Technique Name: Mizurappa Funeki ( Violent Water Decapitation )

Description: Mizurappa Funeki, is a Ninjutsu technique that has the user setting upon a large amount of water. After weaving through a decent string of hand-seals, the user will slap their hands upon the surface of the water which will initiate the beginning portion of the attack. Like a bomb underneath the opponents feet, water will explode underneath them and send the opponent flying in the air. As the opponent fly into the air, underneath them would be a hideous face opening it's mouth to swallow down the opponent. If knocked down, the opponent will fly into the open mouth where it will be swallowed. While instead a throat, there will be a vortex of water awaiting the opponent, sending the plummeting to the bottom of the water basin, in which the vortex will close and leave the opponent at the bottom of the water. Letting them suffer the strain and pressure of water at its depths, as well as increase the chances of drowning them.

Description: Taki bends the raiton around his hand, forming it into the shape of an hawk with its wings spread, sparks flickering off its shaped body. Taki can use this two ways, while he's backing off he can throw the bird, contrilling its flight via a stand of chakra connecting it to him. Or charge head first, using its increased shape to cut through the mas of three enemies at once, from side to side that is.

Angelo, I'm thinking that technique should be S rank and not A ranked. The regular Chidori is A ranked and this one has increased power...as well as form manipulation.

Description: Having no weaponry skill, Kamui decided to create his own style utilizing the simplest and yet most reliable shinobi tool, the kunai. Channeling his chakra through the weapon he can form a chakra saber covering the blade of the kunai and extending outwards the length of a katana or longsword. The chakra has enhanced cutting abilities and more than obviously enhances the kunais range greatly. The blade functions much like a light saber per say, and is the color of his chakra.

A direct hit can leave the opponent severely damaged and a miss is not dangerous to the user. This techniques danger resides in the fact that it can be used twice once activated, once with each hand.

For the ones that stop, or reflect the attack back, I think it should be safe to say nothing above the rank used, and for the first one, it shouldn't work on advanced natures unless the blades are using that element.

The abilities of the attacks change as he advances his use of the chakra sabers, once he learns to use the elements he can use elemental sabers with any of the attacks. Thats why the elements for all but the D Ranked are Any. And I guess that would be true, though I could just increase the cool down time to fit the level of power.
Edit; Meh, too much work Ill just go with what you said, this is a test run for the bukijutsu style by the way. ^^

Description: By biting his right, and left thumb, Kirin will slam both of his hands into the ground as the seals spread out in a circle and branch off, sending out a massive plume of smoke. As the smoke clears, a three headed dog with two small wings will appear, an extremely quick and vicious beast it is. Kerebos, which is the name given to it after Kirin met it, and befriended it in the the wilderness, seemingly having no memory, but being a rather loyal partner. Not having been used in battle, but summonable, due to it being a Ninken, and a personal summon for Kirin that has not been completely contracted with yet after his old master. Though, that's only half of Kereberos; this dog is the same one Nagto used, reborn after his sealing at the hands of Itachi, without the Rinnegan and the rods, it still retains all it's abilities.
His abilities include the following: He can split apart, when struck, into individual dogs that can then merge back together. It gains additional heads every time it splits in this way, and each duplicated head carries the Chakra Receiver and the Rinnegan like the original. According to Nagato, the only way it can be defeated is by defeating its original summoner. Depending on the number of heads the best gains when merging back together, determines the size. Usually, this beast is about twice the size of it's summoner, and a little bit smaller then Gamaken when split apart. Though, he should not be underestimated, as this dog is shown to be highly resilient, being tough to actually cut itself, due to it's thick skin and splitting properties.
Though, the one drawback is that ten heads are it's max, and that if Kirin is struck, fatally; then Kereberos is beaten. Also, Kirin may not summon the other Ninken around him, due to territorial disputes.

Try to refrain from using space or time related jutsu. But, either way its considered a Kuchiyose Type not a ninjutsu. Accepted.

Technique Name: Magen: Shinteki Sabaki [Demonic Illusion: Mental Drain]
Rank: S
Type: Genjutsu/Bloodline
Description: Utilizing her Sharingans copy ability she throws the opponent into a genjutsu by looking into their eyes when the opponent is performing a technique. She copies the user in every move until the opponents brain is completely fooled that she can read their moves. When the opponent releases their attack the opponent will see in black and white as if looking at a mirror they will see themselves and their own attack coming towards them. In the genjutsu they will be struck by their own attack as if they were the user of the genjutsu and Tokui were the attacker. This technique is unbreakable and only lasts for a short time. Its strength is not in the fact that it traps the mind, but that repeated exposure reduces mental stamina and tricks the brain into feeling as if it has taken on the attack in the genjutsu. Unless the opponent has a strong resistance to Genjutsu or a way to prevent this technique from effecting them repeated exposure will wear their body down. [Duration of 1 Post After Activation & 5 Post Cool Down]

