He told the Russian flat out. Then closed the door on him but not really, he only closed it to turn and address his brother's question.
"It's Ivan."
Again a simple answer. He wasn't going to give him any options, just let him say what he wanted. The American's hand could be seen from the other side of the door he just didn't want Ivan sticking his head in to influence Matt's disiction. Some time's when you're really sick you just don't wana see any one, and other times you do. But that was the Canadian's choice.

Matthew watched his brother curiously, his eye sight to blurry for him to be able to make out the facial features his brother was making, though he could just barely hear his brothers tone of voice. Was something wrong? He wasn't sure but Matthew laid still until his brother turned to him closing the door slightly.
Matthew looked to his brother and started blushing as soon as the other said Ivans name. Ivan? He was here? B-b-but he was sick! He didn't want to get the other sick but....but he had wanted to see him so bad! Matthew sat up quickly and swung his feet over the bed, though his excitement got the better of him...he was to weak to walk and almost immediately fell to the hard unwelcoming floor. Matthew coughed and groaned as he moved his body a little from the harsh fall.
"ow....."
Matthew said softly as he tried to get up, though the fall had taken a bit of a toll on him. Letting out a grunt he tried over and over to get back on his bed but it was useless. Finally the other gave up and simply laid on the floor. Looking at the door almost hoping Ivan would walk in but knowing the other shouldn't so he wouldn't get sick like he was.

It all happened so fast, Alfred rushed over to his brother and lifted him up and back into bed. He didn't close the door, just let it sit there.
"I really don't think you should have any visitors right now."
He patted the other's hair and pulled the blanket back over him.
"But... "
He already compromised once on the matter, why not again?
"If you really want, he can come in for a little wile."

Junior Ivan frowned with concern as Alfred merely answered his question and shut the door on him. Matthew was sick... id least he finally knew what was going on.... but of course the door shutting on him made him feel just a bit mad. As Ivan turned around he heard a large thump and shouting.
"Vhat is going on?! is everything ok?!!" Ivan said in a worried tone to the...door. He was not one to just barge in, so he waited for response from inside, which, in the absence of, he was prepared to break in and find out for himself.

Matthew felt himself being lifted and held onto his brother as he was placed back in his bed and covered up. Matthew let out a weak sigh and gave Alfred a small grateful smile.
"T-t-thank you Alfred...Im ok, I just didnt know I couldn't even stand....I know I shouldn't have visitors but m-m-maybe he can come in for a minute so I can tell him I'm ok? I dont remember the last time I talked to Ivan..."
Matthew said softly as he stared at the door wondering why the other hadnt come in yet....

*best junior ever*  Alfred gave a small smile in return, then walked back over to the door opening it wide.
"You can come in and see him, but he's really sick so it's only for a minute."
And with that he walked back to sit on Arthur's bed witch was farthest away from Matthew's in relivence to his own. Freedom hopped up on his lap wanting to be pet now that her daddy was awake.

Junior Ivan half smiled as the door finally opened to reveal Alfred. A minute.... better than nothing. The large russian student cautiously entered the room and smiled at the Canadian on the bed.
"Matvey, i am so sorry you are sick..." Ivan said, a little lost for words and realizing his own statement was rather stupid. he was worried, but, id least it was better than the general 'are you alright?'.

Matthew watched as his brother went to his bed and gave a soft smile to the other. He knew he didn't like Ivan but he was happy he was trying to at least be ok with him for his own sake. Though Matthews attention turned as the larger student walked in. Matthew blinked his eyes wishing he could see the other better...a small blush appeared at the thought and he shied under his covers a little, though his face became more red as the other spoke..
"I-i-it's ok I would rather be sick than you Ivan..."
Matthew said softly as he smiled at the other, though his blush deepened as he thought so many happy things.
He came to see me! He actually came! I've missed him so much...Im so happy he came to see me~ the other thought to himself as he looked up at the blurred Ivan. His heart was beginning to race a little he never felt so special before.

The flopped ear cat yawned. He had been watching the humans the whole time. There was too much drama going around. He went to find his kitten who was in the American's lap.

(I reckon so since I don't know of any other british fold ear cat) Iggycat purred loudly, nuzzling the pure white feline in return. He enjoyed being petted too. I wonder why so there's so many people here today.

"Meow" Freedom licked at her daddy's hand as he pet them both witch gave the other two boys a bit of privesy as Al was smiling at the kitties and how they purred. He loved cats and these two most of all.

Junior Ivan giggled a little at the Canadian, shying away and commenting how idleast he was not sick. Thinking of others.... so nice. Ivan of course did not agree, but, now was not the time to argue.
"I would rather hold the burden of sickness Matvey... " He said, and moved in closer, being careful not to get too close, but lightly touching the Canadian's head to show his concern and adoration. He missed him... he missed him very much. The close proximity was almost too much to take, considering he couldn't actually get as close as he wanted.
