Gerzen looked at her apologetically as he replied, "No, I didn't...Sor-"

Mid-sentence Gerzen's eyes locked onto his wrist. It was bare.

"Oh, now, this is a problem..." He muttered as he pulled the girl to her feet.

He absentmindedly rubbed his wrist as he considered all the places he could have lost the charm bracelet that had been occupying his wrist. His eyes were flicking everywhere along the ground in hopes that it had slipped off somewhere.

“What is?” Valarie asked absently, again searching the streets for any sight of the letter.

Where could it have gone off to? She wondered, worried about what Ms. Everson would say and do when she found out that her letter had been lost.

The girl groaned, the sound cut short when another spoke.

“Nay, that belongs not to me.” She replied, shaking her head.

Malice

Len's aloof behavior didn't appear to phase Malice in the least. Perhaps it was an expected outcome, or maybe the Was fairy didn't care about what happened to the would be ignorant immortal. The evening would tell.

Sounds of the two waterfalls and the splash of the disturbed pool water upon the newly made bridge were now the only sounds. It was an eerie quiet given a tranquil majestic appeal by the light that danced off the falls' spray.

Crossing the bridge, Malice was amused by Alessandra's words and replied," You are staying with me, my dear. We are nearly to my home now." The man didn't look down at the woman on his arm. Crossing the narrow bridge while getting lost in her mystical eyes wouldn't do. Dancing green lights lit up the tunnel within the cave ahead of them. The others were already out of sight.

"Of course," Malice replied simply to Lexus's assumptions. A small smirk could be seen on his lips as an expression of recollection appeared on his face. "Today, a number of us visited WillBe. Tonight promises to be a productive one..." his words trailed off as a vision of tonight obviously played through his mind.

Upon Lexus entering the cave behind Malice and Alessandra, the shaking felt earlier occurred again. The stony path disappeared back into the water and the waterfall fell naturally again as one solid sheet of water. The cave was no longer visible or present since it was Malice's fairy magic which created it to begin with.

Coming to the end of the tunnel lit by a green glow, the group was bathed in light once again upon entering an enormous chamber hidden within the earth. Alessandra would have perceived her first view of the village of Was.

There was a slight tremor in the earth that caused Dark to nearly fall on top of the spying girl, but quick reflex allowed him to avoid such an embarrassing incident.

What was that, though? The Draconian inquired himself and looked off towards a random direction. It wasn't a natural earthquake; this one was too feeble, and it felt like it was coming from somewhere else. What he didn't know, and he probably wouldn't.

The sound of something uttering broke him out of his thoughts, and he turned towards the brunette before quietly walking away at the direction he heard the sound. In his view he saw a raven-haired girl attempt to climb a tree. Dumbfounded by the act Dark slowly lifted a finger and scratched at his temple. "..The hell are you doing?" He finally asked, curious getting the best of him. Somewhere in the world, he probably killed a cat.

Ever since I came into this town everyone's been pretty cold-hearted. The only kindish person I've seen is that flirt.. But that was to be expected. He's been too many places whether they be the best social of places or not. He felt indifferent about them all, but he always had to make a mental note to fill himself with. "It looks like you're trying to climb a tree.." He finally replied, his eyes closing to give him a rather bored look. "And failing at it horribly." He added.

As if expecting another tremble from Mother Earth he looked down. What was this chill he was beginning to feel? He didn't know..and he shouldn't dwell on things like that. His brow-colored eyes rose to meet the girl again. "Should I inquire why a pretty girl like you is trying to climb a tree?"

"Out of many productive things that you may find you decide to climb a tree. I'll make no comment." If he did he would only be insulting the girl. His words weren't ever all that polite, especially if he felt some sort of hostility from whoever he was talking to.

At the request, demand and challenge Dark looked up at the tree, and circled around it for no reason. He's never climbed a tree; he never had to. Well, maybe he had been only when he was younger. Though he could not recall doing such a thing. He paused his steps next to the girl, his eyes never leaving the tree. "..Why climb," He began, gently kicking off the ground and leaping upon the arm of a tree, "when I can just jump it?" The Draconian turned to look down at the girl, and crouched so that he was sitting upon his heels with both of his arms draped over his arms.
