Lily laughed as she realized that she had a better answer to her question that Darius did.
"Well the big fights are on Friday's, and it takes about a day to get there, so we'll have to leave soon. And the bangages sound great. Plus we might want to bring a needle and lots of string. I can do stiches, and I'm sure some of the slaves know how to do their own too."

Darius slapped his head for being so stupid right now, "I almost forgot...the slaves! How will we move them around! I mean if and when we beat them, what will we do, set them loose without knowing where to go?"
Darius groaned as he realized the problems with the after portion of the plan.

Lily's eyes got wide. She had also never thought of that little delema.
"I have no.....Wait." Lily smiled as she realized how easily their problems could be solved.
"Masters are rich men. VERY rich men. We could get some money from them. And....and we could BUILD a place for them to stay, a place they could call home." Lily smiled at her answer. it could be great. Something she could be proud of.

Darius looked at her with a questioning look, "And how: pre tell, Do you suppose we do that?"
Darius thought it was a good idea but getting the money for the house from slave masters would be just a little difficult. Or so he thought at least.

"Well......."Lily had to think about that one.
"I'll take care of it. Don't worry about it." Lily wasn't going to tell Darius about how she was going to get the money, and she knew he wouldn't want to know anyway. Still she could not hide her look off utter saddness. No matter how she tried.

Darius read what he could of her face. He had an idea what it might mean then.
"Oh...I see...if we have to steal then we have to...It's for the slaves anyways. They'll need it."
Darius was now trying to make Lily's happier and show that he trusted her decision wholeheartedly

Lily smiled, surpised that Darius could read her so easily.
"Ok, but I'm doing this one alone ok? It'll be easier that way anyway." Lily knew where she'd be getting the money, and who from. Revenge was a word that crossed her mind, but she shut it out. No, she was not going there to get revenge, it was to get the money and get out. Simple as that....right? Right. She nodded at Darius.
"No worries right Darius?"

Darius nodded silently, he knew better then to say no to her going alone on something that was so important to her.
"That was a tough match I had with you earlier," Darius said to change the subject and he wasn't lying Lily thought a tough match with him and he was lucky a lot of times.

Lily smiled, happy to know that Darius trusted her to go alone.
"Yea..." was all lily could say to his next comment. He had fought really well but inside lily was a little mad at herself for not trying a little harder. She'd had a spotless title till that day. Still she was happy for Darius too.
"You had a really good fight. You're so ready for this."

"I can only hope so..." Darius said with a smile, "I mean I don't want to be the first one to go down!"
He laughed and scratched the back of his head with his free hand. He knew that it would be tough most of the slaves they would probably send out would be the ones who were the most experienced so that would mean that it would be facing Lily again only there was more of them.

Lily looked at him.
"There is no way your going down first, your too strong for that...besides most of the slaves will be on our side once they realize whats going on." Lily smiled as she thought about it. She had friends back there, friends who were still in the ring week after week. They'd free them all, and then build a place for them to live so she could see them when she wanted.
"Darius. I want you to know it takes a special kind of person to want to do something about this. It means a lot to me that you want to."

Darius smiled and nodded, "Yeah I guess you're right..."
"Darius. I want you to know it takes a special kind of person to want to do something about this. It means a lot to me that you want to."
Darius blushed and smiled, she was so sweet about it. He just wanted to help and here was Lily complimenting him on something so simple.
"Thanks," he said sheepishly.

Lily could tell he was taking this lightly.
"No Darius you don't understand...when I got out of there, I looked for help. Tried to find someone who'd come back with me and help the others. Do you know how many offered to help? None. What your doing is very brave. Don't ever forget that." Lily got up at this point and offered a hand to Darius. She was leaving tonight for her mission, that way she'd be able to be back here with the money and then next day they'd leave for the mission. Suddenly Lily realized how quickly everything was moving and shivered with an excitment that mixed with her fear to make a strange sensation for Lily.
"Come on. Let's go to the forest one last time before I leave."

Darius looked at her and smiled, "I'll remember."
Darius then took Lily's hand and smiled gentley as he pulled himself up. One last time before Lily left for her mission. Yes...that was a great way to end it for them...
"Lets go..."

A girl, walked into the dance hall, he hands swinging to some music in her head. She walked to the middle of the dance floor. She lifted her arms, as in an invisable waltz, swaying to and frow. She was imagining, she was danceing with her partner, in a gown, one hand on his shoulder, in his hand. She seemed to flow around the dance hall, as if she was not touching the ground. She picked up the pace. Faster and faster she went, flying around and around, twirling, and singing, laughing to herself, as if her partner had just said something very funny. She spun around and around, till it almost seemed she would spin right into the wall, but the invisible partner would alwase cach her, just in time. She slowed down a bit, and stoped. The dance was over, and she fell to the ground, tired, and panting.
