She has to maintain her cover or else she could get in tons of trouble and possibly compromise her entire mission. She's gotta be able to get close enough to use the Force to heal without it looking suspicious, and then she has to keep her presence suppressed enough so that nobody picks it up, which means she can't heal much beyond just preventing anything from being fatal.

Considering how nothing seemed to get through Cinn's armor, I dunno how effective Danika's lightwhip would be against him.

BTW, DA, the Shock Whips used by the Zygerrian Slavers seems to be a flexible beam of energy that is emitted from a lightsaber like handle. Its like a light whip but only shocks people and has variable length that seems to be able to bear weight. At least that's the appearance they have on the Clone Wars cartoon.
This might be a better option for Danika than her lightwhip, as Lightwhips still have a physical chord. The Zygerrian Shock whip doesn't, so its easier to carry around and conceal.

I'm still unsure if the lightwhip was around at this point. The earliest info I found was on Githany, but the technology itself is pretty low-tech, probably a little younger than proto-sabers.

But this energy whip thing the Zygerrians have has probably been around for a long time. She uses that and maybe a Shoto light saber and I think it would be a good combo.

Well, according to the Clone Wars Cartoon, Zygerrians are Space Babylonians complete with a capitol city rife with Ishtar Gates. One might surmise this suggests they have a very old civilization, and perhaps the Rakata did make contact with them some time in their distant past.

I was just going on the notion that the Rakata used a lot of slave labor, and so a stun whip that could easily be held would be quite useful

There's a difference between a stun whip and a zygerrian shock whip.

I made a blunder regarding Cinn's use of Force powers. He doesn't have Force Speed. But I edited it to correct myself and make it still work.
