The baku was both terrified and relieved to see her friend--terrified because this was yet another friend who was caught in the danger zone, and relieved because he was alive, thank Jack for that! "Are you okay? Are you hurt?"
Shaking the net off, Xiu gave a little grimace as she rubbed at the palms of her hands, noticing the angry red marks where the net had dug into her hands. However, her head snapped up a moment later as Demi helped her to the feet and at his sudden compliment. "I-I, w-wha...D-demi! Not the time!" She squeaked, looking a little flustered. "But...thank you for freeing me!"
This wasn't the time for hugging, so she gave her friend's hand a thankful squeeze before turning to survey their surroundings. Most of the students were free now, but Levi had suddenly been grabbed and flung--no!--and Amrita...
Xiu's stomach clenched upon seeing the state that Amrita was in, and a flicker of something that looked distinctly like anger flickered over her face. Scanning the darkness with a grim expression, her hands curled into fists as she spotted the Hunter who she was searching for--he had hurt her team badly in the previous fight as well. Taking a deep breath, she glanced over to Demi. "...Take care of everyone else too, okay? Be careful."
Without waiting for an answer, Xiu stormed up to Jordan and suddenly swung her fist out at the Hunter. Unfortunately, her attack slid right past him, but that still didn't stop her from bristling and yelling at him. "What kind of people are you? How could you hurt Amrita like that?!"

Candace's narrowed eyes widened as Caelius swung his scythe. While normally this would be an action that would have Candace falling over herself in amazement, it instead had her reeling back as far as she could. Apparently it was enough to avoid being hit.

Lattice felt the shockwave and it made her body feel unsteady though she managed to stay up on her feet with much struggle. When it passed she gazed around trying to figure out who else needed help or if she needed to start attacking.

It was amazing.
Though she held a healthy respect for the horsemen and fire being the deadliest thing in the school besides teachers, she could only marvel as Iris Obliterated a student, the girl who had shot Red was engulfed in flames. It sent a shiver down her spine and a cheer in her throat, they could win this. Before she could finish celebrating she witnessed something else. Just like the pumpkin pills they carried it seemed the hunters came just as prepared. Ruffling around her net she slid her medkit from her bag fishing for the small black pill tucking it away in her pants pocket sealing it tight in a small zipper. With that done she struggled at the net again.
When she looked up a Reaper was standing over her untangling the net. "Thank you. Go get someone else. Quickly, I can take care of some of our... problems." She rose up clasping Hel on the shoulder stumbling and falling to the side as she helped right the girl before falling to the ground from the shock wave hitting a rather sharp rock on her way down.
Still the rock and the shock wave did not stop her, slowly she rose, marching toward Eris and Madison, "Leave this one to me Horsemen." She cracked her knuckles as she marched, purple FEAR flickering around her fingers each time they popped, "She needs to learn a lesson about staying dead and not to ever point a net gun at our teacher..."HP: 38

The shockwave rolled across the battlefield; Jordan was too close to avoid it. It staggered him, and he took a moment to recover.

The Pricolici took only two steps before it seemed everything shook and she was sent spilling into one of the rocky edges of the terrain...head first. Her temple slammed against the rock with enough force to probably knock a lesser being out..and it showed when the pricolici righted herself again, blood dripping down her temple. Her fangs bared against the pain, the blood dripped into her mouth and she licked along her lips for a taste of it.
It tasted of iron.. and the familiar taste of FEAR. It was delicious in that way. Cold, yes, but Shehk was soon up again. She had to move... to get moving, even. The pricolici bared her fangs at those who were laying assault on her classmates.
She would kill someone if she had to.

Despite being so close to the vicinity of battle between the hunter and the abomination, Cass was saved by quick thinking (and advice) from Nicodemus, holding up the weapon as a blunt against it before she turned her attention back to the free for all. It seemed that more and more of the creatures were getting free.

Nicodemus sounded almost as irritated as Cassandra felt, her nose curling just a bit before she took up her weapon again and sought out a target...

