"Roun..." Pitch sighed,"Nobody hurt me." He tilted his head to the side and looked up at Roun with a worried frown. "Are you okay though?" he asked, holding his palms up to show where the blood had come from,"Please... What's wrong?"

Roun calmed down a little and felt stupid for thinking such a thing. He leaned forward and kissed Pitch tenderly before picking up his hand to inspect it. "What happened to your hand?" he asked with concern in his voice.

"Nothing," he assured Roun,"I'm fine. I'll just burn it and then heal it. I'm perfectly fine." He smiled slightly before he spat liquid fire onto his hand and healed the burns. "See?" He added,"Just fine."

Roun sighed and laid on top of the dragon kissing his neck. "I'm sorry i ruined the mood with my stupidity..." he said sadly and turned his head. Inside his head a thunderstorm of self-loathing was kicking into high gear.

"No," He replied firmly,"You were worried as I would be if it would have been you. You did nothing wrong and don't ever call yourself stupid again okay? Please?" He kissed Roun and then smiled. "Besides...I destroyed the mood just two minutes ago. Now it was your turn." He kissed Roun again and ran his fingers through his hair. "I'm not upset. I'm never upset at you okay?"

Roun smiled and snuggled against the dragons chest. He always knew how to make Roun feel better. Roun felt safe in his arms. "Okay..." he said as he kissed the dragon lightly on the neck

Pitch smiled and closed his eyes. He loved it when Roun was happy. It made him upset when Roun was feeling guilty or hating himself. "I'm glad," he replied softly with a yawn.

Roun smiled and pulled the blanket up over their bodies and playfully licked all over Pitch's chest and stomach before snuggling in and winking. " 'Night Hot Stuff" he said with a teasing laugh and closed his eyes.

"Yeah yeah," Pitch replied with a smile before he yawned again and drifted off into a nightmare. He couldn't save Roun in his dreams. He couldn't get the brother to like him. He failed.

Roun was still awake when Pitch had his nightmare and pulled him close whispering reassurances in his ear. He didnt know what Pitch was dreaming but he hoped the sound of his voice would help. He kissed the dragon gently on the forehead and ran his fingers through his hair.

Pitch turned his head away from Roun's and snapped his eyes open. For one horrified moment he thought Roun had left but then he snapped his head around and looked up at Roun with a relieved smile. "Thanks," he breathed hugging him,"What a dream."

The sudden movement startled Roun but he didnt let go. When Pitch looked back he smiled and kissed his cheek. "Tell me all about it honey, I want to hear" he said sitting up straight and pulling the dragon into his lap.

He shifted nervously and closed his eyes again. "I failed you," he whispered,"In the dream I failed you. You died and it was my fault. I couldn't save you..." He let that trail off and sighed. "Did you get any sleep?"

Roun pulled the dragon closer and scratched his back affectionately. "It was just a dream love, dont worry" He says with a smile. "I know that could never happen"

Pitch nodded and flashed a grateful smile. "Thanks," he murmured with a yawn,"Sorry I worried you." He lightly touched Roun's ear before he kissed him and then rested his cheek against Roun's chest.
