say you come up with an idea for a senshi/nega/knight or something, and you want to reserve that name/sphere for future application's sake. is this possible, or is it first come first serve?


Yuna: First come first serve.

Nessy: Yuna is correct! While it is generally good etiquette to not try to quest for the same name or sphere as someone else in the Application/Approved Quest forums, there is no rule against it.

So if you aren't aiming to try for a custom and you want to keep that idea close to your chest, I'd keep it to yourself for a bit.

The amazon quartet (and any other characters 'from the future'). Do they have past lives at all? Or is their exsistance a new one of some sort where they haven't followed the rebirths of normal characters from the cauldren?

The reason I ask mostly is because I was going to start working on home planet info for Juno. Only.. would she even have a past life to see, or would her planet be inhabited? And if she did have a past life would she have possibly been connected to Chibimoon back then (which granted makes no sense since she's not born unless SHE had past lives too)?

Nessy: The Quartet is from this timeline, not Chibimoon's timeline. The meta letter that was sent to all of the Amazons reads like this:

In ITNOTM, Neo-Queen Serenity sent the dormant Quartet back to sleep in the Amazon. The magic that had kept them dormant started to weaken when that particular future was destroyed in the 1980s, and they were instead reborn in/gathered in Brazil.

They have no memories between the end of the Super S manga and awakening as senshi in Brazil. So their past lives and planets are just as steady and uninhabited as the other senshi. They have been rapidly reborn and have had two past lives. One was a thousand years ago and the second was during the events of the Super S manga. This is their third life.

They would have been loosely related to the Silver Millennium without a real task. They would perhaps have known that they were waiting for their princess to come and serve but would not have known that it was the Princess of Crystal Tokyo. Cosmos knights - where would their wonders physically be located ? Anywhere in the universe that we'd like ? Near the space cauldron / cosmos castle ? Earth ?

This probably won't even come up but I'd like to know just to be sure I don't derp if it does !


Mouse: I've always imagined them as outposts / landmarks that are out in space instead of located on any particular planet, asteroid, and so on. In the Cosmos Knights blurb it's mentioned that few of them ever see Cosmos Castle (and by extension the Space Cauldron), so "anywhere in the universe" is the way to go as long as it's not too close to those places.

How do chibi power levels stack up against regular senshi? Obviously a starter level chibi is weaker then a starter level regular senshi. But what about when you start moving up levels?

Is a super chibi stronger/weaker/similar to a starter level regular senshi?

Is an eternal chibi stronger/weaker/similar to a super level senshi?

Do chibi attacks remain as unpredictable and/or weak even as they get to eternal (and or princess) stage? Or as their powers mature do they become more on the level of regular senshi attacks?

This might have been answered already, but I read somewhere something about senshi/nega being able to sense what the other one is? Or the guardian cats can sense if a person is a senshi or a nega even if they're in their human form?

Nessy: Cats cannot sense a powered character if that character is in their human form.

While powered, Negaverse agents and senshi can feel the approximate location of any other powered character depending on their aura. For example, a senshi couldn't be sensed more than perhaps a block away. A super senshi perhaps a few blocks, an eternal a mile, and a royal can be felt throughout the city. This is the same for mirrored ranks of any kind be they knight or Negaverser.

If this is true is it possible for two characters to find out that someone is a senshi or a nega by being told by a cat/character/piece it together on their own? Or would this make so much of a mess it isn't to be bothered with at all? xD
Ex; Jayden is a nega, his sister is a senshi; will it be impossible/possible to find that out about each other?

Nessy: Good guys (senshi/knights) and bad guys (Negas/corrupt senshi) cannot find out cross-faction identities unless you have both GM permission and the intent to either immediately kill or purify/corrupt one of the two characters. Yes it is a suspension of disbelief that a senshi and Nega living under the same roof would never figure it out but this is a shop on Gaia and it's a magical world.

Cats would never ever ever reveal the civilian identity of a powered individual. That is the worst thing a guardian cat could ever do.

Also if they're injured in battle, does it carry over to their civvy form?

Nessy: Absolutely.

Will the knight faction be getting a thread to post their wonder information, kind of like how the senshi have their past lives?

And is the basic planet information already decided on? (Kind of like the senshi's world building stuff, again.) Or do those with knights get to more or less fashion their wonder/place, and therefore planets, as long as it abides to the general themes listed out for each planet? If so, would that mean knights that appear later on will have to abide by the basic structure of the planet that was laid out by those with knights before them? I can understand collaboration happening, sure! But if there was an element of the world created and used for the plot/character development of one knight, and then disagreed on by another person who gets a knight later....?

Hopefully that makes sense. :< Basically I'm worried about toe stepping or unintentionally not sticking to shop canon.

Nessy: The wonder in question is essentially up to the knight but it should stay generally in-line with the concept of the planet. For example, you wouldn't see Valhalla as a high-technology research facility like you might for Hesperis because Jupiter wasn't like Mercury.

what is the canon view on animamates?

do they exist in this canon, or did they disappear with galaxia? o 3o

Nessy: In canon they were all killed before the final meet with Galaxia. The only place that our shop canon deviates is that instead of keeping the Cauldron, Sailor Moon destroyed it to essentially hit the reset button on everything.

So they are very dead right now.

If your character is doing an extended stay on their homeworld, can you do a solo thread and post whenever you come up with things, since they're there for a while, or do you still have to wait the length of time required for their stage?

Akina: You can do a solo thread with multiple posts in it, so long as it is clear that these things all happened in the same time period. The restriction is more important ICly.
