Yeah, it probably doesn't, I think it's just air being moved through the cartilage or something but it can't be great for your joints either.

I will come to where you are and crush the cigarette out while it is still in your hand. AND I'll be VERY disappointed in you.
Also if you succumb to peer pressure and even try a cigarette, menthol, herbal, doesn't matter -> you will be granted a head smack. Probably a clop. Which of the two (clip/clop) is the bigger one.
