This close to Sonja, and concentrating so much on her, Miya sensed her life-force slowly dwindle. What the...? Closing her eyes and focusing on the life in front of her, the half-elf could feel the internal injuries. "Ah, crap! I was afraid of this...but I had to get the spar out and the wound disinfected...but I'd hoped that would... Damn!"
She ran to her Med-kit, pulling out her cauterizing laser, then over to the supply area to grab another bag of IV fluid and the necessary equipment for a blood-transfusion (including a few bags of O- blood). "I didn't cauterize the hole when the spar was removed. It was such a deep wound that I didn't want to risk over-using it in a spot and causing damage. Now she's bleeding on the inside, and I have to fix it," she explained to Aleron.
Wasting no time, she unwrapped the bandage enough to slide it down the patient's body to reveal the gauze, which had stuck from the clotted blood. Then she removed the gauze, wincing a bit at seeing the near-black clotted blood and oozing crimson blood. With skill and precision, the little laser was turned on and she started to cauterize the wound, little by little, from the closest edge of the wound to the furthest. It would take quite a while, especially since she had to stop every few minutes to change the blood bag, so it was likely that Aleron would arrive before she finished.
(( and, for anyone who's wondering, the laser pretty much works under the principle that the super-high energy can cauterize the wound just like the plasma of a light-saber can instantly cauterize a wound. ))

Misha's voice got soft again but it was that same voice she used when talking to Mio and thanking him earlier, "Doc if you notice anything unusal anything at all just shoot her and lock down the lab... No arguements we don't need you or Mio becoming like this thing..." There was concern and emotion to her, the Senior Chief Petty Officer was definately not herself at the moment. "Captain permission to search immediate area for survivors? or for the cryo area, since that is suaully connected to the medical facility on each of the differing decks in this standard facilities." Misha's blue eyes settled on the Captain there was soemthing in, some kind of searching as if Misha seemed lost at the moment. Like she was searching for soemthing not only in herself but in the Captain as well...
(( back ish gonna be cooking dinner for a few so i'll bbs 30 min to an hour tops. ))

Boda looked back over at Mrs. Namida, "No ma'am. It is my duty as a soldier to protect civilians such as yourself. Besides, there's plenty of time for me to sleep when I am dead."
Boda grabbed the suit and started putting it on. It was too small, he grunted and tossed it to the corner. It was too small for him and much to big for her. "It's too small, just let me get to my gear in the next room and I'll be fine."
Boda then heard the shots and stacked on the door. "Get behind me ma'am!" Boda was erie from the silence and now hearing gunfire was getting his adrenaline going. He had dodged so much plasma and gunfire that he sure he had gotten lead poisoning somewhere along the line. So in these situations he knew what to do.

Ok... he was going to be a bit annoying. She sighed slightly as she saw him toss the suit to the side. It was something he should be in.
"Let me clear the room. You don't know what you're looking for" she muttered to him as he suddenly jumped at the sound of gunfire. To her it was the sound of hope, to him it was a bad thing.
"Trust me, somone alive and well enough to fire the gun is a good thing right now" she muttered to him.
"lets get your gear. Provided we can, and then get to them. We need to get the hell off this station" she muttered to him her tail flicking in a very adgitated way.

Boda should trust her because there was something going on he didn't know. However, gunfire was not a good thing for him... Well... He welcomed it, but those shots could be coming from anyone.
"Okay, let's move, but stay close. And when i start getting my gear explain to me just what the hell is going on here. I know theres something you know that I don't but I have to know." Boda said getting ready to move through the door.

"Agreed"s he muttered as she let him lead the way towards the supply area where his items would have been stored during his sleep. she'd have to check the room to ensure that nothing was.. contaimnated.

Boda switched smoothly from the inside of the cryo room to stack on the door of the supply room and ran in quickly, clearing the room. He lead his eyes with the iron sights of the pistol, clearing all aspects of the room with his weapon until slowly coming up to his locker. "Hold this, keep an eye on the door." Boda said holding out the pistol.

Aurora sighs a little, hearing that the survivor wasn't doing well. "Do what you can, Miya," she tells the medic. Looking at Misha, she says, "I meant it, PMC Clostav, when I said I didn't want anyone going off alone. Come back to the ship and wait for Mio to get the sensors up and running, and then we can go and look while Aleron studies the body."
As the seeping wounds get cauterized shut, Sonja's color begins to improve once again, though she winces here and there.
"Damn idiots didn't know what they were doing..." the Cathan mutters to himself as he repairs the bridge wiring. While he was at it, he makes a few improvements to the system to make it run more safely and efficiently.
The storage room was free of the goop patches that Gin had grown accustomed to as sign of the infection of the station. However, as Boda held out the pistol for Gin to take, something could be heard crawling through the vents that fortunately didn't service the small medical and freezer bay. It passes overhead and continues on...

Gin let him in first her own eyes peeling the room,. no infection in here. She sighed releived at that, no bodies.. no infection.
"o.." She froze her eyes wide hearing the sound from the vent. She motioned for him to stay completely still and silent. She didn't take a breath till the sound stopped. Her heart thudded loud in her own ears
"Hurry" was all she hissed at him.

Misha's visor snaped up sudden and her head turned to the right hallway, "We've got movement. I'm getting something on my mid range scanner up to 30 meters out." her voice was strong again and soldierly she was back to her usual self but that lapse may make someone uneasy or all of them uneasy about her she didn't know nor care at the moment, she aimmed the gun in that direction, "Orders Captain?" Her stance a was firm, she knew her eye wasn't malfunctioning now not hafter what happened with Aleron. She was sure this stuff was hostile and she wasn't taking a chance...

Boda hurried to open his locker door, he openned it slowly, making it as quiet as possible. He hoped that the CPOIC of arms had done as he told him. When Boda openned the locker completely he was relieved at the siight of his rifle, looking all nice and pretty. He grabbed it and set it against the locker next to his and grabbed his chest plate fit with pouches for extra ammunition, helmet and dog tags. He quickly put on his vest and secured his hemlet then grabbed his rifle. He locked and loaded it, then looked at Mrs. Namida, motioning to the door.

Gin nodded slightly watching him pull his outfit on. She waited, her gun held ready, hoping that thing didn't crawl back though the vent. She didn't like it.. didn't like that being there. that's why she'd chosen the medical room to hole up in. It didn't have a vent directly connected with most of the ship.
"Come on " she panted slightly her tail coiled tightly around her own waist. Her heart thudded painfully in her chest. She hated this feeling, she wanted to be safe again. She missed relaxing and not being fearfull all the time. Being afraid to sleep.
" Don't touch the infection stuff, it looks like squishy mold. And any dead bodies.. Don't go near them " she whispered. Telling him what she'd found out the hard way during this nightmear time

"Fall back towards the ship," Aurora says, wondering more than a little bit about Misha, "Keep weapons at the ready. If it's hostile, shoot it."

Boda nodded and walked toward the door, weapon at the ready. He motioned back to her to stay there and quickly went outside the room, looking to the left and right and motioned for her to follow, facing the direction they had heard the shots from before.
