Regardless of how much time she'd lost helping Edel, Danny was nimble, and fast. Athleticism was her one redeeming quality, and she thanked her lucky pumpkins that gym was her favorite class.
A few jumps here, a final leap there, and she was out of the room. She made it. She really made it.

Finally the fae saw a glimpse of light! Oh, here's the tunnel that would lead them out! they jumped up and rushed to the exit. Second crumbling room in just a couple of hours! Who would have thought their training would end like this!

And then Mort saw the exit before him like a lightless opening of hope and sprinted his undead a** over as quick as he could. Apparently zombies could run if given the right motivation, in this case too many hunters and the room dying.

Otto gasped as a flash of blue flew past him. Had he imagined it? The last thing he felt was the swift kick to his back, knocking out whatever air had been left in him. The small blonde crumbled to the floor, his weapon clattering beside him before returning to Otto's wrist as a bangle.

Inadvertently the rifle in Gale's hand fired, a bullet ricocheting off of the wall near the fire demon's head - but Gale was too busy trying to find Eva in all of the chaos to care.

And just like that, the room was once again crumbling. Reiko growled, and lashed out at the nearest not-Reaper in a white coat, before turning and making a run for the exit. It had cost her time, and with how badly the room was shaking she was almost certain she would end up squished-dissipated-again for the second time in far, far too short a span.

He had seen Otto fall - and as much as Gale disliked the other, he could not just leave him behind. Gale lunged for the Death Hunter, latching onto his wrist and hauling him to his feet, swaying unsteadily with the extra weight. He staggered forwards, still clutching Eva's hand, but -
There was a crash. Gale stumbled, losing his grip on Eva, losing sight of Marcus - and within a few seconds he was somehow out, dragging the unconscious Otto with him.
But he had lost Eva.
A scream ripped from his throat, desperation welling in his veins.
"MARCUS! EVA!
"EVA!"

Edel appreciates your help Danny, and she would have tried to help you too if you wore a skirt. Unfortunately, the flame demon doesnt wear much.
The room was crumbling and the ghoul looked around to see that Roch was still in there. "Roch, we gotta go," she yelled.

- The world collapsed underneath the students and trainees as the tiles began to literally unfold, crumble, revealing and infinite black abyss below. A void. Nothingness.
A spark of bright blue - the single glyph placed at the beginning of the room's setup suddenly flared to life, engulfing the trainees, swallowing all of them entirely: whomever had set up the emergency portal had saved several trainees' lives.
As for the students, several were lucky, running up the stairs to carch glimpses of crumbling marble pillars and cracked stone floors as the Temple of Guidance began to collapse in itself, bits and pieces at a time. It was almost sad to see the landmark slowly unfold into rubble, but now it was too late to stop what had been done. All students could afford to worry about was whether or not the others were still okay. OOC: THE ??? IS GONE - The ??? ROOM IS GONE, ENTIRELY CRUMBLED/ DESTROYED STUDENTS:If you successfully escaped through the last dice roll:- You find yourself escaping the temple into the PORTAL AREA. Here you must make a choice. Will you go explore the other isles and do what you can to figure out what is going on? - OOC: You can now visit either the WAR OR FAMINE boss room in any of the other three isles. THIS ONE IS DESTROYED. Your HP carries over as is. - POST YOUR EXIT POST/ REACTION POST AS NEEDED. If you did not successfully escape/did not get a chance to roll dice to escape/ or have 0 or less HP:- You have dissipated and find yourself in the DEATH PORTAL AREA. He wasn't able to move. He wasn't able to think or do anything. Jude felt the world crumble beneath him and suddenly someone grabbed him and he couldn't even think to struggle or have strength to open his eyes.
All he knew is that he was flying.

Air -- sweet, fresh, beautiful air, and solid ground. Rafe didn't know exactly what was happening, but it didn't matter. He had escaped death and chaos, at least for now. And...was that a familiar scent? It was! That was just the sweet smell of zombie putrefaction that he had hoped for! Chirruping in delight, the rat scampered toward Mort, and -- without any care for personal space or looking like a coward -- extended his claws, scurried right up the zombie's pant's leg and climbed on top of his shoulder, attempting to burrow his way under his friend's hat. There. He'd be safe there, right? [Exiting]

Everything had gone by in a whirl. Deryk was having trouble keeping up with everything that was going on. The ground was crumbling, but before he could really do anything of it, he had been shoved through a portal, finding him in a completely different place.

The room was caving in and the hunters were leaving, dragging their unconscious along. Still, she stood beside Roch, knowing what was coming. It wasnt the first time she had dissipated, nor would it be her last.
