I run a guild myself, but it was fairly easy to assign roles.
Especially since I took over from a friend because he was becoming inactive. I find it easier to assign power to people you know won't screw you over.
E.G. Friends or people you've made afraid of you.
On another note, I've noticed I haven't posted here.
