Wind bouncing off the top of her head, it would fly upward and strike a piece of pipe mounted to the ceiling, sending surprisingly clean water spraying across the battlefield. Ah, now that was certainly refreshing.
">Alright, if you're so intent on gettin by I'll finish this now!<" The Foongus would declare ">Saw this in a manga someun flushed down the toilet!<" With these rather odd choice of words, the Foongus would bring both her hands close together, leaning forward as she adjusted the limbs to provide some space between them.
Slowly a small green bubble would begin to form, growing bigger with each passing second; and then she would say it. Those most dreadful of words! ">K@@@@@@me....h@@@@@@meeeee.....H@@@@@@@@@#$!<"
Bringing her palms closer together, the Foongus would thrust the bubble forward at Aella. The intent was that should it hit, all the Emolga's energy would be absorbed and create a backlash which would send it all to the Foongus!

Aella almost clapped her paws. She had seen this show ...she wasn't sure how they got reception for it in the sewer, but she knew what was best to beat it with. Though why it was almost never used in the show always surprised her ...considering how effective it was ...against almost every single one of their enemies.
The Emogla wouldn't bother to dodge as she ...raised one paw high and called out loudly.

The wind would actually gather into one churning blade in her paws as she would throw it at the blast of energy hoping to ...literally rip it in two as the attack went flying.
This was indeed one of the strangest things as Victoria slapped her forehead in recognition of what both pokemon were doing.
"What I wouldn't give for a pokeball right about now?"
She declares with one hand press against her face.

Rip through the gathered ball it would indeed, but the sphere would manage to slow the attack long enough for the Foongus to assemble a defense. Not that it was much of one.
Lowering her head, it looked like the Poison/Grass-Type intended to use her mushroom cape as a shield like she had every single moment of this battle.
Then suddenly, she'd do something quite different. Reaching out with both her hands, the Foongus set herself up to actually catch the disc! Rather then simply block an attack, for once she was intending to redirect it!

Aella would bop one paw upon the other ...as he squeaks out.
(Oh that's right, that's why they didn't use it very often in the show. It could be caught))
She would declares as Victoria not even understanding the words she said would declares loudly.
"I don't know what's being said, but I get the feeling that ....I should be hitting you right about now ..Aella."
The Emolga's ears went up as she heard that as she turned and gave her the cutest smile possible. Before she turned her eyes back towards the pokemon ..in question ...she would need to stay light on her paws to avoid the attack or catch it herself. She wasn't quite sure which one she wanted to do right now.

Ignoring the words of both Pokemon and Human, the Foongus would tilt her head back and raise her arms skyward. Soon a small green bubble would appear high in the air, growing larger and larger as it gathered energy from Aella, but everything else in the vicinity!
Yes, the Foongus was attempting the ultimate move of the series. One all else failed, this didn't. She was performing an Absorb gone Spirit Bomb!

((Not sure what I am doing next is right, so please correct))
(17 - 12 + 9 -10 = 4dmg /2 = 2hp recovered)
The attack was something too epic for words as she was sent flying backwards. Laying on her back ..as it would seem the area around her had been squash flat, but somehow or other she would survive it .....as she totter back to her feet.
Victoria would slap her own face on that one.
"I can't believe this."
She declares to herself as she watches as her Emolga's ears would flap a bit as her fur seemed to be sticking up in such a way as to show her injury from the amazing attack.
Though she wasn't done yet ...as she would raise one finger in the air ....and a small ball of wind would appear above it.
(You aren't the only one with ...earth crushing moves)
She would declares as she threw the small ball of wind at her ...as it grew bigger and bigger upon leaving her hand until the ball of cutting wind was bigger than both of them....as Victoria would pull her hair.
"I can't believe this."
She grumbled to herself. The girl had caught the references for this battle and felt like smashing her head on a rock right about now.

