As if summoned by the very thought, Riley - who had been bent under the booth to retrieve more bags - appeared in front of Bea quite suddenly. She blinked in surprise; she could have sworn Marosa had been standing there a minute go..
Ah, Shaking out of her surprise, she went back to work. Welcome to my booth. My name is, well, Riley. That much was pretty obvious. She held her hand out to the ghoul. And yours?
The ghoul wasn't the only new booth visitor. Riley gave a quick wave with her free hand, to Calder and his new friend. Of course, he was looking for Christof, but a greeting was only proper manners.

Hell's Bells IT WAS BACK. Christof's hand went to the hammer laying beside him while the other grabbed an XXXXL T-shirt, (In case G happened to stop by) throwing it over the Gnome like a net, readying the blunt-instrument before bringing it down like the vengeful fist of... something with vengeful fists made of heavy metal.
Mistress's booth was NOT going to succumb to the mischievous methods of Gnomes while HE was on duty.

Before Robert had a chance to get his bearings, the world went black.
And then, the world really went black. Because he'd just been hit over the head with a hammer.
So ended the epic journey of our favorite hero.

"Ah!" startled by Riley's sudden appearance, exclaiming pretty much at the same time she did. Bea pressed her hand over her heart in relief that it wasn't something threatening... Riley introduced herself in a friendly manner. "Hi." Bea smiled back at her and stretched out a hand and giving a dainty handshake, "My name is Beatrix or Bea for short. That is, if you like calling people by their nicknames, in which case, you can call me Bea." she said in almost like a girly sort of tone.
"Oh, I got a question for you!" her head tilts to one side as the seaweed in her hair followed. "As you can guess, I'm very new here. So, I was wondering, how can you make a newly fellow student feel welcome at the Academy?"
All of a sudden, something came flying into the air? Bea's eyes fixated to... whatever that thing was...

Well, now that was an odd reaction to a made-up person. Did Calder not like the suggestion or something? She didn't mean anything by it, this person didn't even actually exist outside of the bible. Nevertheless she followed alongside him, allowing Calder to put his arm around her for now; it made him happy, and the provider of minipets needed to be happy. And it seemed she was doing a fine job at it so far! She gave the booth a look around to see what it was, spotting..minipets. Ohohoh! She wanted them!
The only thing in her way was one of the most freakish monsters she had ever laid eyes on. He was large, bulky--was that a wing? A-and his face and..! Augh! He was hideous! Candace forced her smile not to quiver, not even as she spotted the ghost girl, and then...
......
What. The. <********>. Was. THAT?!
Atropos suddenly gasped with delight. Is that an ILLITHID? How exotic~! It's been so long since I saw one in person! I dated one, you know. Ah, it was a beautiful romance. So much killing. So much maiming. Ah, the humans how they quaked with fear as we approached their humble villages. A dreamy sigh rang through her head. Whether Atropos was telling the truth or not, and she actually wasn't, Candace didn't care. What the ******** was an Illithid. She looked like a goddamn tentacle monster. Everyone knew what tentacle monsters did. Oh, please. She won't 'tentacle rape' you. Candace sighed with relief. Maybe.
DAMNIT, ATROPOS.
Everything was..somewhat okay until she saw a very familiar gnome flying by, and she snorted and nearly burst out laughing again. Robert! Ahaha! ********! "Wa...no wait!" Candace's eyes widened and her ears raised, putting the floresce jar down to run over as quickly as she could. Hammers, plus monsters, plus danger equaled he was going to ******** kill Robert! "Wait no don't--"
He...he hit him! He hit him with the hammer!
"Robert...?" She squeaked, eyes wide and ears raised high. Oh no...no, no! That b*****d totally just killed him! He did, didn't he?! Candace tiptoed closer and closer to the freakish monster--er, Christof?--that was keeping one of her fellow trainees hostage and hitting him with a hammer. She was being cautious of the large one. He killed him!

