I have the words and beat memorized after all," Lurtz almost seemed to purr as he stopped making the simplistic beat with the cup and lightly set his hand on top of the other male's head. He just needed to help him get his confidence up to start singing it was all. If it wasn't for the idgets surrounding them let alone all of the interruptions, this would have gone over so much more smoothly. Briefly glancing at the blonde from the corner of his eye, he gave a soft sigh. "Try something with a beat. In fact, I'll start you off with a simple beat. Now, if you are familiar with Savage Garden, they have somewhat of slow songs yet with more oomph to make it capable of dancing to. It's way better than anything dealing with that glittery vampire and non-emotional human love story. Vampires don't glitter in the sunlight and anyone's mind is free game during a feeding. "What vampires? They really don't glitter..." She said. She looked at her lyrics. "My friend from our planet gave me this while laughing, saying I should sing this in front of many people. Sigh... Is she tricking me?" She thought. "I'll be your dream, I'll be your wish, I'll be your fantasy. I'll be your hope, I'll be your love, be everything that you need. I love you more with every breath truly, madly, deeply do. I will be strong, I will be faithful 'cause I'm counting on a new beginning, a reason for living, a deeper meaning." She sang in her glorious voice, again. Her voice echoed the room, making her voice bounce in every ear.

Not the point. Either way, there are a lot of people who call Twilight one of the dumbest stories ever and while that song may have been pretty, it was tarnished by being thrown into that movie and I feel so bad for any musician having to have anything to do with the movie soundtracks," Lurtz smiled lightly although it was only a half-smile. Continuing to keep up that peaceful air about him, he gently started to run his fingers down Dragon's back as if he were trying to comfort him. He then started out gently humming a different song altogether, his thoughts drifting briefly back to a girl he'd met long ago and had been supposed to marry if only he'd been a natural vampire. "I had a dream that I could fly, I can feel each moment as time goes by. We'd never be too far away, you would always be here, I heard you say. I never thought, o~o, thought that it would be our last goodbye. I still can dream that one day love will fall out from the sky. Do you still remember all the time that has gone by? Do you believe? ((OutOfCarrots: I might not be on for a few days. )) ++++Aumi wasn't really sure what was going on around her, she had been wandering around in her own mind about a few things. What she was going to do when she graduated. If her parents were doing alright and even if she'll have a brother or sister soon. It was true, Aumi's mother was pregnant again and it was very suprising seeing as how her mother was forty some years old. She giggled at the thought. The human body was an unpredictable thing. Her eye's then caught the gaze of a girl standing in the doorway, what brought her attention was her loud mouth, not to be rude though. The thought of fighting brought chills up her spine and her ears to be fully erect. Aumi didn't like fighting; at all. She then realized how crowded it was becoming in the classroom but suprisingly it didn't bother her one bit, it was relaxing with the small talk and the music playing. It would be even better if they were outside in the summer. Aumi then looked to the fanged boy and tilted her head abit when she saw him conversing with another female. It baffled her when Aumi heard the words "our planet." come from the petite girls mouth. She was now interested in the girl and approached the two hesitently, not saying a word but just simply listened and even more attentivley when the off worlder began to sing with a voice that took her breath away. "How does our school get such...gorgeous singers?"  +

"I never knew what Twilight is. Well, living in Earth for 1 year can't make me know everything too early." Vexine smiled as she turned her pages and looked for other songs. "So, Lurtz, you're a vampire?" She asked, while looking to his blue eyes with her shimmering green eyes.

Once my dad sees my schedule, he's most likely going to remove me from this class anyways. I was only supposed to have one 'hobby' type class, not two," Lurtz sighed lightly as his gaze shifted to the bunny girl. He was following her orders of looking up at her after all. Couldn't he just lower his gaze already? "Um... Yes. I am a vampire. How did you know my name exactly?”

"I can read minds. It is one of my powers." She smiled at the end. "Sometimes, my power doesn't work, sometimes it work even I don't control." She lowered her head, then lightly smiled. She didn't meant to read Lurtz's mind. She flipped her pages, then saw her favorite part of a song.