((Ah few mistakes related to an earlier fumble and resistances.))
(16 - 12) + (9 - 10) = 3 /2 = 1.5 (round) 2 DMG /2 = 1
[Aella took 2 DMG]
[Foongus regained 1 HP!]
The response of the Foongus would be to do something absolutely unbelievable. Tilting her head slightly, and raising one hand forward, she'd seek to once again catch the Emolga's attack. She'd go and halt it with only a single hand!

It would be at full speed that she would rush her ...as the Foongus made to catch the attack she would put a paw to the center of her forehead.
(Instant Transmission)
She would declares sharply as she used quick attack and seemed to disappear from where she was at one moment. To appear in front of him as she smiles lightly ...as she used a counter-attack and would aim to hit her and make her drop the attack along with it's destructive power on herself as she gave a swift punch to the middle .....along with sidewise kick once she was done with the punch.
Then she would touch her forehead ...again ...
If her timing was right she would get away unscathed.
Victoria was reaching the end of her own patiences with this.

In response the Foongus would simply begin to glow bright green. She was attempting to Absorb it all, the attack, the blows, and Aella's energy!

But the move was effective ....as Aella would flick her tail and hold up the peace sign. Of course, that was the ultimate move ...if he had had it before the entire ....Cell saga it would have been a different story with all his other enemies.
Aella smirked wildly.
She had won ....as her paws does a quick tap upon the girl as Victoria shook her head.
"That fight was shameful."
She was sure of that one.

They were finally done ...as Victoria would step over the fallen Foongus as Aella would leap upon her shoulder. A big smirk was on her face, she had enjoyed that battle quite a bit as ....Victoria looked back at her and shook her head.
"No more tv for you."
She would declares as Aella crossed her arms and actually pulled an face. Though it wouldn't last any longer than it took for her to look away as the two would continue on deeper into the place.

(10/10) (Actually exp should have been 20 for Aella and 28 for Phobia, since he was never knocked out, and I forgot to ask ...but was it possible for her to get the tinymushroom from the pokemon?)
It was a long tiring ...and long road as she continued to make her way through. There was hope in her eyes that she was finally reaching the end of this place, or at least ...she would reach her objective ...as Aella sat heavily on her shoulder. Though pokemon would scratch at her tail from time to time as if something had gotten ...caught in the fur near the base of it.
Though for the moment that wasn't ....Victoria's concern as she looks forward at her destination.

If Aella ever managed to reach that spot, she would find a small mushroom had gotten caught in her fur during the confrontation with the Foongus. Not something one would exactly recommend to eat raw, but to a gourmet such an object might fetch a half decent price!
Overhead a Gastly would watch both trainer and Pokemon pass by. She would observe in silence, studiously taking in all the details about the pair. She'd been a researcher in life, and still she felt compelled to research everything which passed her by.
The ghost would not bother the girl like the other's for it, and soon she would find the tunnel coming to it's end...and an abrupt fifty to seventy feet drop.
Water would gush out from the sewage canal, striking a series of water-wheels below, rotating them and delivering power to a rusted and ancient generator sitting on the surface of a luminescent green lake of water based waste. It was a rather crafty set up by the founders centuries prior.
The girl would find her way down to the generator was through a series of maintenance pathways suspended high above the lake. Varying widely, the platforms consistent of stairs, ladders, and a number of flat places to stand. Static hung heavy in the air here.

And the curse that followed as the girl realized she wasn't at the end of her little walk would make the paint on the walls ...or what was left of it ....peel.
She wasn't done, as she took a deep breathe. She was going to have to climb down towards where the generator was at ....as she would find the ladder and start her descent. The thought of simply sending Aella down to do the trick came to mind, but since she didn't exactly know what that meant ....she had no choice but to make that move right now.
The descent was slow going ....as the Emolga held on. The itching on her tail just wasn't going away ...as she turns to turn where she could see it, but there was on problem with having those flaps of skins ....they hid what she could see.
Thus the Emogla would be holding onto that mushroom a bit longer.
