"If you didn't have friends," Xuza said with a little annoyance, "Then what are we?" Meanwhile the wyvern continued poking Vivian. Xuza thought it was a little funny, how some people couldn't take a hint and the pet peeves of others too.
"Look, whatever you are," She started, "I don't know if you can hear me, but that's a friend of mine... She's pretty strong too. If she doesn't want to be touched, you probably shouldn't touch her. Duh. So get outta her, shoo!"

Vivian watched as it turned invisible she sighed before turning to Xuza "well...from the phrase of beng said i dont include the person asking...and I only know you so in a sense what i say is correct, being that you asked...if he asked i would have said one friend" she stated to her plainly she just looked around wondering where it went as she snapped her fingers again and the fire disappeared

Abilities/Power + Red Fire manipulation(normal fire which burns people and such) + Black Fire Manipulation(fire which can not be put out by just water, it burns worse than normal fire) + Shadow Body(when seeing her her body seems to always look like its connected to a shadow on the ground..which it is) + Shadow sneak(can hide in anyones shadow even hers to avoid getting hurt from outside attacks(she cant last long in her own shadow, since its technically not a real shadow) + Banshee Scream: she can scream loud and high enough to confuse people around her who can hear her voice(she never likes doing because her voice sounds...well..too her pitchy) +Flame Breathe: she can eat the element of fire(doesnt increase anything) and she can breathe fire at people using her manipulation) +Hat Trick: using her hat she can hid in it only to appear in someones shadow(she likes her hat a lot so she rarely will ditch her hat) +Shadow's Release: an ability she learned from trying to leave her own shadow, since shes connected to her shadow shes considered bound to the world, but over time she has found a way to disconnect, she absorbs the shadows from underneath her as well as near by shadows from other people or places and collects them in her body, this grants her a more human appearance, with the change of her skin tone to being a dark shade of purple, when shes like this her abilities get stronger twice fold, and her movement speed is also doubled, whilst her defense is weakened due to its human like form.

➟ Wow, she really seems to be excited about this team. It reminds me of the way future me loved the team. He even had the same gleam in his eye... The meister remained quiet for the time being, letting Xuza run the negotiations with a potential member. Right now thought Takeshi thought the most important thing the pair should be doing, was handing in a report to the academy. Maybe find some of the other time travelers if they came back. And just when Takeshi thought Xuza wouldn't need help, she revealed this clingy and desperate side of her shown when she attempted to recruit Vivian. Okay well it wasn't so much as clingy and desperate, but the fact that she would just blurt out their most recent expedition into a time far beyond. It was going to make her seem crazy. Was she aware of how pushy she was acting at the moment? Now felt like Takeshi's time to assist Xuza."Well hello, Vivian. My name is Takeshi as you already know. What Xuza is saying may seem a bit...absurd, but don't take it too literally. What she means is that we...uh... We had a revelation! Yes! Thats it! A revelation!" Takeshi did his best to come up with a good enough lie that would save Xuza's reputation and convince Vivian that they weren't crazy. "When she said that we all "went to the future", what she really meant to say was that she had seen the future. A realization that life doesn't last forever, and so it is important to make friendships last. Create strong bonds. Live life! You know, mushy stuff like that. Hahaha!" Takeshi leaned in towards Xuza so he could whisper in her ear.
"Let me see if this works in our favor. You can't just go around dropping the whole future bomb on people! I don't like lying, but the least we can do for the moment is try and recruit her, then explain later once we have solid evidence." The meister was hoping that Vivian would find his lie to be believable, but he did have doubts in himself, as well as if he had even used the word revelation in the right context. "I know it is a bit sudden but... Look! Xuza believes in you enough that she is inviting you to join us. That must mean that you are someone that can be trusted, someone capable. It's a bit I know, but with your help I hope we can get to places." He was hoping that little speech worked out, but at the same time he couldn't help but wonder why a wyvern was circling Vivian. What was even more strange was that it was just there. Could it be someone's familiar? Or better yet, wash it Takeshi's destined familiar companion? One of the only highlights about being a warlock was that you sometimes got a familiar. Then again, that didn't seem likely. After Xuza snapped at the thing though, he felt bad for it. "I think she's cute, just look at her!" And then it disappeared, much to the boy's shock. Rubbing his eyes he wondered if his sight was just wonky. Instead of going crazy over where the beast went, Takeshi tried to get back to Vivian. "Oh? I have been acting a little too rude haven't I? I hear what you are saying, but if you'll allow me, I'd also like to be your friend. Regardless of whether or not you join. Any friend of Xuza's should be a friend of mine! As for the wyvern...hmm. What do you think Xuza? Would it make a nice pet?" Takeshi joked with Xuza before extending a hand to Vivian for a handshake. It was actually surprising to see that Xuza had made friends with a witch. From the way she spoke he believed that she disliked most witches in general, but then again she did accept him a warlock as her friend after all.

