Personality: he is bubbly and nice, and loves to be around people, he truly cares for lives and hates to take lives of those who havnt earned death. He hates fighting but will if he must to protect the innocent. He is just one of those nice people you just love hanging around until he get's serious.
History:

Tsukiya was born dead in the human realm so no one actually got to know him, but he was reborn into the family of Kuchiki. Even though he was born into the Kuchiki he was adopted by Hisomura Sayomi and left the family to live with her as a baby this was unknown why or how this was down it is still a mystery today. he was raised as a spoiled child but he did things to deserve it, At a young age he enrolled into the soul academy and passed it at the top of his class he was immediately offered a spot in the Gotei thirteen court guard squad but he refused to take it. Instead he went off and dissipated from anyone's know how to study kido by himself. After 100 years he came back and immediately applied for captain ship. Shocking for he wasn't even a solider they gave him a test, they saw his strength in kido and was over whelmed on how he fought and graciously gave him Captain of squad 5 and even head of the Kido Corps. Tsukiya trained on kido everyday he called it his "art" and treated his squad well, everyone knew about the Captain of squad five and brought it's rep up after azien's total betrayal. After a while of squad five Tsukiya releazied his goal in life wasn't kido but to protect those who couldn't and after the tragic death of Juushiro from his diseases he transferred to Captain of squad 13, and remained there for a long time protecting those who couldn't.

After awhile he could feel the changes in the Soul Society and in his own squad as new people came up to ranks and he even felt different after he found out he was born into the noble family of Kuchiki. So he made his dissension to protect those who needed protection from their stand point and left the Soul Society taking his Haori With him.

Today Tsukiya lives in the manor of Sayomi in the realm of the living where he roams the town of Karakura helping people who don't even know what is happening. Some say he still even fights with his Captain Haori of Squad 13

Shikai: his sword grows brightly white as a giant WHITE LILLY FLOWER forms behind him and then dissipates into 700 petals(that are actually tiny swords) (basically a white cherry blossom) but each petal is coated with a chemical when it comes in touch with matter(a solid) it forms ice over that one part he controls these petals with movements of his hands and fingers

ex- if you get cut on the wrist ice will slowly form over the cut and your whole wrist(one body part per cut)

Shikai Abilities:

Howaito wa dansurōtasu(White Lotus Dance)- all 700 petals circle around him and then and he focus in one point and with a trust of his sword a massive wave of ice freezes everything in his path but is soon followed by the Petals as in after effect if they miss anything but this techniques is strong but could easily avoided.

Howaito wa, teikoku bariarōtasu(White Lotus Imperial Barrier)- all the petals form a circle in front of him that turns into a barrier of ice to block an attack but it can break apart into petals at any given time.

Howaito hachisu no nana-rin(7 rings of the White lotus)- all the petals form 7 rings that keep turning and turning and he thrust his sword towards a hole, then a massive wave of ice comes out of the ring but it only goes in a straight line keeping the ice still from the ring to whatever solid it stops on.

Bankai Abilities:
He holds his sword up and says frozen cherry blossom release your elegancy and freeze the heavens and earth. immediately all the petals circle around him and then they dissipate as a massive ice circle encases him and freezes everything up to the sky(like rukia's first dance) after a while the whole ice pillar shatters into his petals and showing that his uniform somehow changed to whit(WITH NO SLEAVES AND NO CAPTAINS HAORI) and his sword now has a long white ribbon that wraps around his arm and ends at his shoulder. His petals increased in size alright but not only that from where he was standing ice begans to form and freezes the ground slowly till it is encased in ice (from where he is battling) as trees of ice began to form then slowly they grow white petals just in case his petals dissapear or disspiate he has back ups.

Attack Number one:
Ten no tōketsu sakura no ki(Frozen Cherry Blossom Tree of the Heavens)- he stabs his sword into the ground and jumps into the air and as is doing so a Giant tree (Chery Blossom) of ice is formed till it is as tall as a skyscarper. It then grows a bunch of white cherry blossoms all over it, to where he can use it to his own advantage.

