Here's one that is not misheard at all, but from the original lyrics: Phantom: "In all your fantasies, you always knew; that man and mystery, were both in you." That is soooo wrong on too many levels. *EDIT: It's so wrong it's no longer wrong, but inhumane.*
I told some of these to my friend, and she was mad at me the next day saying "You totally screwed me! Now when I listen to Masquerede, all I hear is Masturbate!" It feels good to have my friends going insane alongside me.

Le_Phantom_Lover i might have seen or said this before but..during tom "think of me, think of me fondling you before we said goodbye" If you did, it was just "Think of me, think of me fondling." When (whoever, it may have been you) said that, it made me think of Carlotta's singing.

Hm...I got the OLC today, and now hear about half of those mishearings. (Jeez, is Carlotta's voice high enough? I could barely stand it when the volume was the lowest possible to still hear! And Crawford almost put me to sleep at some point...eheh.. whee ) And now I have heard the GOOAL! one, the b***h one, and actually, if you didn't notice, SB says Rawl, too. Plus, let's not forget the Merik lines of: "Bravo, monsieur! Such spirited words!", and:
"Keep going, keep going monsieur!; Come on, come on! Don't stop, don't stop monsieur!" Me: eek What's going on in that graveyard?

"I have brought you to the seat of sweet music's thong!" I'm pretty sure it was already mentioned, but now I can only hear these things! CURSE YOU!!!! I keep thinking I'm gonna hear the "dreams of booty" line at some point, but McErik pronounces things too well. (Whoa...I hear sirens...not the Erik kind, either. OMG! There's two houses on fire nearby!!!!!!!! *freaks out*)

I've read this thread so many times, I end up quoting it in my head. That's bad. Anyways, I sing random lines from the soundtrack, and I started with Why so silent. I began singing when the line came up, "Our Don Juan must masturbate." and burst out laughing. Lucky for me my parents were across the house, so they didn't hear my insane cackling.

Izumi Shikibu Once I was flipping through the book with my sister and we got to the part where Christine saw Erik without his mask for the first time. I didn't realize how easily some lines could be taken the wrong way until I read out: Gaston Leroux translated by Leonard Wolf Come on. Come on. Again, again. I want you to. This doesn't really count as misheard lyrics, though. sweatdrop Hm...when I get mine back, I must look for that. I've never seen it in Leroux though. Then again, mine wasn't translated by Wolf. Twas translated by some other guy, mine is an old copy.

There was another, but I took my sweet time getting back to this thread and forgot it.
Well, I have heard the 'where night is fly' thing where I couldn't tell what they said. "fly, nigh, die, what?"
Now none of my Phan phriends at school can listen to Masquerede thanks to me. *insert evil laughter here*
Edit: Now I hear "Their place is in an orfice, not the arse."

"MASTURBAAAAAAAAAATE! EVERY FACE A DIFFERENT SHADE! MASTURBATE. STOP AND STARE AT THE SEA OF SMILES AROUND YOU!" I heard that horrid thing during civics, and Craig was just like..."Wtf?" at me. EDIT: Yes, I know that's the real lyrics except for the Masturbate, but you gotta admit, it still sound wrong.