((OutOfCarrots: I might not be on for a few days. )) ++++Aumi's ears perked up when she heard the bell for the class to end, she smiled slightly at the sound, it ment she could go to her next class and meat even more interesting people. Though she would have to leave behind the teacher with the pretty eye's, but oh well she'll see him again tomorrow or even sooner. Aumi turned around and walked out of class, forgeting her things on the desk she had thought of as safety.

Most people prefer the privacy of their minds and I don't like the idea of having my memories being peeked at," Lurtz responded cooly as he continued his attempt at calming Dragon down. What wasn't neccessarily intended was a subconscious narrowing of his eyes at the female. His expression had slid back into the calm, serious gaze he wore normally before he could notice it himself so seeing as the other students finally scattered as he'd told them to he was kind of surprised even if it didn't show. "I'm just a poor boy, nobody loves me. He's just a poor boy from a poor family, spare him his life from this mostrosity. Easy come, easy go - will you let me go? Bohemian Rhapsody by Queen. And that was the bell.” Shifting his gaze back down at the floor, he waited for Dragon to make a move so he wouldn't be caught in the switch by himself.

"Yeah, I'll try." She smiled to Lurtz. She realized the bell just rang. "Uh, Lurtz. I got to go. Maybe, we'll see some time? Goodbye." Vexine said to Lurtz. She walked fast, not waiting any responses. She placed her notepad in her pink shoulder bag, then walked towards the door, then closed it shut. (exit)

The combination of all the beautifully sang songs and Lurtz's comforting rubs, in time, calmed the young man down. His sobs decrescendoed into a cry which in turn diminished to an occasional whimper and shuddered breath. Dragon wiped away the last of his tears and plopped his hands between his body and his crossed legs.
"I-I'm s-s-sorry for r-ruining the class." he sniffed softly to Lurtz while keeping his gaze to the floor. Class was over, and everyone was leaving. He'd imagine he'd be back to being alone soon. Lunch was next, he'd probably go find something to gnaw on at the courtyard.

So I keep bending 'till I break. xXx"It's alright, Lord Dragon. I am just glad to see you're alright now. It's not like I have much to do after this class anyways. It's a lunch period right now for me after all," Lurtz murmured in the semi-softer pitch he'd been using at the beginning of the class before he had started breaking the rules his dad had lay down for him to follow. Standing up, he held his hand out for the other male to take so he could stand himself. Even though he'd returned to staring down at the floor, he was still partly disobeying his father's rules until at least school ended. "So do you have to go to a different class or are you heading to lunch as well? If it's the latter, we could always hang out for a little bit longer. I'd still like to hear you sing though since you got to hear me sing."

Staring at the hand directed towards him with wide, red, and puffy eyes, Dragon stayed still. "I've got lunch next," he said quietly as he hesitantly put his hand in Lurtz's. It was... warm. A small smile coming to his face, Dragon clutched it and got to his feet. "But... Y-You'd want to hang out with... me?" he asked with somewhat disbelief. People spent time with him occasionally, but nearly every single person that said they'd always be there for him vanished out of thin air. He wondered if Lurtz would do the same. And even if he did, it'd be nice to not be alone, if even for a few minutes.

So I keep bending 'till I break. xXxGiving a brief nod, the light haired male smiled lightly as he seemed to have no issue let alone seem to tense when helping the other to his feet. Snapping his fingers, his books returned to his freehand. "Of course. I don't have any reason to avoid you whatsoever so I don't see any reason why hanging out with you would be a problem... Unless you don't want me to be around you?" he responded while briefly raising an eyebrow. It hadn't seemed like the other wanted to be alone, but then again, he wasn't good at interpreting emotions of other people unless it seemed hostile. Hostility was something he could see a mile away.

"N-No! That'd be great!" Dragon said with a considerably bright smile. "H-Hanging out, I mean. Is there somewhere you wanna go? Any restaurants?" Look at him, he was so excited! This was the first time he'd get to hang out with anyone in... He wasn't sure how long it had been since he spent time with someone that wasn't forced due to class!
