Oh I got an idea...which you could use for the sitting down pose to if you so desire.

Hubby suggests Loony Toons edits, such as the tazmanian devil.
Also Crest of the stars edit; Jinto and Lafiel specifically.

For costumes, I think an even better, sexy, nurse outfit would be nice. More gothic looking, with an eyepatch with the "red cross" design on it to match the outfit (Sorta like in Kill Bill), a sergeon's mask, and a giant needle prop kinda like this:

You have a Startgate: SG1 edit, how about a Stargate: Atlantis edit? I would SO buy that.
The uniform would only need a hue shift to make it blue, and the shevrons and locking crystals would need changing.