Whisper had been tearing and biting at the net to no avail. This was getting so frustrating, especially seeing everyone fighting so hard. Even Red was there, and man did Whisper want to impress her. It would be really great to show Red what she was made of. However, it seemed as though she was one of the only ones left in a net. She had probably spent too long spazzing out, but now it was time to really concentrate. She decided to tug at the spot that looked weakest and see where that got her.

The world was spinning out of control, fire erupting in great torrents from the sky, the ground shaking as the battle raged forth. The shockwave, while not dealing the wobbling hunter any real harm did snap him out of wherever his brain had slunk off to. He blinked behind dirty glasses, mouth parting in sudden shock as he caught sight of Jordan falling to his knees, "A... ALPHA!" He nearly dropped his weapon, but thankfully just tucked it under one arm as he leaped over the terrain, panic welling up. He sighed with relief as Ennea was there to bandage him, thankfully.... "Are... are you alright, sir?" He managed, although the worry was still on his face as he glanced to Madison nearby looking just as singed. "That fire came out from no where!"
Not nowhere. From the horsegal, Roar hissed and her glanced down into the gully once more, brows furrowed as his grip on the cannon tightened.

"Alright, ghoulie! We're getting you out of here!" she growled, more angry at the situation than at Whisper being trapped. Well..both. Not at angry at Whisper, though. The net gave way underneath her guarded hands with some great effort.

With help form her friend Shehk, Whisper managed to make it out of the net. She would have loved if she could have done it on her own, but she was overjoyed to have help from the ghoul. "Thanks Shehk, I have no idea how long I would have been under there if you didn't help."
But then the shock wave hit her, and damn did it hit. It knocked her to her knees in a jarring way, causing her to lose balance and land right on her face. Her nose felt like it was broken, and blood was streaming down her face. She wiped the blood away, but it replaced itself rather quickly. "Damn it..."

(SHOCKWAVE FOR ERIS OH GOD I STILL HAVE TO REPLY WITH PETRA) She hadn't noticed the blast that had erupted from Caelius' weapon until it was almost too late. Her only indication had been the cries from the victims closer than she had been, and the rumble of the gravel shaking. Spinning to face the direction of the attack, she threw up her wings around her body, crossing her forearms in front of her face to try to shield herself as best she could, bracing herself against the ground. Seeing her prey from earlier moving, Cass settled in with her handgun, gripping it firmly with both hands and firing with an angry look on her face.
"GET DOWN AND STAY ******** DOWN." she growled. In her head, Nicodemus approved of this battlefield rage that his choice had. He knew he'd picked her for a reason. Okay, so this wasn't the reason why he had, but the Tonberry urged her angry attack instincts on inside of her head.
However, it seemed in the ruckus her aim with a handgun was not as effective as her aim with the net-gun, the bullet barely striking her target.
But that alone was enough...

It was one of those odd moments where she gazed around looking for someone else to aid or something to do but then she saw a familiar shape. It was the familiar form of the one that had caught her the first time. She considered this one to be the source - the cause of all her agony and current pain. Her hands clenched into angry fists and in one hand a set of needles appeared ready to be used as projectiles against the one that had wronged her so badly. Lattice determined that they will know pain.
Maybe not her pain exactly but they would still feel it.
As she raised her hands and then flung her needles at the young hunters she let out a small short laughing sound though it lacked emotion. True she could only do this once at the moment but once was all she needed to get started on her vengeance.
Damage: 7 (HAD WRONG DAMAGE HERE BY MISTAKE I SINCERELY APOLOGIZE)

Leon could only scowl at the catlike thing that decided to get all up in his face.
Probably wanted catnip or something. But she was quickly dealt with when Master Caelius picked her up and threw the Nekomimi at their newly turned enemy. And the smirk that was on his face grew even wider at the action. "HA! kitty goes bye bye! Stick to drinking milk and find yourself a proper scratching post." and then due to his inability to focus, turned back around to a blast that knocked both the wind out of his lungs and his body off the ground.
"Talk about a damn knockback, friendly fire much sir?" he wheezed out, stumbling back to his feet. He only hoped Jude didn't see that or he was going to hear it.
