Regular people with lives don't even steal scrolls. -.- (Sai Konaga is the only exception, and Cobra is just random.)
And the jutsus I used, the only three which were unique, were my own bloodline ones, the rest were universal jutsus, thus your argument fails.

you can get your bloodline or clan justus at the library not a medical shop...

Yep, totally clueless 4laugh . Recently, I also added in the factor that she also happens to know absolutely nothing about Akatsuki or bijuu or anything like that whee . I don't know why, but I alternate between being frustrated and having fun with my character's utter naivety sweatdrop .
