Suzuka watched as Thorn left quickly. Again, she was struck by the feeling that there was something odd about the girl, but she let it go.
Turning to glance at Arisu, she shrugged a bit. "Pretty well, I guess. I mean, things were kind of weird yesterday, but you've all been so nice to me, trying to make me feel at home....There are worse places I could be, that's for sure."
She might have continued on, but she was distracted by the sound of someone playing the piano. "Wow, that's pretty. Who do you think it is?"
(Oh, yeah. RL sucks at times. Good luck w/college. BTW, you notice the only music people in this house seem to play is from Final Fantasy?)

((That's 'cause it's awesome XDXD We'll see how my freshmen year in college will go.. XD))
Korsu grinned as he heard Ashii playing, "That's Ashii!" he said excitedly, "He's a really good piano player. He knows a lot of different songs."

((Well, if Thorn plays video games then she's bound to have the Final Fantasy games and the music is amazing to say the least.))
Gitano smiled as he heard Ashii start to play. He excused himself from the kitchen and made his way up to his part of the attic, using the old servants stairwell. He picked his violin and, making his way back down, started to tune it.
As he entered the kitchen he had started to play the accompaniment to Ashii's song, fingers dancing across the strings as deftly as he knew Ashii's fingers where dancing across the keys. He slipped past the two women and Korsu and went to stand next to the piano.

A soft smile spread the length of his lips as he heard Gitano's violin join him, and he continued to play. Some part of him had been hoping the younger vampire would join him, especially after it had been suggested the two of them play together. Truly, he admired Gitano's work and would surely be attending his concert when it came about.
"I was hoping you'd join me." He commented lightly, eyelids still closed over emerald hues as he allowed himself to sway lightly to the music they created. The sound genuinely sweet.
Once they'd finished he let his hands fall into his lap, opening his eyes to grin slightly at the younger male. "That's certainly a way to start the night, don't you think?"
((It's true. They could pick it up from there. Lawl. Also, I think this is what they'd sound like now. /nod))

( i do have FF13 in RL and in my stack of videos in the living room of the mansion)
Once outside Thorn headed into the busy city streets . She found a spot agaist a brickwall ,that was next to a clothes display window, to lean her back agaist. The sidewalk was packed with shoppers.
"tonight will be a great hunt" Thorn said smiling slyly

((XD Final Fantasy has the best soundtrack ever. And I just love the violin part of Aerith's theme, probably because I'm a violinist in RL. XD I'm going to learn how to play it eventually.
Now I feel really young. I'm still a sophomore in high school.))
Arisu smiled when she hear Gitano and Ashii play. Aerith's theme was her favorite song in the entire Final Fantasy soundtrack.(because it's my fave. XD) "I love this song," she said.

After 10mins of waiting Thorn finally spotted her prey. She went over to the person and started to use her vampire powers to seduce them. Then Thorn got the person to follow her into a dark alley. Where Thorn ooncer the unsuspecting prey and bit into their neck and drinking their blood. A bloodcurling scream could be heard for a mile and a half which was the same distance away from the mansion.

Gitano put his violin down on the piano and laughed. "Usagi always said we spoiled him with our music. To bad we never played together for him."
He sat down on a chair near Ashii and looked at the older male, noting the bandage on his neck. "I can always give you my black out curtains," he added, "Our rooms are next to each other's."

Ashii nodded, remembering the smiles they'd earn from Usagi for their music, a chuckle escaping him. "Indeed... it is a shame, we really should have done this sooner. I've always admired your skills with your violin."
The elder vampire gave him a soft smile before reaching up and touching his fingertips lightly to the bandages. "Mm... it's truly not so bad, I wrapped them moreso for the benefit of the younger ones among us so as not to frighten them." He gave another small chuckle, emerald hues finding Gitano's as he offered him a wry smile. "I appreciate your offer Gitano, but I was just careless and forgot to make sure I'd closed my window before retiring for the day. Besides, you have the east facing attic wing, I couldn't take your blackout curtains from you. I'd feel a little more than horrid should I take them and find you severely burned the next evening."

Gitano ran a hand through his blond hair and let it fall back into his eyes. "As I yours with the piano," he said.
At Ashii's comment about the sun burning him he shook his head. "The sun has never burned me, just forces me to hunt each night I spend in the sun. Besides, the sun stays in the western sky longer than in the eastern sky."
He looked down his hands and sighed, "Even my sire couldn't stand in the sun, but I can...Usagi found out and abused that fact. He would take me with him while he went out on errands. He would whack me with his cane if I refused." He laughed at the last comment, remembering the old man and his eccentric tendencies.

Therin listened to the playing, closing her eyes to slits and swaying with a small smile on her face. Either man was good on his own, together, they were amazing.
She was quite content until she heard a scream coming from the town. It wouldn't be that loud out here to human ears, but her could hear it just fine, and she knew exactly what it was. 'Blast you, Thorn. You couldn't be a little more careful with your hunting? At least until we tell Suzuka the truth and she's used to it....' While she was cursing the younger vampire mentally, her outward appearance remained calm, as if nothing was wrong.
Suzuka munched happily at her supper as she listened to the music. It was beautiful, almost sad sounding. But after a while, another sound caught her attention. It sounded almost like a scream, but she'd never heard a scream like that except in horror films.
She looked around in confusion before turning to those still in the kitchen with her. "What was that?"

Ashii regarded the younger male with a slight curiosity, emerald hues studying his face while ebon locks fell across his own. "Mm... I seem to recall Usagi always picking you for his ventures outside. I just wasn't aware you've never felt the burn of the sun. I can stand its rays for a certain amount of time before it begins to burn, but I've never been fully free of the effects."
He gave a small chuckle before offering Gitano a sheepish smile. "We've been companions of this house for how many years Gitano? And I am just now learning of your unique ability. I feel as though I have been neglectful in my efforts to get to know you."

Gitano returned the smile, "It wasn't your fault, I never wanted to bring it up unless necessary. And twenty years is nothing, not for one like you." He leaned forward, placing his arms on his thighs to support himself and clasped his hands together.
"Most of the older ones have learned to stave off the hunger for long periods of time. I can go for about two weeks without hunting. But for every day I spend out in the sun, I have to hunt, regardless of when I last fed. That is why I never go out, not unless Usagi dragged me with him."

Ashii nodded, letting his hand fall from his neck to rest in his lap as he elegantly crossed one leg over the other, smile still in place on his lips. "Indeed, I understand the want for such things to remain quiet. It's not a terribly pressing matter, so naturally, has almost no need to come to light, pardoning my terrible pun."
"I suppose however, that can be useful in too many ways. It almost guarantees your survival in any given situation, so long as you have some method of hunting available after. Or perhaps you could just choose to take a leisurely stroll in the sunlight, see the world in a way most of our kind can no longer do. I'll admit... I am envious."
He spoke this last bit softly, the smile he wore dissipating to that of a half-smile as he gazed down at his own hands, memories of his life as a mortal flooding his minds eye.

Gitano blushed, "It has helped in many situations..." He watched Ashii's face as it fell and his eyes cloud over.
"But it's the envy that you just mentioned that keeps me from telling anyone about it..." he said softly.
He sighed, stood up, and walked to one of the windows. He placed his hands in his pockets and stared out at the front lawn, his own mind racing back to his early years as a fledgling, and the moment he found out about his...gift, if one could call it that.
