was not apologizing. "Not all help involves confronting the mad scientists in person. You're getting my help anyway. Here's the notes Nick. Don't you dare get any dirt on that notebook." Her tone of voice conveyed a sense that she was calling him nasty names inside her head.
Nick didn't even flinch, he eyes started to glow as the book levitated from Nancy's hand and it opened in the air to page 40. "So.... wanna tell me whats in here? Your handwriting is hard to read. He looked at the notebook intently as Celebi also looked upon the notes scribbled in the journal. It wasn't much, that part was obvious. What alarmed Nick was the entry about his mother, was she alright? Is she worrying about him? Wheres Matt? So many questions popped into his head. It was clear that the former had to visit the latter sooner or later.

Indigo sees Darkrai start to leave and he starts to follow him, he dose not trust him at all, trying to keep up with Darkrai and still be unseen Indigo attempts to follow him "what are you up to Darkrai?" he mutters to himself and tries to keep up
The Luxray gave a small sigh of relief as he watched Maple let go of his tail and chase after the green light which the Luxray knew what it was,But Luxray cared little about that as the smell of the bought Pokefood soon reached his nose.Lux?Luxray lux lux!The Luxray said as he quickly stood up on all fours and sprinted towards his master,But that did not take long as the Pokemon reached the table where the black haired teenager sat,The Luxray then nudge the Teenagers arm as he waited for him to notice that his Partner arrived,That didn't even take more then three seconds as the teenager looked away from the food stand and eyed his Partner as he smiled a bit as he rubbed his head for a few more minutes.There you are Leon,I was wondering when you would come.He said as he smiled affectionately.
But that soon ended as the Teenager heard a ringing sound that came from the food stand,As the teenager heard this he quickly stood up and walked towards the food stand while Leon stood there eying the food as a bit of droll could be seen hanging off on one of the corners of its mouth.Finally,I'm starving!He said with a grin as he spoked to the man as handed the Cheese burger that was neatly wrapped in plastic,Once the burger was handed to him the teenager was already walking to the table as he saw Leon drooling over the food as he was clearly anxious to dig in.
Once the Teenager reached the table he placed his burger down and patted Leon on the head.Now it's time to bring out the rest of the family...Right Leon?He said with a grin as Leon stopped himself from drooling and looked at his master.Lux,Ray ray Luxray!Leon said as he watched the Teenager reach for the bags and pulled out plastic bowls which was the reason why the food costed that much,Once he set the bowls down (Some of the are set up on the table due to some of the other Pokemons size and figure)There was one set next to a fountain near the table as all of the bowls were already filled with food.
Alright...It's time to come out guys!He said as he pulled out four Pokeballs that were attached to his belt that was strapped against his waist as all four Pokeballs opened up as a flash of white light was emitted as the Pokemon were released (From their Pokeballs,They have not been set free),Hovering above the ground was a rather large Dusknoir that was scratching the tip of his head in slight confusion on where they are however that was soon dismissed as the Dusknoir soon saw the bowl full of food in front of it as it hovered beside it as its chest opened up slightly enough to allow Dusknori to eat its food,The other three Pokemon were a Garchomp a Gallade and a Sharpedo as they all looked a bit confused on where they were like Dusknoir,But just like Dusknoir they quickly dismissed the confusion and headed over to their bowls of food as they proceeded to eat as Leon was already half way done with his,As the Teenager saw this he sat down as he grabbed the cheese burger with his right hand and started to unwrap it as he then started to eat it with a smile on his face as he was finally eating something man made.

