SweetMoon had heard a mew. A few mews. It was her kits! "Oakkit, Softkit? Finally awake are we?" SweetMoon purred in delight. She licked the two kits gently. "Now, Now be nice to your sister." She said.

[Icepaw felt her heart warm to the praise and she sat down, trying to be calm. She looked up at her mentor, waiting for him to speak. She tail swished back and forth and Icepaw moved her paws a lot.]

"sometimes if you stroke their heads it helps calm them down." she mewed, before looking off. "Just an offer." she looked over at her sister, who was staring at her. what a dolt. she'll be nothing but a thorn in my pad, i can feel it. she huffed, before turning back to sweetmoon.

SweetMoon looked up at Dicekit. "Thanks for the tip Dicekit." She laughed. "thinking about having kits already are we?" SweetMoon joked. "but.. you know that no matter what you think of your siblings you still must be kind to them." She said as she glanced at DoveFlight's kits. "You are their rolemodel. always remember that." SweetMoon said.

Dewburst
"Ahh, excuse me Willowstar." he meowed as his walked towards the nursery.
[Flicking his ears nervously he took a quick peek in.]
"Ohh, thank goodness Dicekit. I really thought I'd lost you. First you left, then you were Galespirit and now..? Ohh I'm just glad you're safe." he meowed with a sigh.
"Hello Sweetmoon. I guess we won't be having any more competitions any time soon eh?" he mewed, a bit wistful.

SweetMoon saw that Dewburst had come. "hello, DewBurst." She nodded. "Oh not for some time, but just you wait. Once i'm back on my feet ill be ready to take you on!" SweetMoon said jokingly.

[Dewburst laughed his eyes shining.]
"I'll be ready." he meowed, laughter in his eyes.
[A kit walked up to him.]
"Now what is with you kits. First Dicekit, now you little one. What is it you seek?" he asked affectionately.

D i c e k i t“Even after my mirror's been shattered, I still see the reflection.”___________________________ Dicekit swiveled her head, and froze. It was her sister, and she didn't look very pleased. "When will we get to be apprentices? I want to go outside one day, too." she mewed. Dicekit exhaled in relief. "And why do you want to mentor her?" the kit asked. Dicekit felt anger burning inside her. "Dicekit only mumbles a lot. There's nothing special about mumbling." Doveflight raised her head. "Stop it." dicekit mewed sternly, her pelt ruffling. The she-kit turned towards her. "why should I?! every cat thinks you're all that, but you're no better than the rest of your kin!" her sister was starting to get angry, and her brother looked like he would go between this if it got any worse. "Stop it, Stop it now!" dicekit spat. Her sister narrowed her eyes. "you're nothing but a creepy, way too angry PHYSCOPATH!" the kit screeched, breathing heavily. Dicekit did nothing but stand, frozen to the ground, a haunted look passing over her face. Doveflight snatched up the mottled kit and pulled her back towards her. "Don't you DARE talk that way to your sister! Just because you didn't want to go outside with her doesn't mean you should-""But Mom! I did want to go outside!" She struck dicekit an angry glare. "She threatened to KILL me!" Doveflight's eyes went wide, and she looked at Dicekit. "Dicekit...you're not going outside until you're an apprentice." She mewed. Dicekit blinked. "What?!" she gasped. Doveflight's gaze was serious. "You heard me. I don't want you to go near your brother or sister until you learn your mistake, either." Dicekit padded to a corner near her mother's nest. Mother was wrong. Her ways are bringing me nowhere..

     ❧  ♨[Galespirit blinked. There was a sudden immense burst of emotion eminating from the nursery. Then someone had meowed harshly, "...you're not going outside...I don't want....near brother or sister....mistake."
Flicking his ears, he sighed. The spirit had fried his senses- his hearing was still re-adjusting.
He hauled himself up and peeked into the entrance.]
"Calm down, everyone," he said soothingly, "I could've sensed your emotions from Clans away."
[Blinking as his eyes adjusted, he noticed that it was Dicekit's family. It seemed that the worst emotions - hatred and jealousy - were coming from Dicekit's sister.
Galespirit didn't want to get involved in family issues. It was better for them to work it out themselves. But from Doveflight's reserved and worried aura, he knew she was pushing Dicekit farther away. He let out a sigh. The queen was just going to drive Dicekit mad...
Thinking fast, Galespirit came up with a plan.]
"Doveflight," he murmured, "With all due respect, let me show Dicekit something one last time before she remains here in the nursery."
Before Doveflight could object, he meowed, "She'll be safe with me."
After a pause, he added, "Please."

SweetMoon watched. She had respected DoveFlight. she saw her sister's behavior towards Dicekit. and Dicekits reaction. "Dicekit..." She called to the kit.

[Dewburst's ears flicked up in surprise. The kits words were sharp with pain and jealousy.]
Things are spinning waay out of control! Starclan help me! he thought panicking.
[Before things got too ugly, Galespirit walked in.
Though he wouldn't like to admit it, Dewburst was really relieved to have the clam spirited cat here to work things out.
He listened patiently at Galespirit's soothing words.
And caught the last few very clearly. "..let me show Dicekit something.."]
[Right after Galespirit had finished Dewburst jumped right in.]
"Doveflight, I also ask of your approval. It was my fault that this all began. I'd like a word with Dicekit too please." he mewed gently but also firmly.

SweetMoon shut her mouth right after she had said "Dicekit." As she saw that two other warriors wished to show the kit something... important.
SweetMoon sighed. She was bored and lay down in her nest eyes wide open.

"Do what you want..it'll be a while before she comes out again." she mewed, resting her head near her kits. Dicekit got up and padded over to the two warriors, nodding her thanks to her mother as she walked out with the two. Doveflight let out a long sigh. "i only seem to be pushing her farther..." she mewed. She looked over at Sweetmoon. "i wish i could know what i'm doing wrong."

SweetMoon heard DoveFlight and said "Your not doing anything wrong. In fact i dont think you should punish Dicekit so severly. I would have not let her out for one day as her punishment for being so harsh." SweetMoon looked at DoveFlight's other kits. "Dicekit needs to learn to respect and treat others the way she would want to be treated, and its not just dicekit, your other two kits may have to learn that as well." SweetMoon said.