Spotting the flying gnome again, Jericho blinked as it seemed to finally have landed. He made his way to the neighboring booth to make sure that the gnome wasn't about to start any trouble, but it seemed that Christof already had a good handle on things.
"Nice work Christof," the dragon grinned, coming up from behind a kelpie he didn't recognize.
Glancing behind, he motioned for the student at his booth to come on over. Once that was done, he looked around at both the strange kelpie and the ghost girl who he also hadn't seen before. Giving them both a look, he then looked over towards Calder and quirked a brow.
"Finally found yourself a boyfriend?" he asked with a hint of amusement.

Calder beamed when he saw Christof rise up, and smiled to him. "Hi Christof!" It was clear he was in a VERY good mood, and if the fact the creature beside him wasn't a clear indicator of why, the tone of his voice at least showed it. "Cade, this is Christof. Christof, this is Cade." Just saying the boil's name made his smile twitch wider. Oh. He was smiling too much today. His cheeks were hurting. He'd have to massage them at some point to get some feeling back in them.
Looking at Cade, he noticed a smile and a really surprised look. Was the boil alright? Was he just a bit shy? Or was it that he never saw an Igor before? Calder knew that if he was a kelpie, he might not have never seen one before, coming from rather closed-off cultures. Maybe it was wrong to assume that someone who didn't look like they were from a clan was familiar with many creatures.
To add to this, Riley showed up as well, which...wasn't surprising. This was her booth. Usually he wouldn't pay her no mind, but he was currently in a very chipper mood that nothing in the world could bother him. When she said her hello, Calder waved and looked back to Cade. "That's Riley. Riley, this is Cade." He left out the OMFG HE'S A KELPIE after the introduction even if he wanted to.
Just as things were going nicely, the GNOME WHO DESTROYED HIS BOOTH sailed past. Calder narrowed his eyes at it, wanting to tear it's leg off, but Christof reached out, bagged it, and then hit it with a hammer. Calder clapped. "That's the gnome that destroyed my booth!" Calder pointed out, and was about to tell Christof to take it to the nearest river and drown it when Cade set his things down and raced over, looking terribly sad.
OH NO! He forgot that this was Cade's friend! Feeling terrible, Calder moved over to reach out, holding out his hand. "Christof. That's Cade's friend. Don't kill him. Hand him over to me!" It was spoken as a firm request, or maybe a very firm order. Either way, Calder was dead serious about it. Cade was upset. CADE WAS UPSET!! He had to fix this. NOW!
That's when Jericho came by, and while Calder was leaving over the booth, hand open in a demand that Christof turn over Cade's friend, Calder glanced over his shoulder to look at Jericho. The comment made him look over at Cade, flush and then look back. "Cade's my new friend." Boilfriend was........a very strong wish, but it wasn't up to him. He had to win Cade's heart first.
If Cade was his boilfriend........
What a magical through that was. Calder went back to waiting for Christof to give him the bagged gnome.

Bul followed the dragon over to Riley's booth, which, he had yet seen until now. It was excessively decorated, and showed signs of extreme use. She definitely appeared to be campaigning pretty hard.
"Saw a gnome fly this way... who's been practicing Bruteball without me?" he grinned crossing his arms. He couldn't help but notice Calder's new friend kelpie.
Heh well that was quick.. was his first thought. Seemed the prom date with Invictus did not last so long.

