Alright well my main concern has to be this, what kind of seals would be made using this? I'd hate to give you an E ranked paintbrush that could be used to make blood seals and then have you put a blood seal on a voodoo doll and kill someone.

Er... It's a brush. Any type of seal can be made with it so long as it has sufficient ink, or blood. And we don't have voodoo...

Moonstone: It specifically states that it can only send messages to a sibling mirror. I'll edit the name so it's not confusing anymore.

Weakness: Katon jutsu C+ burn the gloves to mush faster than you can say, "Ouch". The gloves are highly flammable, seeing as they are made of metal. Ninja wielding the gloves usually don't use these gloves if their main element is Katon, or if they do not have sufficient control over their chakra. When they flood it with chakra, after one use, the gloves usually begin to melt.

These just make your fists really big? And channel your element? The element channeling should be better explained first of all, such as defining just how it works, along with a description for each elemental effect.
And there's one odd part.

Since when is metal highly flammable?

The smell released from the bomb can't be seen, only smelled and can affect the concentration of even the most talented shinobis. Those with heightened sense of smell are affected greatly, to the point where they can barely function properly and tend to run away from the smell. The smell stretches out over fifty yards, half a football field. Further than fifty yards the smell is still there but is far less powerful and shinobis can actually tolerate it. If it is out in the open, the smell lasts for a total of seven posts before it dissipates into the wind, making it tolerable to be around. If it is in an enclosed space the smell never goes away unless a window or some sort of ventilation is created in which it takes seven posts. Weakness: It only affects the sense of smell, holding your breath or putting on a breathing mask makes this ineffective. Wind jutsus can blow the smell away Picture:

I'm honestly surprised nobody has thought of this before. Seems pretty basic. Do you want to keep it as a personal like that, or cut out the reference to yourself and make it guild wide? I'm writing up a list of such things currently, and this would fit nicely.
Now, to go with the basic system I hope to implement on thins like this, you need to add a base range for the smell, along most likely with a spread range where the smell will be less powerful, but still there.
You'll also need a time limit of sorts before the smell dissipates into the air. And as with all such things, breeze creating jutsu would blow it away.

I kinda do wanna keep it to myself, or at least the one that creates them, mostly because it requires intelligence that most shinobis don't actually have. It involves mixing various chemicals together using basic chemistry you know? Kinda like how only medics and assassins are the only ones that can use poisons.
Also I added a 7 post limit if it's outdoors, if it's indoors it doesn't go away unless some sort of ventilation is created in which the counter starts at seven posts as well. If this is too much I can go down to five or more. Range would be 50 yards...if it's too much or too little let me know

Five posts would likely be the best option. Not too long, not too short.
The length is far too much though. It appears you already knew my initial example, it being half a football field. That is really too much. Even the worst of smells don't travel more than maybe ten yards. Not counting sulfur of course. hat stuff apparently reaches a good distance. Point is, outdoors, a stinkbomb is going to dissipate before it reaches that distance, or it would be fatal at the epicenter. And indoors, you're almost never going to find a room that large, making the stink likely fatal in there too.
And it should still eventually dissipate indoors too. Possibly fifteen posts max.
