 Lucian smiled "Hey Jackie, you know I don't make this offer often but I need a weapon and you seem pretty cool, plus you can handle how great I am I mean look you haven't even fainted!" He said, being overly confident like always. He decided he was coming on to strong and relaxed a little "If you want to go far and surpass god with me, I would gladly have you as my weapon."

True it sounds like a challenge, the whole surpass thing, but I believe it can be handed." She replied with some enthusiasm. It was strange of her to accept right off, but having a miester was something new. " I think I've wasted enough time in here to get something to eat and. I'm very hungry. I knew I should have took Ace up for coffee." She then wiped the side of her face with her sleeve.

She finds it surprising that the classroom was able to with hold the attack on the city. In her small delicate hands she holds a few papers each with two folds on them. Seeing that there isn't really anyone in the classroom she sits in one of the desks and examines the papers. The first is a letter while the second is a profile with a picture of her assigned partner. She begins reading the letter once more and examines the profile. In the letter it mentions that she is to meet him here. xxxxxThe door to the classroom opened and a shadow moved along the floor into the room. Attached to the end of the shadow, however, something else followed. Or, rather, someone else. The teen strode into the room with a piece of paper in his hand. Originally it had been two, but he had thrown the other away. He stopped in the middle of the floor and glanced at the paper. It wasn't a necessary action, since there was only one other person in the room with him. The dark haired guy smiled at the female and walked over to where she sat.
xxxxx"Hello! You must be Mizuki, correct? I'm Christopher. It is a pleasure to make your acquaintance." Chris said and held a gloved hand out to her.

"As you may know...I'm Mizuki BaeFong, but you can just call me Mimi if you'd like," she says with a warm smile. Her voice is as delicate as her structure yet a hint of strength rest somewhere in it hesitant to come out and show itself. "So...You're my partner....this will be...fun," she says nervously. Mizuki has never been really good when it comes to meeting people for the first time but she hopes he can overlook that. Mimi stands up only to see that Christopher towers over her. "What would you like to do first? xxxxxChristopher folded up the piece of paper and stuffed it into his overcoat pocket. He took note of Mizuki's voice, wondering if she would always sound this nervous. It wasn't a problem if she did, but it could get a little confusing for him and for people they talked to. Her question caught him off guard. "Wow, you like to move fast don't you? If you want to go on a mission or something, then that's fine. It doesn't really matter to me." he responded.
xxxxxChris's hand moved up and rubbed the back of his head. "But if it's okay with you, I would love to get to know you a little bit. Yeah, that paper had some stuff about you on it, but that's no fun. I'd prefer to hear about you from you." he said happily and closed his one good eye, smiling down at her. He looked up towards the ceiling as a thought struck his mind. "But I suppose that could be saved til later, after a mission." He said, thinking out loud. His finger tapped his chin, still pointed upwards.
xxxxx"Though jumping into a mission before finding out exactly how well we can work together could prove to be very dangerous... Eh, whatever." Chris brought his red eye down to look at Mimi once again. "Yeah, whatever you want to do is fine." Chris finally said to her in his gentle voice, after he was finished with his not-so-inner monologue.

She mentally face palms herself for basically almost putting her and her new partner in danger. "So....Chris....ummm may I call you that?..." she asks interrupting her train of thought. "Anyway.....would you like to tell me about yourself first or would you like me to go first? I don't want to be selfish so you should have the pleasure of going first," she says basically taking away Christopher's chance at having an option. Mizuki then walks past Christopher and towards the door. "We should head to the sparring ground as we talk and then once there we can see what we can do together," she says with a friendly smile hoping he would follow. I'm so stupid...If we did decide to go on a mission we would most likely be killed......I'm such a terrible weapon......I hope he can forgive me....I wonder how we'll get along....So far it seems really good...I think....Is this what it's like to have a friend....I'll have to look it up on the internet later. Mimi's thoughts are scattered all over due to the slight lacking in her social skills. Every since she was a child she paid more attention to pleasing her parents instead of socializing with the other children like she should have and thus resulting her to be the person she is today.◄ (((OOC: Oh ok. It dawned on him that she probably wasn't very good at meeting people, so that would explain why she sounded nervous before. He smiled as she walked towards the door. "Yeah, sure. The training grounds sounds perfect."
xxxxxChris followed her towards the door and held it open for her, his mannerisms from being raised as a spoiled brat coming through. "Okay, I'll tell you about myself. But it'll probably sound pretty boring." And with that, and after Mizuki had walked through the door, Chris left.
