Takeru smiled a bit and just nodded. "Hamburgers and something else. What do you think goes good with burgers?"

Haruka chuckled before answering, "Fries?" he replied, smiling brightly, then laughing again, he paused, realizing how this must look to other costumers, he blinked and got back to looking. Hmmm.... I wonder what this does look like? he pondered the thought.

Takeru nodded some as he pulled his bag a bit closer to himself again. "Yeah that would work well. I guess that should be the other part of the meal then."

Haruka nodded, "Agreed." he glanced around, and picked up a bag of potato's, then a small thing of hamburger meat, "Okay! anything else?" he asked, turning to Takeru. He'd completely forgotten what was on the list, and his father was going to kill him for losing his backpack. His eyes narrowed grimly at the though.

takeru rubbed his head a moment as he thought a bit. "We would need to get some buns too. And maybe other things youre missing for the burgers."

Haruka nodded and wondered down the isles, peeking around corners as though waiting for something to leap out and attack him. He paused and walked down one, avoiding a middle aged woman and her children. Or trying to at least, he ended up bumping the shelf as he avoided one of the children.

Takeru smiled as he followed behind Haruka. He did grab the shelf once Haruka bumped into it to prevent anything from falling. "You need to be more careful Haruka. You might knock something off."

Haruka stared at the kid for a moment as he walked away, holding his mothers hand, then turned to Takeru, "S-sorry..." he stuttered, if he had a penny for every time something fell on him as he attempted to avoid someone, he'd be rich. When it came to getting away, he didn't care how he did it, as long as he got away. He scratched his head, grabbing the last of the needed items and turned to Takeru as they stood in the checkout line, smiling slightly, "sorry for dragging you along, I should've done this yesterday..." he muttered, bowing his head.

Takeru just followed behind Haruka the entire time. He did rub his head a bit once they got in line though. "Dont worry about it. I dont mind at all."

Haruka looked back at him as they walked out of the store, “Is something wrong?” he asked, tipping his head, “Your rubbing your head…” he muttered, he did smile a bit at Takerus reply, slowing his pace to walk beside him. He looked up at the storm clouds that were rolling in, and hoped it wouldn’t rain while they were outside.
Joe nodded and let another teenager in, frustrated that he hadn’t seen Haruka home. He’d decided once his shift was done, he’d go straight over to Harukas house and check up on him. Though he had no intention of knocking on the door, he had other means by which he could check.

Takeru shook his head. "Nah, Im fine." He did glance up at the sky once he noticed that they darkened a bit. "Its going to rain soon." A small smile came to his lips once he said that. Perhaps he just loved the rain or something.

It seemed the second Takeru had said 'rain' it started pouring. Haruka squeaked as they were pelted, he looked around quickly, "My house is almost a block from here!" he exclaimed, flinching as the rain ran down his face, he loved the rain, just not when he was in it, "we could run and make it there in about ten minutes!" he said, already starting to run.
Joe sighed as it started to ran, lucky for him, he got off work in an hour, but unlucky for him, he'd have to walk home in the rain, or maybe that wasn't such a bad thing. He smiled.

Takeru didn't run at all as he heard Haruka. He knew that he'd end up running but Takeru wasn't going to waste his energy doing that. He'd rather just walk there in the rain and deal with being wet. His eyes just followed the other as he ran down and away from them.

Haruka paused, looking back at Takeru, his ears pinned down as water dripped off them. Why wasn't he running? he pondered for a moment, glancing at the wet grocery bag in his hand, and he sighed, he was already soaked anyway, what was the difference? He waited for Takeru and walked beside him, his eyes narrow as the water ran down the back of his shirt, "Why not run? we can sit down when we get to my house anyway..." he muttered, blinking, he glanced at the sky and wondered how long until the storm passed.

Takeru let off a shrug as he walked along side of Haruka now. "No real point in running when you'll be soaked to begin with. Might as well enjoy the darkness the storm brings." Really that's how Takeru felt. He did look over to Haruka for a moment before he put his hand on his far shoulder. "Besides, its not like its not an enjoyable thing to be out here in the rain together."
