I looked up. An offer such as that couldn't be refused. I lay down my tools and began to pack my things away. What would the world be like from that side. For one thousand years i had lived this side of the fence, ever since the day i died, accepting my death from an ill fated camping trip.
Now it was either here nor there, a long forgotten memory in the back of my mind. How odd that it chose now to surface. I started quietly towards the academy. Wandering down the streets which seemed unusually crowded with people.
I looked back checking to see if everything was locked up. Then i shook my head and carried on to the academy.

"No problem though... guess I'll have to do it the hadway, tah tah" Ian said as he took one step backwards, fading from view as his body crossed the gateway between the mortal realm and that of soul society.
Slowly images flashed by his head, ones of soul society, the dimension that seemd to overlap the mortal realm yet somehow be another place entirly fade into view, the tall skyscrappers of the city bieng replaced with the large distant towers hidden behind large walls made to keep out intruders.
Here there where plenty of death gods and he knew that by going here he would be able to unload the weakened hollows for a death god to dispatch of... and hopefully... if he was lucky... not be attacked for bieng a rouge Ryoka in the process.
Jin looked over at the large walls, behind them the academy loomed, unseen due to there mass size yet known by all even semi-familiar to soul society that the biengs known as death gods trained there.
Jin felt a twinge of pain in his metallic arm... he knew that the limb was gone... still... the hollows trapped within it gave him sensations of feeling that he shouldn't have... now all he needed to do was to find a death god to dispatch of the contained hollows.

Ian clicked the seal, turning the small circular disc shape that opened the hole atop his arm, causing steam to rise up from the fist that was actually soul energy from the hollows trapped within it... "I need a death god... and the best way of attracting one... will be to rlease one of the hollows... although... I must be careful, theres lots of innocent souls around. Hopefully it will sense the spirit power of those with much stronger power and not pay attention to them... and I can take that distraction to bind it" he thought.
Ian raised the hand in the air as slowly behind him a hollow began to materialize. The hollow looked around at the nearby souls who began to flee in terror from the best as Ian quickly formed cords from his soul energy, his speciality, and caused the to wrap tightly around the arms and legs of the hollow.

I walked to a shop that made food for Shinigami. I nodded for food and they served it immediately. It wasn't much, but a few rice balls and a dish of fruit salad went a long way to replenishing my Reiatsu levels.
After my third spoonfull of rice, my Reiatsu had recovered as much so that i could hand over the money for the food I had purchased.
"You shouldn't push yourself so hard," The man behind the counter said
"I didn't," I said after finishing the first rice ball. I started on an apple, "I'm a disgrace to Rukongai, i hardly summoned my Reiatsu and i'm in this state." I said quietly.
"Practice," I was told, "I hear the library is a good source of infomation, though i'm not sure if they'll let you take books out and i highly doubt you'll be able to practice in there." I nodded and he handed me a drink which i felt was really good of him since he added that it was on the house.
So the Library was a good source of infomation. I wondered what exactly i'd be able to learn there, if indeed anything at all. I glanced upwards at the sky and then back the man.
"Arigato," I said and walked out quietly.

Ian gripped the cords tightly as the hollow struggled to free itself, his soul energy dulling the cords ends making them flat and a bit thicker so as not to merely sever the bound limbs. Ian quickly leapt up onto the creatures back and placed one foot onto it's lower neck and the other behind him onto it's spine. Pushing down hard on the creatures neck and pulling his hands backwards to tighten the strings caused the hollow to screech out in pain as it tapped into it's own power making it's essense easier to sense by nearby shinigami... exactly what he wanted.
The hollow jerked it's arms, trying to break free from the tight grip that the thin cords formed of soul energy that held it, but it's struggle was in vien. From his position Ian could easily gain leverage over the creature and that combined with the strength and reseliance of his currently bandaged banisher arm was easily enough to keep the monster at bay.