Riley leaned forward slightly as Bea took her hand, and shook it delicately. Lovely to make your acquaintance, Beatrix. The question made Riley think for a moment, and her eyes thinned in delight. Marvelous question. I believe I can think of several answers, off the top of my head. Truly, this booth itself is a way to make new students aware of the hot topics of the student body. Also, I'm rather open to anyone who needs a lent ear to listen to. But I think on a more specific level, it is events like the one I coordinated for prom itself that are meant to help the new student influxes. You see, prom was a grand, and important day for all of Amityville - but it was difficult for many to find someone to accompany them on such short notice - especially if they were new. I am happy to say that the matching event I ran to help bring students together has spawned forth several new friendships from new students, and if elected, it is obvious that I will be able to do more of said events in the future.
She looked ready to say more, but the phrase "You KILLED him!" demanded all of her attention at once. She swiveled around, and her eyes traveled quickly to the bag in Christof's hand, and then to the hammer in his other. She did not know exactly what Christof had just done, but the last thing she wanted was a murder in HER presidential booth.
It just wasn't good politics.
Christof, please don't kill anything today. She deadpanned. What have you caught? Calder was yelling something about a gnome.. the thought lessened Riley's desire to stop the murder - but it did not remove it entirely.

Christof jumped as it seemed everyone suddenly had it in for him, Calder shouting and.... who was this other Kelpie? He blinked in confusion as "Cade" rushed to his side. A visiting brother, perhaps? It was just a GNOME for crying out loud! With a confused whine, he shifted away from the two Kelpies, giving a relieved glance to Jericho who, of all people, seemed to be the only one not jumping to conclusions before offering the shirt-sack up to Riley with a look of disdain, It is just a gnome, Mistress! It fell from the sky before and again now! It must have been suicidal, Mistress, but is not choosing a tall enough building. Should I dispose of it before it does more damage?

Christof just IGNORE him. He even moved away from him. Calder wanted that bag for Cade. It was Cade's friend and Cade was UPSET now. If anything, Riley might finish the gnome or eat it's brains or whatever else! He wasn't going to let that happen in front of Cade. NO!
There was one a booth blocking them. A booth that was open. It wasn't hard to storm around the booth and reach out to grab the bag. He did not pull. He did not tear. Not YET anyways.
"Don't just ignore me like I'm LYING! Christof, this is Cade's friend! Look how upset he is. Please give him back to him right now. We gotta see if it is okay." Calder glanced back to Cade who just looked shocked and torn up. No one was making a very good impression to the new kelpie with how everyone was acting.
Calder's hand remained on the bag, hoping that Christof would let go. His eyes were pleading but serious. Maybe a tad dangerous.

It seemed the half beast had joined in at an awkward time. Looking to the bag that.. apparently had the gnome in it he shot a glance at Calder and Christof.
"Boils Boils... it's just a gnome. Maybe you could flip a coin for it?"
Bul unwrapped a chocolate coin from Jericho's booth as he said that. "Or I'll take it. Hide it somewhere... -munch-"

So it WAS a gnome.. nonetheless, that friend of Calder's was getting rather upset about it.
Christof, it is very admirable of you to have caught it. But, ah, I suppose you can just hand it over to the one who wants it. After all, it is incapacitated.. She poked the bag with a claw. Is it not?
Privately, she added a soft, Bloodshed of any kind would look bad on the campaign, I think.. unless we are going for an anti-gnome standpoint? A curious thought, that.. Should we go that route?

Petra hasn't noticed much. In fact, she'd been wandering around quite aimlessly, really, mostly trying to get the hang of her legs, which were oddly hard to work. She assumed it was because they were stitched on, which couldn't be good for their structural integrity, and therefore had lead her to steps to have an almost drunk sway to them, petite patchwork hands reaching forward every so often to grip something. The recently-undead hunter had gotten a little better, but there was still an unsteadiness that she hoped did not give her away, even as she brushed her short silver hair out of her hetero-chromic eyes.
She had, however, noticed Christof shove what she was pretty sure was her fiance into a BAG.
Storming over with suddenly remarkably good balance, the petite patchwork-hunter stood in front of the other patchwork with a seething stare, expression blank but for the sheer anger in her eyes.
"I will only ask you once -- return the gnome to me."
Her voice, still remarkably monotone, held a darkness that rivaled even the halloweentowners -- she might have fit in rather well, had she not been actually alive and batting for the other team.