Xuza sighed and shifted her weight as Takeshi pulled her in for a conference. The whole thing was making her feel foolish.
"Oh, nonsense," she said waving a hand at Vivian, "we're friends. And as friends!" she elbowed Takeshi "we don't keep secrets from each other. Look, you might act like a loner, but you were the one who came to me when we met, not the other way around."
"Right now, Takeshi here is the only member of my team. You're the first person I came to after we got back." She shot Takeshi a look that said, "See? This is how it's done."
"Fufufu," she chuffed at the wyvern. "I think it likes you two, Vivian. He can be the team pet if it learns to keep away from your hat." She said this to emphasize that Vivian's happiness was at the front of her mental teleprompter.
"We're actually going to visit another friend of ours. I'm sure she'd like to meet you." She said it with a smile. "What do you think?" If Vivian was ready to go, Xuza would start to leave for Death City to find Mina. If Takeshi stayed to fill the report out, he could undoubtedly find help in the classroom.

Vivian looked at Takeshi "its...nice to meet you too" she stated looking at him she blinked when he called her cute "eh...um...thank you...not many people...call me that" she said rubbing the back of her neck before she could feel the hair moving she sighed "why is it still touching me" she said as she couldnt see it but she could feel the hair moving she glanced at Xuza "oh..yea..you mentioned something about a team..." she said tapping her chin "sure...if you guys want me to help you i can...if your ok with a ghost for a team mate..." she said giving a smile only to blink again "wait...the...thing that keeps touching me...you want it as a pet?" she asked

The wyvern interjected again, hastily pulling back her attention from Vivian and moving it to Takeshi. She held no reservation this time, sensing the friendly nature of Takeshi, and out right gently pawed his face. Gently was correct for Honey-shade, but for Takeshi... It was a bit more like a punch.

He was feeling very secretive at this point so he decided not to whisper anything else from now on."Huh? What are you...? Oh. I get it now. Hahaha! Well, I certainly wasn't expecting a ghost witch, but it sounds promising. I dabble a little in magic myself, but I'm mostly training to become a meister at the moment." Able to catch the misunderstanding he found that Vivian thought he had called her cute. While it was intended towards the wyvern he decided not to say anything against it. Xuza started going on about the seemingly stray wyvern to which Takeshi wondered if she was being sincere. "Team pet? You were being serious? I'm pretty sure she belongs to someone... Or is it a he? Maybe we should put up fliers?" Takeshi didn't make any sudden movements as the wyvern seemed to close in on him. It was actually kind of exciting, but little did he know what would come next would be a strong blow to the face. It was strong enough to knock him off his feet and land on his back. "Ouch! That hurt..." Rubbing his back the meister stared down the once seemingly friendly beast. "That hurt you know! Hasn't your owner taught you better?" He tried to be stern, but he couldn't deny wyvern's face. For some reason he found it to be very cute. "Aww! I forgive you, just don't let it happen again. 'Kay?" He laughed at himself for being such a doormat. "Okay so...Mina? Have you gone over what we are going to tell her Xuza?" Takeshi didn't recall what they were going to say to Mina, but he did remember what was in store for the girl should she be left alone with Paradox still living and breathing. "As a matter of fact, do we even know where she lives? She could be anywhere." His legs sprawled over the ground as he remained sitting, his face still stinging from the paw to the face.