I walked down into the lower class town again. This place seemed a little more lively now, though...still not lively enough. I was probably being stared at because unlike other Shinigami, I wasn't carrying a Zapakuto yet.
I turned into the restauraunt and signalled for my usual order this time. Which was a bowl of rice, followed by small pieces of chicken. I paid for my food and an added drink and i sat down to eat quietly.
I heard a weird howl from somewhere. Damn if that was a hollow there was nothing i could do...at least not yet. I finished up my meal and bowed. Then i headed back up to the aquaduct this time. I had nothing else to do at the moment, except for return to the class of which i was supposed to be attending anyway. Though if i wanted to complete the tasks he had set then i would have to work hard.
One problem...i didn't exactly know when the class ended....not a good thing. I frowned.

((I'll use the shinigami i had from a long tme ago to help Ian , =P although that's prolly the last time someone will see him since i prefer to rp with ym Quincy ^^))
Daisuke eyes widen as he felt the reaitsu of an hollow nearby. He turned his head in the direction he could feel it. He soon started to ran to the place. His Zampakutou drawn. He arrived at the location , looking from the man to the Hollow. He was suprised to see a hollow in the soul society, but he had to take care of it. He grabb his Zanpakutou with both of his hands and jumped over him , bringin his sword down while falling back on the ground. Daisuke looked at the Hollow screaming as his Zanpakutou cut his arm. He then turne on himself , with his sword held to his side, as he cut the hollows chest. The hollow started to evaporate. "Are you alright?"He asked running to Ian, breathing heavily.

It was amazingly still light, though...it wasn't going to stay that way for long I was sure. Perhaps i could read some of that book before I went to bed, because tomorrow i was in for a long day.
I walked to the restauraunt again and my food and drink was waiting for me at my usual table. I handed the money to a passing waiter and sat down to eat.
Once i had finished eating i stood up and instead of going to the aquaduct headed straight for my dormitory room.

I came back into Inuzuri, i seemed to be spending quite a bit of time here. Even as i sat down to eat it was becoming a bit of a routine. The way i chewed my food. The constant moving of my Reiatsu as i now practiced constantly.
A caught the watchful eyes of a few people, and the Zanpakuto that rested against the table. Once I had finished I stood up, picked up my Zanpakuto and walked out again, and again headed towards the dormitories.

Ian smirked, "of course... took one of you long enough to catch on that a hollow was in your own territory" he said holding up his metallic looking left arm into the air as the hole on top oppened and eminated the feel of hollows, "Now then... I have an issue... you death gods seem to of have missed a few of these things in the mortal realm... I'm sure you've had pressing buisness but while you where gone I've been doing clean up work. So, heres the deal... this arm currently contains 86 hollows" he said, pausing a moment to let the reality of the situation set in.
"Needless to say the masses minds are starting to effect my own psychy... so I'd appreciate it if you... eleviated some of that discomfort for me... I don't want all of them gone... but I think it would be in both of our best interests to seal a few for the time bieng using your nifty little sword there... unfortunatly as a Ryoka... I don't have that ability" he said, his face turning grim as he held the metal arm out towards the boy... "now then... I'll drain them quickly so there easy shots... but don't give them time to recover" he said as the clothes around his body where uplifted as if a draft of wind shot skywards around him, an aura of sould energy becoming clearly visible as his eyes appeared to become becons of bluish light shooting outwards and into the sky, his body arcing with soul energy of the tainted beasts.
Wounds began to open on his skin... he couldn't take much more from the stored hollows... now was the time to release them and let the death god take care of what little power they had left.
With that 50 shapes began to materialize out of the shadows, each a different strange yet frightful form... the ony similarities bieng that each adorned a skull mask and appeared not only fatigued but substantially injured from having there energy sapped by Ian.

