Jade and Lily's growls became fiercer, each taking a step towards the snake.

The large snake ignored Jade and Lily's growls and looked over at the wolf. "That is none of your concern." he said continuing forward.

Blade He got tired of this serpant he point his sword at him. "you want this child you can get him over my dead body."

The serpent let the flames consume him and soon came slithering out without even a mark of soot on him. "Sssorry but were you trying to help me?" he asked tauntingly and looked over at the wolf. "My pleasssure." he said crossing his swords  Cody was shocked by the wolf's words and a tear came down his face. I now know how it is to have to friends... he thought rubbing his eyes with his sleeve

Blade He formed a shadow sword in his other hand and prepared himself o fight. "Make a choice now live or die."

The large snake just laughed at the wolf for his comment. "Sssure ill make a choice, but im not the one thatsss going to die." he said turning his gaze at the boy. "And your next."

Jade narrowed her eyes at him. Claws and teeth it is...
Lily took another step forward, ready to pounce at a moments notice.

Blade He waited for the serpant to make a move as he waited for him to strike first. "This time I shall save a life." He said as ge remebered what happened to his mother and father.

The large cobra slowly shifted his arms to where his swords were in position to make a quick strike. After he got into position he froze for a moment and then lashed out at him with speeds not even the human eye can catch and thrust his swords and jaws forward hoping to at least pierce his fighting arm and get his jaws around his neck or shoulder.

Blade Seeing his strike he vanished into darkness. Only his shadow moved around. "Try to strike if you can." He said as he appered behind him and swug his sword at his spine.

The cobra watched as the wolf vanished and returned back to his body to see the wolf behind him. He accepted the blow to his back to only find out the sword would just bounce off and not leave a scratch. "Nice try dog, but my ssscalesss are harder than diamond itssself." he said turning to lash out once again.

"And my teeth stronger yet!"[/b ]Jade dove forward and caught the snake's tail between her teeth, biting down hard.
Lily took to the sky as an osprey, dove down and landed on the snake's back, digging her talons into it, before shifting to a wolf and latching onto his shoulder.