Reitō ten, rōtasu saigo no shudan(Frozen Heavens, Lotus Final Resort)- all of the petals he has used in battle form around them (about 2 miles worth) and freezes everything up to the sky, the draw back to this attack the petals have to go behind him and start to enclose, not only during this technique can he get scratched by his own petals it takes a LONG LONG time to even enclose the area (5 post just to enclose) than shatters everything inside the area (not including him) also after this technique is used if the enemy somehow survived he has no more petals to fight with until the sword has been released from bonkai and has rested for 10 post

Personality: Haru is just like a little boy, Hot Tempered, Think(s) he's always right until he knows someone is stronger than him then he knows when to back down. He loves Sweet,Cute things but once he is in his "games" he will not stop at nothing to rip you limb from limb.

History: Haru was the last experiment of Azien, Azien tried and tried to make another being that would success him but he could not succeed until Haru that is. Unlike most Espada back then Haru did what he was told but he also didnt care for "rules" he knew of two things, Soul Reapers and "games." Azien Taught Haru about "games" and told them he could never loose but he would have to always win. One day Azien realized that Haru would never grow up in a human body form until he released his Resurreccion(Despertar) and from then on instead of treating him like a son, he treated him like a weapon although Haru still Looked at him like a father. One Day Azien left Haru said he was doing some Business in the world of the living and he would be back later.

Haru waited & waited but he never came back, but soon Las Noches was inhabited by new sorts of people that Haru did not know so Haru hid from everyone in a chamber only he knew of thanks to Azien. Haru hid for many years until he was found. Haru was brought to the leader and forced to show them his skills, he had plenty of potential, he could care less of what happened to others all he had to do was win his "Games" (aka the battles he sees them as his "games") even though for his young age, he was aware of what demon he was but he loved it, Haru was placed as (INSERT RANK HERE) and proved his well being at that point, to this day he lives on playing his games and just living life to the fullest...the demonic way....^^

Weapon: a scythe named Buradditia(Bloody Tear), His scythe his hidden as a charm on his mask (like a Charm) when he calls the name it shows it's true form.

Weapon Abilities:
Buraddiribā(Bloody River)- it's a massive Red(DARK) rachi that fires from the blade of the Sycthe (like A form of Getsuga Tensho but weaker)

Buraddimisuto(Bloody Mist)- After the name is called a thick mist who's color is a dark red covers an area (Square Block) so thick only one could see shadows this mist also reaks of the smell of Blood

Buraddi yūgō(Blood Fusion)- when Buradditia's blade comes into contact with another's user blood the sychte itself absourbs the blood and transfers to it's wielder (aka Haru) for extra energy or to slowly heal a wound.

Despertar (resurreccion): His Circlet Glows with a red color than extends into a Vail like formation that covers the all the way till it touches the ground and out of Hollow Fragments he is able to grow 2 wings that form out of the middle of his back. He also has the form of a teenager (pic below)


Attack #1: Chi no umi (Pool Of Blood)- This Technique is used quite often in combination with his other attacks. He chants or resides the name and then out of the Hole in his Chest (remember his hole is where he heart should be) A Massive flow of Blood pours out until the Bottom of the field is completely covered in it. He is now able to transform her body into blood and use the blood as sort of a transportation and reform in a different location. He can not be seen but can be heard.
He can use this attack in a combination with all of his other attacks.

Attack #2:Ame-machi (Waiting for the Rain)- Dark clouds are formed and starts to rain blood. It hardens into millions of tiny crystal diamonds in which Amaya controls and hurtles toward the opponent. Rain could also be used for attack 4.

Attack #3: Saigo ni warau (Last Laugh)-(used as a last resort)He is able to move the blood to his liking and attack with it. The more blood, the more power to wield.

Other Information: Haru is ruthless and won't stop until he wins, but when he is not in a fight and he get what he wants he is just like a little kid (he is hot headed to)
