"He is neither a monster nor a demon. Though mass-murderin' is right on the money." Cleo spat out. "Their mana signatures are way different. I never felt anything like it. I can't quite explain it either."
She made sure to keep her eyes on both Marv and Rox in case the other plans to join in. "Yes, keep your head in the game, kid, less you want to die. It's simply pathetic how humans can't tell the difference." Cleo waited on proceeding as well, not wanting to have her head smashed in by a hammer.

"I'm sorry." Emil said with a wince to both Zaul and Cleo. It didn't make him feel any better after hearing Cleo's comment about humans. "What exactly are they if they're neither monsters or demons?" He asked as he looked back at Rox and Marv, and waited to see what Rox's next move was. "They couldn't be Centurions either."

Marv chuckled at the thoughts of the others as he reached into his clothing and pulled out a vial of multicolored light. He pulled out the stopper in the top, "Get in ya welps." at the command more floating lights appeared in the air and quickly entered the vial. Marv re-corked the vial, "Well Rox, hurry up and kill them, then they'll understand what we are."
"Oh, what a good idea." Rox swung the hammer clockwise over his head, "though, I just wanted to know what impression we gave them." he charged in head first, "Punishing Beast," he spun around and unleashed a large wave energy in the form of tiger head, towards the group.

Cleo jumped in front of Rox's attack. All six of the elf's swords formed in front to protect her as she attempted to protect Emil and Zaul of her group from the attack, "Protection of the Breeze!" A magic shield formed between her and the tiger head. She held the attack in place for about four seconds before it sent her flying into a tree. With a rain of clangs, her swords landed all over the field.

The vial Marv had pulled out had caught Emil's eyes for a moment. He had the thought that Marv was going to make a move until he saw the floating lights appear in the air. "What are those things?" He asked then watched the floating lights go into the vial at Marv's command. He was curious as to what those lights were as well what Marv and Rox were. His gaze would shift over to Rox as the man swung the hammer clockwise and began to make his move.
As Cleo attempted to protect him and Zaul from Rox's attack, he would run off to the side to get away from the attack. He would move around to charge at Rox from the side then jumped into the air. "Raining Fangs!" Several small shockwaves were sent toward Rox like falling rain.

Oro's aura diminished sometime after crossing the strait, He coughed up some golden colored gel, "Ugh, I still handle full power yet in this body." Oro threw his twin out in front of him
Schwarz broke out into a roll as he hit the ground but quickly got out of it in a smooth movement and started running at Oro's pace"That's great and all to know now before we get there but, they still seem to be following us."
"Persistent mortals," Oro felt the rise and fall of one of their master's powers, "not good, who would be trying to fight one of them, he'll just play with them like a mouse before the kill."

Indeed Rox was playing around, smiling at Emil's attempt to hit him, "Futile," he raised a hand and created a round shield of ice blocking the attack, he then tossed the shield towards Zaul, and spun around on the spot putting momentum into the end of his hammer aiming at Emil.
Marv had found himself a large rock to sit on and watch the battle.

Jason waved a pointed finger over the water in the direction of Schwarz and Oro. "Thar they go! Giddyup, Cinkel, me lad! Hya!"
He would then await their arrival at the edge of the lake, trying to keep his beard dry all the while.

Zaul moved to dodge as soon as he saw that shockwave going, but was a bit surprised to see Cleo not try to dodge it herself. That was some pretty huge attack Rox let out, after all. After seeing her slam into a tree and dodging a few of her falling swords, he then saw that ice shield coming at him.
Stepping backwards, he fired off four Shine Harpoons, light energy in the shape of spears, to collide with and shatter it in mid-air. Now that Rox was focused on attacking Emil, Zaul spread his feet apart and aimed a pistol between them, firing off a single Sonic Bash into the ground. The resulting blast loosed a big enough chunk of earth that he could stand on while it shot straight up into the air.
Once it had gone as high as it could, which was some feet higher than Rox, he kicked off into a flip and shot about six Shadow Bombs as he sailed over the tiger spirit's head. Those were dark energy spheres that not only would deal some damage (hopefully), they would also release a black fog that would persistently surround Rox upon impact, obstructing his view.
Finally, he landed on his feet right before Cleo and the tree she slammed upon. He then turned and aimed a pistol at her. "Just in case....have some First Aid." Pulling the trigger he shot off a teal-colored energy bullet that felt like a painless thud wherever it landed, then released a healing aura over the rest of her body.