"That's what I like to hear! Now, let's go find Mina, huh?" Xuza was so excited to go she just started flying off like that. That is, of course, until something pulled her back.
"Oh, what the heck!" The sound of Takeshi getting popped in the face made Xuza spin around in the air like a dog chasing its tail. Once she saw what was going on she calmed down a bit. Apparently Takeshi wasn't that mad. She would remember to nominate him for canonization.
"Well, I don't know," she said to Vivian's concern about the wyvern being a part of the team, "he certainly is friendly enough. If he can learn to play nice and stay out of your bubble, I don't really see the harm in it.... But we have more pressing business to attend!" She shook her head.
"Vivian, you're coming with to find Mina, right? We'd better get a move on."
As soon as she could she would leave. This time she would ignore the Wyvern altogether.

Vivian just watched as the creature was playing with Takeshi now, which relieved her abit since she didn't need to worry about it touching her hat. she just looked around only to see Xuza begin to fly off "well...seeing as she can fly...i might as well hitch a ride" she said before she fell into her own shadow, having the shadow remain but move quickly to catch up to Xuzas only to merge with it EXIT

Takeshi was completely infatuated with the mysterious beast, but it did not seem to have the same effect on the other two as it did on the young meister. As Xuza seemed to be rushing to leave, Takeshi would make a mental note of her promise she made a bit too hastily in his opinion. "Did you hear that boy? Or girl...? Either way, be a good wyvern and you can stay with us! How does that sound? Then again you could belong to someone else..." Feeling the need to rush after Xuza, Takeshi would feel a bit irritable. At any moment it seemed like he could jet after the two girls as they left him behind. "Um... Okay, here is what we will do. You are going to stay here and wait for your owner, got that? No wait... That isn't very responsible at all, leaving you all alone like that..." It wasn't as big a dilemma since Xuza wasn't doing anything too important, just looking to recruit Mina for her own safety. "Okay, you come with me. I don't think it's right leaving you off on your own, you might get into trouble." Takeshi performed numerous hand signals as he talked to the wyvern in an attempt to convince it to follow him. Afterwards he would begin running after his teammates, expecting the beast to follow.
You don't have to follow if you don't want to, I just had Takeshi try and convince the wyvern to follow him because that is what he would probably do in a situation like this. xD

Arriving in the early evening were Megumi Sato and her newfound hero Takeshi Nakashima. The two were a pair, that's for sure, two bashful peas in a shy pod.
""Oh, really!" She chirped at the mention of Takeshi's main use of magic. "I'm mostly a booster too. My way's a little different though." she pulled out some of the charms from her bag which had been clanging and chiming the halls full of polyrhythmic music since they'd started walking.
"These are my charms. I always carry them, and depending on which ones I use different things happen. There are also combinations to consider. I still haven't figured out all of them." she giggled.
"So, here we are," she said gesturing out to the field. It was a lot like the one at Shibusen except with a lot more demons and witches hanging out. "This is it. It's not the best, but I guess it's not the worst either. Anyway, there are weapons on the wall for you us to use... Unless you're a hand-to-hand guy!"
(Are you going to introduce Nemo soon? It just occurred to me.)

➟ "Charms? That's pretty cool, I didn't think anyone else would practice a type of magic with the sole purpose of supporting others but myself." It was nice finding someone he had in common with, he felt a little more like she could understand him a bit better now. "I'm grateful for the tour, even though I'm kind of already familiar with this place in general." He walked towards the wall where they kept their weapons. It was a bit strange considering witches aren't limited to weapons, but then he remembered that demons came here as well. "Hmm... What should I choose?" Picking a weapon would see hard, he just couldn't picture himself choosing something that he'd use to hurt Megumi, someone who had been helping him out all this time. "Mm... Ah! This one will do fine!" Takeshi had chosen a small and measly dagger. It was sharp but unless you were really close, it'd pose a small threat. In the end it wasn't because he had underestimated his opponent that he chose the dagger, but for the purpose of practicing using a lighter weapon.
