Attention everyone! This is your Captain speaking.....at least, I assume you people know I'm the Captain right? ITS ME.....nah I kid I kid. Me being Captain willl not be a big deal as the other guild. In fact, after everything is finish, I will allow the whole guild to decide who is Capitan of this Enterprise. Whta I mean is, we'll hold our first Captain election once RP has begun and is running smoothly. I only made this guild to get it started on the right track. I'll also be in the election of course, just in case Lady Luck loves me more then I thought, but it will be me and all the other Vice-Captains. I will give it three days. But thats once I see that the guild is going the way it should go. How is that for loving the members?

Yep, I didn't like half of NUR's arcs because they left out ppl half the time because they were not strong enough or high enough ranked for something

The problem with NUR arcs was probably that only a few people benefitted from it greatly, and that most of the powers eventually fell in the hands of the wrong people.

understatement, and every person who held power there (excluding DT, silk, and bb) relished the idea of giving up the guild to the people, but that is exactly what we are doing here, people's choice

Love this guild already!
Well, as long as people are close to semi-active I can live with it. I hate the stuff at NUR right now, where nobody is doing anything, which means I am so stuck in rp.

Guild Structure: think a pyramid
top: captain
middle-top: VC, we lead from the shadows and run the guild for the most part to make the captain's life easier
middle-base: Crew, our eyes and ear, as well as our hands
base: the members, they hold everything up, without them, everything would tumble down. (this is the most important part)

Then set up a profile and choose a village (I would prefer if you picked leaf or sand, they each have only 2 members so far, while mist has 3)