Technique Name: Sharingan: Shinteki Taiki [Sharingan: Mental Awareness]

Description: A simple but drastically effective defensive technique utilizing the Sharingan. Tokui activates her sharingans copy powers and takes them a step further. Rather than taking the copy and reflect approach she creates a mental block for a short amount of time that allows her to prevent any genjutsu for the duration of the technique. It works by utilizing the copy powers of the Sharingan to analyze the genjutsu and send warning signals up the ocular paths of the nerves to the brain, thus understanding the genjutsu before it infiltrates the mind, blocking and copying it for later possible use if chosen to do so. Technique Name: Shigai Sabaki no Jutsu [Corpse Drain Technique]

Type: Offensive Medical
Description: Utilizing her extensive medical knowledge Tokui will attempt to perform a deadly attack to slowly end her opponents life. First striking the opponent to cut them in some form Tokui will then coat her hand in medical chakra. Utilizing her water nature she will again strike the wound, this time manipulating the water in the opponents blood as well as her own water to literally drain the opponent of their blood. Large wounds will drain quickly and can be done at a short distance, where small to medium wounds will take multiple strikes and must make contact. This technique can turn any wound deadly.
4. Character: Tokui Uchiha
Technique Name: Gaikotsu Toukai no Jutsu [Skeletal Shattering Technique]
Rank: A
Type: Offensive Medical
Description: Utilizing her extensive knowledge Tokui will use her lack of taijutsu as a strength rather than a weakness. Luring the opponent in she will coat her hand in medical chakra and pin point the weakest point of any bone in their body, having full medical knowledge of the human skeleton. She will then strike the single point with two fingers, her chakra inserting vibrations through out the water in the body and into the bone to literally shatter it at once.
5. Character: Tokui Uchiha
Technique Name: Magen: Aida Kinoki'ita [Demonic Illusion: Spacial Decent]
Rank: S
Type: Bloodline/Genjutsu
Description: Activating her Sharingan Tokui will make a hand seal to trick the opponent. At this point they are locked inside her genjutsu as her eyes transform into that of the Mangekyou Sharingan. (This is only an illusion.) The opponent will witness a dimensional rift open beneath them as they are sucked down inside and witness themselves transported into space. The genjutsu will then have two effects, first off being in space the opponents brain will believe their is no oxygen and the target will begin to suffocate. Secondly after what seems like forever the opponent will begin to descend, rapidly. Falling back to earth the target will feel their entire body burning alive from falling back to earth, still unable to breathe. This jutsu is extremely dangerous because the target has a high risk of dieing during its duration due to the fact that their brain cannot over come the illusion of having no oxygen to breathe. The opponent if they survive will feel their flesh burning and melting the duration of the fight. This jutsu becomes increasingly effective once Tokui has achieved Mangekyou as the ability to determine between reality and illusion is marred. [Duration of 5 Posts]

Technique Name: Suiton: Mizu Soushi [Water Release: Water Creation]

Description: Utilizing her water natured chakra Tokui will draw water from every single area possible in a place where no water can be found. She will drain water from all plant life, clouds, the moisture in the air and even ground water. This is considered a forbidden technique by some because it completely destroys the entire ecosystem of the area.

Technique Name: Magen: Toburai Sentou no Jutsu [Demonic Illusion: Funeral Spire Technique]

Type: Genjutsu
Description: A self perfected genjutsu Tokui will utilize this genjutsu as a last ditch effort to escape or as a dirty trick. She will make a seal and declare that this is her most powerful attack. The genjutsu active she will appear as if she had lit her entire body on fire using herself as the catalyst for a sacrifice. The opponent will witness her grab them in a bear hug as they feel their flesh melting from the flames. Tokui will then explode as the foe imagines not only that they have been blown to flaming flesh bits and bone shards, but that Tokui has sacrificed herself to kill them. The illusion ends when they shut their eyes tight at the sound and feeling of the explosion. The opponent will open their eyes and witness that they have not budged an inch and that Tokui has vanished. It is highly unlikely that the target will die from this jutsu no matter how real it is. Technique Name: Mangekyou Sharingan: Hakyoku Nukarumi [Mangekyou Sharingan: Cataclysmic Sludge]

Description: After obtaining Mangekyou Sharingan Tokui set out to put her mark upon her clans true power. Being both water and fire natured Tokui wielded Amaterasu in her left eye naturally. This technique takes the same approach as Amaterasu, but with water natured chakra. Opening her right eye Tokui releases a mass of never ending black poisonous sludge with the same basic properties as Amaterasu. The sludge will not only melt the opponents flesh, but it is sticky and will stick to the user in any manner available to melt their flesh and bones.
