Sorry to ask a question that I know you probably have addressed previously, but do class-restricted techniques -- in my case, kugutsu -- count towards your ninjutsu limit (i.e. If I learned Kugutsu no Jutsu (Puppetry Technique) would I would only have 5 ninjutsu left to learn)? I raise this question due to the fact that I noticed that "Kugutsu receive the same reduction bonuses as Ninjutsu," and therefor wanted to know if the restriction was the same.
To phrase my question in another way, can a puppeteer know unlimited kugutsu techniques and 6 ninjutsu techniques, 6 kugutsu techniques and 6 ninjutsu techniques (total of 12), or can a puppeteer only know 6 total kugutsu and ninjutsu techniques?
EDIT: The above is all in consideration of a genin.

Oi... I can't believe I missed that... lucky me I'll be doing the classes over sometime soon...
You have a maximum of 6 ninjutsu, and can learn any number of Kugutsu so long as you meet their requirements.

Oi... I can't believe I missed that... lucky me I'll be doing the classes over sometime soon...

Another question from the Yo-ko
If someone elses custom matches our own wants, skills, bloodline ect can we just learn that technique as one of our customs? Or must we go through the process of reposting it and getting it approved again....

and actually that raises another question: The technique in which i wish to learn is Akio satetsu's molten Iron Sand technique. The current satetsu clan sheet says that any Iron Sand that is currently close to the melting point cannot be minipulated. So is this technqiue going to be allowed to be approved once again, or nulled completly

If you want to, you can learn custom techniques from the person in question as though they were a normal technique.
( You use the normal learning numbers, but it doesn't count against your custom slots. )
Though, if you really want to, I suppose you could just make a technique that's essentially the same thing.
Additionally, Akio is able to do that because he's also got that "Iron Master" custom technique.
So, if you wanted to learn the molten technique, you'd have to learn that one as well.

I have a few questions in regards to the following jutsu.Quote: Pain's Beam Technique (Unnamed)
Description: This unnamed ninjutsu technique is used by Pain as an offensive attack. The Asura Realm Pain has modified his body to contain an arsenal of weaponry. To use the jutsu, Pain will open a compartment in his cranium containing the firing mechanism. He can then unleash a powerful laser- like destructive beam.
Requires a puppet. Is completely useless against polished materials or reflective surfaces.
Pain's Missile Technique (Unnamed)
Description: This unnamed ninjutsu technique is used by Pain as an offensive attack. The Asura Realm Pain has modified his body to contain an arsenal of weaponry. To use the jutsu, Pain will pull down his forearm to reveal a collection of missiles which can he can fire.
Think 'fireworks': Is susceptible to all Suiton. Requires a puppet.
If I create a puppet, can I attach these weapons to them? I am assuming I would need to learn the jutsu; however, would I need the S-rank chakra to use the weapons or is this simply considered an action?

XD seeing as they both bloodline techniques do they count as bloodline? or if they dont count agaisnt my custom techniques...what do they count against?

If Akio (Donut) was able to, he could teach you his custom techniques. However, I don't believe he's been on for quite sometime, so I think it's best you create your own modeled after his.

Yups. Seeing how that's what allows you to control iron sand when it's heated up to a near molten state.