"Combuskeeeennnn?" Emerson said for Nancy. Nick was a psychic trainer? He'd never mentioned that! She recovered pretty quickly.
"Well, uh, yeah my handwriting is difficult to read. You probably know a lot of this already. The incident took place 23 days ago between the nine-thirty pm the previous day and 4 AM. The windows facing west were smashed in from the outside and footprints found on location indicate a team conducting simultaneous intrusion of the building. Pictures of the shoe prints are not in the papers and you know police don't go giving away all that information to citizens during investigations. They wouldn't give me anything really. The nearest neighbors had been on vacation so were not there to witness anything. If anyone would have overheard anything it would have been someone in the gym but they were closed for the night. The nurse of the Pokecenter says there were no trainers that night. Your mother reports no equipment was taken from the lab except for the custom-built parts and devices your father was working on and the papers scattered everywhere make it difficult to tell what was taken from the files." Nancy stopped to take a breath. She was on a roll here and Emerson, knowing how long this could take, made himself comfortable on the lawn next to Marple.
"She does note that his lab notebook was gone with the computer and all data storage devices that the intruders could find. The neighbors who were not vacationing report seeing very little out of the ordinary but there was a power company repairman inspecting the meters that the power company had no knowledge of. That's the only detail they remember.That's the license plate number from the truck of the meter reader. He'd stopped for gas at four-oh-nine that afternoon. I asked Mom and Dad to go snoop around today and they should be calling me any minute now to report if they found anything new. Some pictures are tucked in there of the truck and the lab.. Is there anything I've forgotten Emerson?" Nancy looked at her combusken and the shrug he made said enough.
Darkrai while he did his slinking around had not yet spotted Indigo.
Darkrai watched Leon and the rest of the pokemon enjoy lunch courtesy of their trainer. If he hadn't just eaten he would have been really tempted to swipe some when they weren't looking. It was obvious that they trusted and loved having him as a trainer and what made it even more apparent was the way he enjoyed seeing the smiles on the faces of his pokemon. It looked like a strong team too, this guy was no newbie and had probably even challenged the league. If he needed a trainer to tour around the countryside without causing mass amounts of nightmares this was probably one of the people he could work with. Darkrai decided to follow him around and see how long it took for him to notice something was up with his own shadow.
Just when the Teenager was unwrapping his well-deserved food with his shadow behind him it happened.
The teen's shadow behind him acted independently while he was distracted and held up a finger to it's face in the universal 'shush' pantomime. Darkrai hoped the pokemon would play along for now and he returned to letting the shadow be just an ordinary shadow.
Indigo watches from close hiding behind a tree, confused about why Darkrai would be messing with this guy He decides to wait it our and see what Darkrai is up to before doing anything "I don't trust you Darkrai, and you are not making it easy for me to so" he mutters to himself pokeball in hand

After a few more bite out of his cheese burger and it was already gone as all there was left was wrapper,With a unsatisfactory sigh he looked around to see if they finished with their food and to his surprise they were already eating out of the bag as their bowls were completely empty as he saw that one of them had a chunk missing.Wow you guy were hungry,If this keeps up I might have too buy some more.He said as he got up from the chair which attract the attention of Gallade whom was staring at a tree before he noticed his master getting up,What Gallade saw was concerning him as he stared at the the teenagers shadow for few more minutes before returning his attention to the tree that Indigo was currently hiding.
The Teenager noticed his Gallade was staring at a tree which wasn't uncommon for him to do,When they were at that Forsaken island Gallade use to do that when it felt as if the group was being stalked or watched,The teenager could feel that he was being watched by two people or Pokemon one of course was near the tree but the other...He couldn't feel where it was coming from it simply felt like he was shallowly being watched from all directions,He did not enjoy the feeling as he simply wished it to end,It seemed he would have to take care of them one by one as it seemed the second person or Pokemon was not going to be easy to deal with so he decided deal with the one behind the tree.(He is able to do this because of the whole ordeal he when't through on the island,He is kinda like Sapphire from Pokemon Adventures but a lot more collective and calmer then her)
Alright I've had enough come out you coward!He said as he spoke outloud as he stared at the tree where Indigo was hiding,the outburst caused the other Pokemon to stop their eating as they soon were on high alert due to what their master said as Gallade looked like he was ready to send out a Psycho Cut as soon as he saw any sign of aggression the this mysterious stalker may give.
Indigo walks out from behind the tree with his hands up "okay! I'm not stalking you!" he says and walks slowly forward "I was just watching the Pokemon that is hiding in your shadow, isn't that right Darkrai?" I say looking at his shadow letting his arms drop to his side