"Please wait!" Colette called out once again, hoping to get their attention. She would then look behind her to see Cinkel crossing the strait while carrying Lelia and Jason. Her face had a 'O.o' expression as she followed after Oro and Schwarz.

Emil's green eyes widen as he got hit by Rox's attack, getting sent flying backwards. He would hit a nearby tree hard on his back.

"Whuh-oh..." After seeing Emil hit the tree close by, Zaul shot a First Aid at him too. "On yer feet, soldier! Y'don't wanna leave yerself open fer one second!"

Cinkel slowly caught up to Colette just as they were closing in on the end of the strait. "I get the feeling something big is about to happen. Don't you, Ms. Colette? So much power's in the air."
Hah, this seems like it's going to be fun. Can we join in on this?

Cleo slowly got up, breathing heavily. Her left arm hung loosely at her side. Red dripped from her finger tips. She then mumbled to Zaul. "Hm, thanks, but do you think you have a bit of a stronger healing spell? I've seem to have broken something." The elf held out her good hand towards Rox. "Undying winds. Come to me and take a physical form other than your own. Trade your speed for builds of restraint. Rip and leave them motionless. Whirling Restraint!" Five green ribbons flew from her fingertips towards Rox.

Hearing Cinkel, Colette looked down to him. "What do you suppose is going to happen?" She asked with a tone of concern in her voice. She had gotten this feeling that something was going to happen, and it was making her feel uneasy.

After Zaul had shot a First Aid at him, Emil would slowly get up. "Thank you." He said, giving himself a moment to catch his breath.

Jason also felt something, a mysterious tingling in his beard. Actually, this was just a drop of water that had gotten through his guard, but that didn't stop him from assuming the facial expression of a wise dwarf master and making predictions. "Hmm... Me dwarf sense say that one o' three things is about to happen."He held up one finger, and would raise more for each number. "One, we find some outrageously powerful beasties, get schmowned, miraculously survive. Two, we find said beasties and miraculously beat 'em up. Three, we miraculously find a random free hogshead o' ale. Four, I have gas." He idly rubbed his beard once more. "Don't know about you, but I'm bettin' on the last! Ach, I think I used that one already... Ah well. Miracles all around, fortune smiles upon me! Hah!"Sirea Angelie ((Emil! Why don't you have Guardian!? gonk *had looked at Emil's stuff* )) ((Because Dawn is kind of stupid that way... It's so easy to get caught up in a combo. I just got comboed by Jabbers and mushroom things for at least 10 hits, stun, more hits...))

Rox only blocked two of the Shadow Bombs the others hit him with full force knocking him to one knee, "Gah, uh oh." He noticed that the bombs doubled as a fog inducer, but that also meant that the field was filled with a dark energy after effect. He quickly got up only to be quickly rendered immobile, by some sort of ribbons.
Marv stood up and summoned his tiger claw weapon, "Not good." he walked towards the battlefield knowing who was about to show up.

"Oro I think we just got a 'quick jump' feature." Schwarz could feel the darkness spreading out from an attack, on the battlefield.
"Do it."
Schwarz raised a hand and drew a circle, "Wormhole Travelers!" a spacial distortion opened up in front of them, and they both jumped through. the distortion quickly closed behind them.

Back at the lake, another distortion opened up within the fog and out flew the wolves, Oro quickly sniffed the air getting a fix on what was happening, he smelt burnt earth, ashes, but also smell of living flesh, all outside the fog, he also smelt the two they were after one inside the other was approaching he went after the one inside the fog. Schwarz stayed where he was and waited.

(( rofl There's always gonna someone who's gonna mention about the 'quick jump' option. rofl *wishes the real world has that feature* ))
Colette's blue eyes widen when she saw Oro and Schwarz jump through a distortion, though she was unable to follow after the distortion had closed. She would land at the spot where the two were before they jumped into the distrotion. "How did they do that?" o.o

When Rox got hit by the Shadow Bombs as well as being restrained by the ribbons, Emil was about to make his move until he noticed Marv was approaching the battlefield. "Demon Fang!" He would send a shockwave towards Marv.