I started running down the street. There were more and more screeches, i had no idea whether i'd be able to take them all or not, but i was a Shinigami. Even through my legs were moving fast, my hands moved slowly and I took my blade from its sheath by the hilt.
Holding my blade to one side I jumped at a Hollow from behind and with one cut, severed it's head. I jumped back as another one came at me. My Zanjutsu was at a beginners level, and i would need the help of this other Shinigami if i were to defeat all fifty of them.
Though as i moved, each hollow seemed to move slightly slower as my blade met some form of liquid here and there, quite often, just blood. I was sort of trapped as this next one was coming at me. My Zanpakuto was at the other side of my body. Just before it's claws reached my shoulders, I altered my grip and thrust under the chin of this hollow. If that wasn't enough a third came at me from yet again behind me.
I jerked as the hollows i had just killed disappeared. I would have to learn more about my Zanpakuto on what happened to Hollows once they were killed. As the Hollow came towards me i held up my hand.
"Hado #1 Seishin Kyuutai!" I said. I couldn't trust the Byakurai yet, it might even drain all my energy, and i still had another 47 to defeat. It was as expected, just because it was aimed at the head of the beast and the hollow was inches away from my hand was the only reason why it was even stunned. I brought the blade round and severed its head neatly from its shoulders.
I jumped back to get some space and a little bit of a breather. There was just too many of them to handle on my own. Though i didn't know what to do. I didn't know anyone else apart from that Sensei who could even handle these. I didn't have anything really that i could kill them all with, no special power, nothing, all i had was my Zanpakuto and my determination to rid Seireitei of Hollows.
Two of them crowded in on me. I ran round so that they were in a straight line. Then i ran at the nearest one, holding my blade by my side. The Hollow prepared to devour me, and all i did was step on it's face and jump over the otherone, which seemed to be unaware i was flying above. I came back down holding my Zanpakuto firmly, and slice the beasts head in half.
I rushed through the evaporating hollow just as the first one was turning to meet me. I rushed at it. My blade at my side and sliced straight through it's neck.
I was caught suddenly by the fist of a fifth and sent flying backwards.

Daisuke eyes widened. "I'm not in charged of watching any place of earth yet."Asnwered the boy. "But , there should have been shinigami's on earth to destroy those hollows."Said the Shinigami. "I will try to easy your pain."He said looking at the hollows appearing infront of him. "HAIL! HEKIFUGI!"He shout as he performed his shikai , the first stage of his blade. The blade shattered as an hail of ice was conjured. The razor sharp pieces of ice were shot down the Hollows , destroying them one by one. "Good thing they were injured..."He said aloud as his zanpakutou tok back his form. He then turn his back to Ian. "Glad i could have been of help..."He said as he walked away.

(what a cheap a** way of getting rid of Hollow)
I stood up and dusted myself off. That would be something else i would have to brush up on as well. I looked at the Shinigami who was walking away into the crowds of Inuzuri.
He was strong. Far stronger than I had anticipated. Perhaps i shouldn't have gotten involved after all, he seemed to have it all undercontrol.
(any chance you have some more in there...)

Ian gritted his teeth as he forced the soul energy into the bandages that hung unfurled above his singular metalic arm, they instinctivly glowed a bright blue as they began to wrap quickly around the arm, sealing off it's deadly nature do to the lethality stone.
Jin gripped his false arm feeling a shooting ghost pain... something he had always felt even though he knew his real arm was gone long ago... still... it felt as though the limb where bieng severed each time he tapped into the hollows within it. "Good... that outta do for now... I'll keep the rest for hunting" Ian said as he turned and began to walk away, his mind now clear from the echoing thoughts... his body able to supress the now far less amount of hollows stored within his banisher.

"Right," I said aloud. Then wondered in who's name what the hell I was doing. I looked at my Zanpakuto. I didn't realize that it could actual want to fight. I had no problem either way, but in future i may want to keep that desire in check.
I headed back to the acquaduct to start with my Kidou practice again. Though, i did take a final look at the Ryoka. Who the hell was he? I didn't care about that though as i sheathed my Zanpakuto and started walking.
