What is the ruling on possibly being able to change villages?
I assume become missing-nin in my current in the process.

You'd probably have to talk to the Kage of the village you want to defect to, make sure there aren't any treaties between those villages. Then you'd have to make it there alive and shout BASE for it to count.
Or so I assume.

As a rule, I don't accept missing ninja from other villages. Don't know about others, but I (as Raikage) do not.

Ventus KiD I don't know if Kumo has any Then I'd say talk to the Mizukage or the Yukikage, or roll a new character.

I noticed that there is a cannon Kekkei Genkai that is missing. Steel Release - Kōtonis it missing or can i just not find it.

Steel Release hasn't shown much in the way of techniques, but Douka can act the same way, if not better. Why not try out for it, & use the techniques only with iron & steel?

I have a question about the Kanjo-Tekina Ikari taijutsu style. I know it says 'discouraged' from learning right now because of the revamp but is it all right to learn it anyway if you're ok with learning the new stuff when it comes out?
Cause unless the whole style is getting changed, I'd like to have one of my Oc's learn it.
