when your brain strats sending random impulses..and you can't controll yourself...ppl usualy shake vilontly through their whole body...they can happen in diffrent ppl for diffrent resons...

also when brain not gtting enough oxygen it might happen...or if brain is damaged...like when somre animals die or are knocked uncontious...they might spazzz
