"I'll talk to you when I'm finished here." Emma said as Kuro walked off, she understood completely, he'd already said he wasn't looking for a fight. As Vulcan tried to goad her forward she shook her head, she even laughed at him when he charged her. "You're slow." Emma said as she watched Vulcan's every move in preparation to dodge and strike. She knew she could get away from any attack he threw her way since he moved like a turtle.

She danced around him and moved away from behind him, she moved to the right since her scythe hand was the opposite. "Is that what you want? My scythe? Get your own." Emma said in a monotone. She wasn't stupid, if she rushed forward this fight would have been over as soon as it started, she would have lost in an instant. "You're an idiot if you think your opponent is going to let bloodlust take hold of them, that's weak and stupid, a true warrior thinks these things through." She stopped a short way away and stretched her right arm. "And you won't win unless you think, all you're going to do is charge me."

It was silent, there was no movement. Emma's battle style was centered around using the force of her own enemy against them and striking quickly to ensure victory, attacking first was not in her plan, but that didn't mean she couldn't fake it well. "And maybe I'm not human either." She said in a flat tone before moving forward swiftly and swinging her scythe at it's full length. She planned to pull back and counter if he attacked her, and if he dodged then she'd just keep this one tactic up. If he just stood there and took it then there was a serious problem.

Emma expected him to to block it so she twisted it and swung in the opposite direction before she could knock her off balance, a full circle. When she brought her scythe back around she ducked closer to the ground before she swung it back around at Vulcan. The one mistake people made in battle was aiming for the head, that was never a good plan. While she was so close up to Vulcan she had a chance to do some damage since. She swung her scythe again at it's full length, giving him little room and time to dodge as a wave of ki the size of a fully swung scythe was close up and moving in fast. "I've seen that skill before..." She said in a cold voice, that's the reason she'd dodged it so easily, she saw the patterns and reacted accordingly before she had to show off the fact that kick would have done zero damage if it didn't kill her. Emma's eyes were slightly narrowed when a certain song started playing on her headphones, her stance changed to one that was more aggressive than before. Those subtle changes wouldn't mean much to regular eyes, but her fighting style was now to focus on destroying her opponent completely. She doubted Vulcan would notice the changes she made in her style, but some things like that happened sometimes. Her tempo also sped up slightly, this was why she wore headphones, just so she could be in time with the music while she battled, and this was one of her favorite types of positions when she was fighting. She did expect that he'd see her tempo change though, that one was obvious.

Description: The user gathers ki in to their scythe and swings it, even if an enemy isn't nearby the scythe will fire off a line of ki that can cut just as well as the scythe itself. The result will be obvious if aimed at close-range, the force will be increased.

Emma noticed that she'd smashed one of his claws, it dawned on her then. "So that's your weakness..." She just needed a high-powered attack to shatter his armor, no sweat...until it made her pass out. Emma put her right foot out and it was used to make a path between her and Vulcan if he decided to keep moving toward her, the arm was a problem though. No problem...you've dodged worse. Emma assured herself as she waited to see what he'd do, if it was something she could avoid then she could attack to destroy. What she was doing now was just a tactical pause, she was still trying to gain the upperhand in strength though. Her body shifted to her left in preparation for another quick dodge, she saw him coming forward so she knew exactly how to dodge this.

It wasn't so much that this surprised her, it was just a lack of reaction. She covered her eyes with her arm and noted a weird feeling. She looked at her arm for a second and backed away from him. "Oh, you cut me, was it supposed to hurt me?" Emma said in that same robotic voice, she wondered how many times she was going to have an injured arm. "Should I say ouch?" Emma asked, getting back on the defensive. She was glad it didn't cut too deep, just her luck they both weren't too horribly powerful. If she had the reaction time she could have gotten him in the air, but that was a little impossible with her current speed. She slowed her tempo again and began reading his moves once more so that didn't happen again.

Even though she did get hit directly she did not seem phased by the fact she could have lost her arm, it was just the fact she wasn't in pain that she kept cool, she would have been more serious if she was in pain. "I'll give you all I have, battle is my life and I won't lose it." Emma said in a blank voice before charging him again and taking a second to examine him, she knew Sunder was strong enough to rip right through his guard and his arm if he blocked again, it was made to cut through people like him. Even so she couldn't doubt that he had skill, he was a true warrior, and worthy of a little bit of respect if she decided to give him any. As she swung the scythe it turned black like her ki, blocking it would result in her tearing his arm off. If her hunch was right she'd have to throw her full force in to it or she'd only cut, not remove.

Description: An attack that can wear down even stone if used. This technique is meant to tear through an opponent's guard and strike them before they can react. By gathering ki in to their scythe the user can make their attack powerful enough to cleave stone in two without any effort. Attacking an enemy's weapon will leave obvious damage in it if it is weak enough. If used on an opponent it deals regular damage, meaning if an opponent blocks with their arms the scythe will do what it does best, rip their hands off.
