Tempest
"Bravo!" A voice exclaimed upon spotting the team return and a smile spead across the usually stoic Pikachu's face.
She strolled over just as the Charizard stirred awake.
"Zidaine~ You naughty thing, finally got yours didnt you?"
The reptile hissed and snapped his teeth at the small rodent.
"Heh, I hope you have fun in your new cell." She withdrew a golden exploration badge from her scarf and tapped it on the Charizard's head.
"You'll be found out soon enough, girl! You cant hide forever, Ryn-"
The lizard's words were cut off as he vanished in a bright light.
"Ignore him. Anyways, I believe this is yours, kiddo." She tossed the Zap Plate, which was concealed inside a small brown bag, towards Albus.
With a wave the Pikachu turned to leave.
Inside the bag, the Flareon would find a Lava Plume TM as well.

Team Incendiary
Mission #01: Zorua's Treasure
Alex, Jay and Mesmer
The first rays of dawn began to rise as a young Riolu ran, panting heavily, into the town square. She was covered in bruises and scrapes, and the beginnings of tears were forming. But the Fighting Pokemon had no time to sit and take care of herself; seconds after she jumped under a cardboard box, loud voices began to follow her.
”Hey, where’d that stupid Riolu go?” This voice was jeering and high-pitched. Footsteps grew closer to her box, and the Riolu held her breath. ”Hah, the little whiner’s probably hiding somewhere... He-ey, Cait-lin, I know you can hear me! Your mommy called, she wants you to go back home and help her in the kitchen!”
Slowly the footsteps began to recede, and the voices died off as Caitlin began to breathe again. After the Riolu had judged it to be safe, she peeked out of the box and sighed.
”I need Arceus’s blessing to evolve...” she muttered to herself before crawling out of the box and dusting herself off.
”But Da always said that I could only get that at the Tower of Origins! And I can’t climb that... I only need one little thing! It’s so unfair.”
Several hours later, three Pokemon arrived at the Sun Guild’s bulletin board, not far from the square where Caitlin had been.
”Mesmer, you’ve got to be kidding me! We can take on this one, no problem.” Alex frowned at her Zorua recruit, gesturing towards a fifty-floor mission with her horn.
”Wait...which one is ‘this’ one?” Jay asked, prompting a sigh from Alex. Her partner's lack of eyesight had a tendency to annoy her. ”Don’t worry about it.”
The Deino shrugged, not bothering to reply. After all, he’d found some interesting and tasty rocks, and some apples in the pack he was carrying.
”Fifty?! Nah, let’s try this one instead. We can do that one...later. Besides, this one mentions a treasure!”
Mesmer smiled widely when he read the last part. Arceus’s tower was bound to be full of valuables.
”You just want your treasure! No, that one’s for wimps and babies. Twenty floors is nothing.”
”Well, uh...Alex...we don’t have enough food to last us fifty floors,” Jay said sheepishly, looking down. ”I kinda ate, well...yeah.”
”See, Alex? The twenty-floor one can be a warm-up, and from the money for that, we can get enough food to last us through the fifty-floor one.”
Mesmer crossed his arms, looking quite smug. He didn't mention that the mission he wanted didn't actually include any money as a reward.
Alex frowned, but conceded. ”Fine. But we’re leaving. Now.” She ripped down the notice, stuck it in Jay’s pack and started walking. ”Hurry up!”
The three trudged along in the afternoon heat. They had been walking for what seemed like hours, and despite Alex's insistence on promptness, even she was starting to wilt. Fortunately for the intrepid travelers, they were almost at their destination...and from the looks of it, their client had beaten them. Both Mesmer and Alex hurried up to meet her, Jay continuing at his slow but steady pace behind them.
"I didn't that our client was supposed to meet us here," Alex said, frowning. "Goes to show, missions for wimps give clients that are wimps!"
Mesmer just shook his head and was the first to approach the Riolu sitting in the shade outside the tower.
"Hey, are you the Riolu who put the mi-""Yes! You guys are the explorers who took it?" she asked, smiling widely.
"Yeah, we are. You got anything important to tell us?" Alex asked, her voice right on the line between insulting and rushed. Mesmer shot her a glare but didn't say anything.
"Um, well...not really. Just to ask you to please be careful with the treasure! It's really, really important to me!"
"Of course we will be! I'd never dream of damaging any sort of treasure. Don't worry, miss, we'll be back before you know it.
The Riolu beamed, giving the Zorua a big hug around the neck. Mesmer smiled, returning the hug. Then, preparations for the entry went very quickly.
Jay arrived with their goods, and Alex went to refill their water. Mesmer checked to find that Jay had eaten yet another of their apples, and decided to take the bag instead. Not long after, they were all set to enter.
"Good luck!" came the Zorua's voice as the three entered the Tower and the darkness swallowed them.

Saying this here and saying this now but the Tower of Origins is not a valid mission area until the arc is finished.
Any mission claims served in this time will be ignored, any missions posted in this time will be removed.
