"Woo-woo-woo-woo-woo-waaait!" Jerry shrieked in terror, but unfortunately he was too shrimpy to fight back.
The kazoo remained firmly clenched in his hand.

AHHH, WHERE WAS IT GOING WITH GALE? Eva broke into the run after the blob and the other pint-sized trainees, stumbling over her oversized coat and scarf every so often. Eventually, she just tossed the scarf aside as she passed her dorm room, and then she continued on.

Bix's eyes began to p***k with tears but he was holding it in.
"HE TOOK GIMLI!!" He screamed and ran through the protal, wielding his pillow sack full of toys.

Robert looked down at Reine's cute face, and melted instantly. "Anything ya want, kitten." He bent at the knees, curled his arms around her, and swept her up into his arms, shamelessly cuddling her as he did so. The sword dragged behind him, as he walked over to Jezebel, desummoned her, and put her in his pocket. "Miss Clarice, if ya would kindly take care when ya go in, and I reckon y'are." He gave her a silly little smile, and carried Reine into the portal. ((exit))

Fortunately for Jordan, Clarice had been busy running back to find and desummon Raeg during his heartless bullying of poor, innocent little Harrison. It wasn't his fault that his hair was that way! Metal cuff in hand, she nodded firmly at the departing Robert and Reine, with an authoritative, "Do your best, trainees."
Hands on hips she continued nodding for a moment until she remembered that she should probably go help rescue Gale. Even if her fighting skills were less than up to par, she could always supervise.
Plus she didn't want to get left behind with H and Caelius.

Ariane was there. And she followed the thing that took Gale, swearing all the way just for the sake of it.

It had just eaten Gale. The THING ATE JUST ATE HIM. Vanessa watched, appalled into shock for a moment, and then started attempting to chase after it, only to realize she couldn't even drag her weapon. "Volt why are you so big?" She complained, trying to heft the cannon once more. The logical choice of just de-summoning the weapon didn't occur to her until she saw others doing so, and she immediately followed suit. The Tesla Cannon soon manifested himself once more as a little (or not so little on Vanessa's now tiny frame) lantern necklace.
Now able to carry her weapon, Vanessa charged after the lines of other kids and out toward the rescue.

Tori saw Gale being taking by that creature and to her that wasn't fair. "Come on Before lets go save Gale," she said as she politely got out of Before's grasp of her arm. "After all this is over we need to hang out too," she said to Before as he started to run were the creature was doing along with the others.
