 if i seem bleak ░ ◯░ well you'd be correct ░ ◯░ and if i don't speak ░ ◯░ it's cause i can't disconnect ░ ◯░Ксенія Мéльник░ ◯░ KSENIYA MELNYK░Unwilling to return to an empty dorm room just yet, and with the street fair over, Kseniya had begun to explore her new surroundings. They were unlike anything she had previously experienced, much fancier than the impoverished backwater she'd been raised in or the grim apartment she'd been temporarily housed at in Kiev. Ironically, the lush comfort of the surroundings - which would have set many girls at edge - were beginning to make her feel uncomfortable. Spotting the fountain in passing, the Ukrainian girl altered her original course and strode over. Maybe the sound of water would clear her head. She took a seat on the marble lip. For lack of anything better to do, Kseniya dug the list of courses she'd been given out of her pocket. She knew what her homeroom was going to be, and one or two other classes were a given, but she wasn't sure how to fill her other slots. No school she'd gone to before had offered such an array of options. Now's as good a time as any to figure this all out, Kseniya decided. She scowled thoughtfully down at the list. but i won't be ░ ◯░ burned by the reflection ░ ◯░ of the fire in your eyes ░ ◯░ as you're staring at the sun

Lauren walked towards the fountain in awe the droplets of water seemed to be almost dancing as they moved through the air. After taking a seat on the edge of the fountain she turned around and stared at her reflection. "hmm." she said unhappily as she turned back around and looked down at her feet lost in sadness and thought.

Ken walked towards the fountain. He was lost mostly but he didn't care. The place looked nice so far. He sat on the bench and looked at the other students walk by. "Man I wonder how many other students are here." He said to himself as he sat back and started to relax.

 -Reiji Asaragi- Reiji, as usual doing his everyday jogging around the fountain area. As he passes the fountain he notices Lauren. Thinking to himself "She looks oddly familiar.. She seems depressed though, i should just leave her alone." Reiji unaware that he stopped, "Damn, i messed up my pace. Better just stop then. Ehh, im going to be sore tomorrow." As he looks around, he spots a bench, "Finally an open bench." He walks toward the bench and noticing a guy was already sitting on one of the sides. He sits being all exhausted. "You dont mind if i sit here, do you?"

Ken looked up at the man and smiled. "Sure it's no problem. It's not my bench anyway." Ken said as he moved over to the edge. "So uh....why were you jogging?" He asked as he sat up straight and looked at the man.

-Reiji Asaragi-"I used to jog a lot with my sister back at my place, so it became another habit of mine." Reiji closes his eyes and thinks about how his sister is doing anyways. She can definitely take care of herself, he thought. Looking at man next to him, by his appearance, he looks like... A human? No, maybe im wrong and hes just good at hiding the fact that he isnt human. He opens his eyes and looks at the sky ands asks the guy "So you have a name?" Obviously of course he has a name, Reiji turns his head and sighs.

She looked down to her feet as she shuffled along, carrying her heavy books in one pile like they were graham crackers. Her eyes stared blankly -- her mind so obviously somewhere else. What should I make for dinner... sh thought and walked absentmindedly. Suddenly, she tripped over her untied shoelace."Ah!" Her books flew from her arms. Catching herself just before hitting the ground, she looked at the spectacle of scattered books before her. "Oh no..." Coco mumbled to herself as she began to rearrange them in her arms. ╚══════════════╝

"People call me Ken. And you are?" He asked the stranger. He saw the girl trip and quickly got up. "You okay?" Ken asked as he helped her pick up her books. He had them stacked neatly as he waited for her to get back up and grab her books.

If here was one thing that Coco was not, it was good with people. She brushed off the dirt on her hands and picked up the books. "Th..thanks.." She repeated and bowed her head. ╚══════════════╝

" Well, my na-" as Reiji looks down, he notices Ken wasnt sitting besides him. He was helping a girl picking up her books after she fell. Reiji lets out a big sigh, gets up and stuffs his hands in his pockets, he walks towards the both of them and jokingly tells Ken "Well, arent you the kind of guy who rescues a damsel in distress... Well, something like that." He looks at the girl and sees all the books she was carrying "Uhmm, do you need help carrying all these books, i dont mind carrying them for you.. or do you prefer your knight over here? Haha." looking at Ken. Theres a lot of interesting people in this academy, thinking to himself. Well im thirsty, i think im gonna go look around for a vending machine or something.
